Ceea ce înainte nu prea era valabil” (HotNews) Pleacă 1000 de militari SUA: Cum joacă România cu Rusia (DW) Analiză: Americanii își retrag jumătate dintre efectivele militare din România, e vorba despre soldații de elită din brigada mobilă staționată la baza Mihail Kogălniceanu. Ungaria, Slovacia, Bulgaria, România sunt statele de unde americanii își recheamă trupele de elită ale brigăzii rotative. Rămân încă în țară circa 900 de soldați.  Informația retragerii celor circa 1000 de militari americani din România a fost publicată prima dată în presa de la Kiev ieri dimineață. Ministrul Apărării, Ionuț Moșteanu, susține că știa de luni informația. Totuși nu a făcut nimic chiar dacă știa, nu a spus-o nimănui, nu a cerut o discuție în Consiliul Suprem de Apărare a Țării, nu a rugat-o pe ministra de Externe să mai negocieze cu Washingtonul. Nici măcar de fațadă nu fost făcut vreun efort din care să rezulte că României îi pare rău că pierde o mie de militari americani foarte bine pregătiți. Dimpotrivă, românii sunt asigurați că totul va rămâne ca înainte. Nicio declarație care să arate că România ar vrea să-i păstreze pe acești militari, că se simte mai sigură avându-i aici, scrie jurnalista Sabina Fati, corespondenta DW în România. Ce înseamnă retragerea militarilor americani: o decizie previzibilă în cel mai prost moment posibil. Și un avertisment că România nu mai poate mima la nesfârșit investițiile militare (G4Media) Oricât ar încerca președintele și ministrul Apărării să diminueze efectele, retragerea parțială a trupelor americane înseamnă un deficit de securitate și, mai ales, un semnal simbolic pe care Rusia îl va juca la maximum. Aici merita subliniat că retragerea are loc în cel mai prost moment posibil, când Rusia își flexează mușchii în regiune, defilează cu arme nucleare noi, agresează tot mai des spațiul aerian al țărilor UE, avansează încet dar constant în Ucraina și desfășoară tot mai agresiv războaie hibride interferând cu alegerile din toate țările. Tocmai acum și-au găsit americanii să se retragă?, se întreabă jurnalistul Cristian Pantazi, redactor șef G4Media. În opinia sa, România trebuie să urmeze lecția Poloniei și să-și asigure singură cât mai mult din apărare. Dacă avem pretenții să ne protejeze alții, mai întâi să demonstrăm că facem noi tot ce putem. Cu o industrie militară făcută praf de 35 de ani de management public catastrofal, cu contracte amânate din cauza unor agende profund corupte (achiziția de corvete militare), cu avioane F16 second-hand, cu un buget răvășit de deficitul-record provocat de tripleta Ciolacu – Ciucă – Iohannis, România e una dintre verigile slabe ale securității din zona Mării Negre. În noile condiții, vizita anunțată a președintelui Nicușor Dan la Washington capătă o importanță capitală. El va avea o singură misiune: să întărească parteneriatul și să se asigure că nu va exista o nouă retragere de trupe și echipament american. Majorarea salariului minim, risc politic pentru Guvern: pierde dacă acceptă, pierde dacă refuză (Adevărul) Guvernul nu este de acord cu creșterea salariului minim pe economie din 2026, măsură solicitată imperios de sindicate, iar coaliția pare dispusă să-și asume riscuri politice și sociale semnificative odată cu această decizie. Analistul Adrian Negrescu a explicat pentru „Adevărul” că toți oamenii de afaceri își doresc să poată majora salariile angajaților, pentru că astfel i-ar și fideliza, însă acest lucru nu este mereu posibil. „Marea problemă este legată de taxele prea mari pe muncă – să dai un salariu de 5000 de lei net înseamnă să mai plătești statului cel puțin 4200 de lei. Şi asta în condiţiile în care economia stagnează, vânzările au scăzut peste tot, planurile financiare ale multor firme au fost date peste cap de inflaţie, de creşterea taxelor, de efectele acestei crize a puterii de cumpărare cu care ne confruntăm în prezent. Crescând din pix salariul minim, fără un studiu de impact, ne vom trezi cu disponibilizări de personal și cu încă un val de inflație, pentru că firmele vor duce costurile salariale mai mari în prețuri produselor și serviciilor pe care le oferă. Altfel spus, vom pune gaz pe focul inflației”, a declarat Negrescu pentru „Adevărul”. Unul dintre cele mai mari riscuri pe care și l-ar asuma România în cazul în care va îngheța salariul minim anul viitor este declanșarea unei proceduri de infringement. Altfel spus, statul își asumă „amenda”, pentru că e mai mică decât ceea ce ar avea de plătit dacă și-ar respecta angajamentul. Pe de altă parte, în cazul în care majorează salariul minim pe economie din 2026, chiar dacă dispune înghețarea salariilor demnitarilor și ale primarilor și viceprimarilor la nivelul actual, onorând măsurile de austeritate asumate prin pachetul 2, Guvernul riscă să crească din nou deficitul bugetar, încălcând obligațiile asumate în fața Comisiei Europene. La 10 ani de la Colectiv, supraviețuitorul care și-a pierdut sora în incendiu susține că „Măcar am devenit conștienți de țara în care trăim. Ceea ce înainte nu prea era valabil” (HotNews) Astăzi se împlinesc 10 ani de la incendiul din Clubul Colectiv.   65 de tineri și-au pierdut viața, iar alți 162 au fost răniți. Mulți dintre ei au rămas cu răni pe viață.  După ani de recuperare, o parte dintre ei și-au schimbat profesiile. Alții au ales să se implice civic sau politic. Supraviețuitorii de la Colectiv au fost nu sus, ci jos, foarte jos, în subteranele unei dureri incomparabile. Au adunat, fiecare, 20-30 de operații în perioada de convalescență, care a durat ani de zile. Și, întorși de acolo, de foarte jos, ei spun că văd alfel lumea. HotNews a vorbit cu Bogdan Moșneag, Adina Apostol și Adrian Albu, trei dintre supraviețuitorii cărora incendiul din Colectiv le-a schimbat viața.  La 10 ani de la tragedie, Clubul Colectiv nu ar mai avea nevoie de autorizație de securitate la incendiu (Libertatea) Înaintea incendiului produs în seara de 30 octombrie 2015, clubul Colectiv, aflat în centrul Capitalei, a funcționat timp de un an ca o capcană a morții: pe tavan şi pe stâlpi era lipit burete inflamabil, ferestrele erau zidite cu blocuri de BCA, extinctoarele erau expirate, iar singură cale de evacuare era o uşă, într-un container. Clubul nu avea autorizație de securitate la incendiu. Azi, la 10 ani de la tragedie, nici n-ar mai avea nevoie de ea, căci Guvernul, la propunerea DSU, a relaxat regulile. Legea punea „piedici în dezvoltarea unor proiecte” şi a fost schimbată. Iar alte zeci de cluburi precum Colectiv funcționează acum în legalitate.  Pe larg, în Libertatea.

Het is in een moderne Europese democratie een unicum en zelfs in Frankrijk - dat gewend is aan schandalen - een historisch moment. Wat is er aan de hand? Waar werd Nicolas Sarkozy voor veroordeeld? Hoe is deze zaak aan het rollen gebracht? Wat zijn de consequenties voor hemzelf, zijn partner Carla Bruni en voor zijn opvolger, president Emmanuel Macron? En is dit allemaal wel zo uitzonderlijk in het licht van de politieke geschiedenis van Frankrijk? De rechter sprak hem vrij voor witwassen en corruptie, wegens gebrek aan bewijs. Maar 'criminele samenzwering' met Moammar Kadhafi’s regime in Libië kon hij toch niet afschuiven op anderen. Daarvoor is immers een chef nodig en daartoe strekte zelfs een telefoongesprek tussen de president en 'Le Guide' in Tripoli als bewijsstuk. De details zijn avontuurlijk en reiken diep in de historie van Frankrijk en de Levant. En opvallend genoeg: ze gaan terug naar Sarkozy's politieke loopbaan voordat hij staatshoofd werd. Dus naar de verwoede strijd om de opvolging in de schemering van de macht van zijn voorganger Jacques Chirac. Dat is een patroon, dat we veel vaker tegenkomen, zo blijkt. Bovenaan de top van de piramide van de Franse staat geraken, vereist ongekende machtswil, energie, brille, geldmiddelen, netwerken en gebrek aan scrupules. Sinds François I en Lodewijk XIV is de macht sterk gecentraliseerd en in veel opzichten absoluut. De revolutie en Napoleon versterkten die tendens veel meer dan dat ze gespreide democratische structuren introduceerden. De president is een gekozen monarch die rond nationale veiligheid en grandeur bijna ongeremd kan heersen. De verleidingen die macht te exploiteren kunnen maar heel weinigen weerstaan. Sarkozy's voorgangers deden dat soms met volle teugen. Als burgemeester van Parijs oefende Chirac al met het vastgoedimperium van de gemeente en de vele nepbanen die hij voor vertrouwelingen rond het stadhuis arrangeerde. Als president was hij de patroon van de boerenstand en botste in de Europese Raad op een eigenwijze ‘jeune ami néerlandais’. Zijn chique hobby als verzamelaar van verfijnde kunst uit Azië leverde hem wereldwijd nuttige relaties op en Parijs een museum van de buitencategorie. François Mitterrand was een visionair en geslepen machtsdier. Onder het mom van antiterrorisme zette hij in de kelder van zijn paleis een eigen beveiligingsteam aan het werk, buiten de regering om. Dit team moest zijn privégeheimen toedekken. Half Parijs werd daartoe afgeluisterd. Jean-Christophe Mitterrand was intussen op zakenreis en diplomatieke missies naar de cliëntenstaten in Afrika. 'Papamadit’ - Vader zei me - was zijn bijnaam. Net als de afluisteraars belandde hij vele jaren later in het gevang. Afrika werd ook de ondergang van Valéry Giscard d'Estaing. Ook hij had daar voor zijn presidentschap op avontuurlijke wijze middelen verzameld voor de campagne. Met dictator Jean-Bédel Bokassa joeg hij niet alleen op groot wild en handig te verzilveren diamanten, maar ook op charmant gezelschap. En later natuurlijk op Lady Di! Een groot contrast bood Georges Pompidou. Deze bijna vergeten staatsman - alleen het Musée Pompidou herinnert nog aan hem - was een toonbeeld van integriteit en toewijding. Charles de Gaulle maakte hem zijn politieke rechterhand en hij was een dynamo van daadkracht en modernisering. Voor Europa was zijn - ook al vergeten - visionaire beleid van grote betekenis. Elk kind kende hem als samensteller van het schoolboek over literatuur en poëzie. Het verdonkeremanen van zijn tragische ziekte was de enige smet op zijn bewind. Charles de Gaulle was een buitengewoon sober militair en zijn vrome Madame Yvonne was dat niet minder. Hij betaalde de stroom voor zijn kleine appartement in het Élysée uit eigen zak. Brandschoon in zichzelf was zijn wereldwijde dekolonisatiepolitiek wel de oorsprong van de Franse monetaire, economische en militaire greep op regimes in Afrika en de Levant. En voor die tijd? Ook toen waren er vele kleurrijke en zakelijk schimmige staatshoofden en hun families en milieu. Meest exuberant was wel president Bonaparte van 1848. Aan het eind van zijn termijn van vier jaar ritselde hij een referendum dat hem uitriep tot keizer Napoleon III. Zijn bewind was corrupt en repressief. Zoals zijn oom wilde hij een wereldheerser zijn. De MSCI Emerging Markets Index zit al meer dan een half jaar in de lift. Het is dan ook een ontwikkeling waar beide experts in deze aflevering van BeursTalk op aanslaan. Marc Langeveld van het Antaurus AI Tech Fund legt uit: "De dollar daalt in waarde, niet alleen ten opzichte van de euro, maar wordt ook goedkoper voor opkomende landen. Dat houdt de inflatie daar onder controle." Marc kijkt dan ook met interesse naar techbedrijven in Azië, maar ook in Latijns-Amerika. Koen Bender van Mercurius Vermogensbeheer is eveneens positief, ook vanuit het oogpunt van risicospreiding. "Wij hebben altijd al Emerging Markets in portefeuille gehad voor onze klanten. Dat hoort thuis in een goed gespreide portfolio. Je compenseert er ook de pijn van de zwakke dollar enigszins mee." Wat betreft het sentiment zijn beide experts voorzichtig. Naast de prestaties van bedrijven moet je tegenwoordig de geopolitieke ontwikkelingen ook goed in de gaten houden, het wordt complexer. Dat maakt het dan ook lastig, vinden Marc en Koen, om in dit klimaat harde uitspraken te doen over de ontwikkeling op de beurzen. Bij opening van de beurs verloor Adyen vandaag 20 procent. Aan het einde van de handelsdag is dat teruggelopen tot een verlies van bijna 5 procent. "De cijfers waren eigenlijk ook helemaal niet zo slecht, redelijk in lijn met de verwachtingen", constateert Robbert Manders van het Antaurus Europe Fund. "Het grote probleem is de groei in de tweede helft van het jaar. Adyen gaat nu uit van 20 in plaats van 24 procent. Het is een duur bedrijf, dus groei in nu eenmaal belangrijk." Wim Zwanenburg van Stroeve Lemberger vindt de reactie op de beurs bij opening ook overdreven. "De schuld gaf Adyen aan de internationale macro-omstandigheden en aan tegenvallende ontwikkelingen in Azië. Visa en Mastercard zijn wel iets andere bedrijven, maar zij hadden daar duidelijk minder last van." Niettemin vindt Wim Adyen een sterke speler in de sector. Hij is er dan ook niet heel negatief over. Anders is dat voor Triodos. De bank kwam met een winstdaling van 52 procent, maar sloot de handelsdag tóch met een piepkleine plus af. Dat zal te maken hebben met de vooruitzichten, waarover de ban redelijk positief was. Het neemt niet weg dat de experts er niet enthousiast over zijn en vinden het bedrijf, als professionele beleggers, ook te klein om in te beleggen. Cam așa mi se pare că s-a terminat pentru mulți nebunia cu alegerile. Cu prietenii stricate. Cu familii mai zdrențuite decât erau și așa. Cu relații de business deteriorate din motive ce n-ar fi trebuit să influențeze direct asemenea relații. Și eu am intrat în acest mindset. Cu stupoare am realizat asta. Azi. În urmă cu vreo juma de oră. Am primit mesaj de la un amic (era să zic fost…). Că își lansează o carte. Și mă ruga, dacă pot, să vin să vorbesc la lansare. Și m-am burzuluit. Și l-am întrebat direct: – Dar ce ce mă vrei pe mine și nu pe ăia din bula ta? S-a prins. Și m-a sunat. Și mi-a explicat că știe că a dat-o de gard cu ocazia alegerilor. Dar că acum realizează ce tolomac a fost. Și că ar vrea cumva să recupereze terenul pierdut. Și de aceea ar avea nevoie de – iote cum a băgat-o – ”brandul tău personal, chinezule”. Carevasăzică, amicul cu pricina în alegeri a călcat strâmb pe percepția unora din bula mea. Căci, nu-i așa, în percepția pe care o au ceilalți despre brandul nostru personal se joacă marea carte. Și acum ar avea nevoie de brandul meu personal, care este unul bun și valabil în percepția oamenilor cărora amicul meu ar vrea să le schimbe percepția despre el. Brandul personal. Cam la asta se reduc multe în viață. Și când ne este bine, dar mai ales când ne este rău. Ne place de cineva pentru că percepția noastră despre brandul său personal ne gâdilă feng shuiul. Ne displace cineva pentru că percepția noastră despre brandul său personal ne împunge feng shuiul. Și tot așa. Nu o să mă duc la lansare. Aș vrea să pot să îți spun că doar din rațiuni ce țin de faptul că nu prea am legătură cu subiectul cărții (non-beletristică, mai tehnică) și că, deci, ar fi o forțare ca eu să mă duc să vorbesc despre așa ceva. Dar nu e doar asta. Pur și simplu încă nu am reușit să trec peste faptul că a fost atât de… în cealaltă bulă. Chestiune la care, presupun, mai trebe să lucrez. Căci recuperarea dialogului social atât de pierdut în ultimii ani cred că e una din cheile de recuperare a țării. Recuperare de aia adevărată, nu de fâlfâit. Steagul. Aia zic. PS Pe măsură ce merg înainte cu programul meu de construcție de brand personal în 5 pași (plus 1) realizez că cei cu care am început deja să lucrez au apreciat la acest program, în marea lor majoritate, de două chestiuni mari și late: 1. punerea brandului lor în contextul potrivit 2. un framework pe care să construiască.
