Born in Montego Bay, Jamaica, I spent my youth there before migrating to Pennsylvania in 2000. It was in the vibrant artistic environment of Philadelphia that I found inspiration in street art and historical murals. My art journey began during my time at Springfield High School, where I explored multiple mediums and discovered the joy of creating through various projects. After a brief hiatus, I rediscovered my love for art in 2008, particularly using oil-based medium, which reignited my creative energy. Each body of my work draws inspiration from both history and everyday experiences, crafted to evoke subjective interpretations in the viewer. I firmly believe that art is universal and shaped by each individual's life journey. As an introspective figurative artist, I incorporate natural motifs and floral fabric patterns to express communication and determination in the figures' pursuit of a better life. Each stroke of paint exudes boldness, confidence, and strength, aiming to inspire those who encounter my art. I draw inspiration from a multitude of artists, including Dali, Kevin Williams, Charly Palmer, David Hockney, Basquiat, and Amy Sherald, while also embracing techniques from different eras, like gold leaf and textures. Since moving to Atlanta, Georgia, in 2018, I have become actively engaged in the local art community, showcasing my work in various galleries, such as Mint Gallery and Future Dead Artist Gallery. Notably, in 2022, I was featured in an Exhibition sponsored by Amazon Prime during Art Basel Miami. My ultimate goal is to touch hearts and minds with my art, leaving a lasting positive impression on fellow art enthusiasts and inspiring others to express their own passion and creativity. Athlete of the Week: Sydney Schwieterman of Springfield High SchoolHOLLAND, Ohio — The Springfield High School softball team is expected to compete for another Northern Lakes League title this year and one of their senior superstars is already off to an amazing start.Last year, Schwieterman hit .430 with six home runs and she drove in 42 runs. At the pace she's off to this year, she might beat those numbers fairly quickly.Through four games, she's 9-12 at the plate and has already hit two home runs.“Rob (Gwozdz) always tells us to go up with an approach, we always have a plan,” said Schwieterman. “I guess my plan is to just put it in play and help out the team however I can.”The team is also off to an unbelievable start. They're 4-0 and they've outscored their opponents 50-0. Schwieterman is a big reason why they've had success early.“She had an amazing year last year, she hit over .400 last year,” said Springfield softball head coach Rob Gwozdz. “She started out with two home runs already this year. You can see the confidence is just oozing with her.”“You have to have confidence at the plate,” said Schwieterman. “If you don't have confidence, you're not gonna have success. I am pretty confident when I'm up there hitting.”On top of being a huge contributor, she's also a complete team player.“Syd's a four-year starter and she's one of the most versatile kids I've ever had,” said Gwozdz. “Last year she was an all-district and all-NLL player at first base. We had a void in centerfield and she said ‘Hey put me out there coach.' She's taken right over in that centerfield spot. She can play pretty much anywhere on the diamond.”“It's a great feeling knowing there's pressure,” said Schwieterman. “Knowing there's people trying to take your spot is exhilarating.”

The Patriotically Correct Radio Show with Stew Peters | #PCRadio
Probably nowhere in American life has become more obviously poisonous than our school system. Ethan Byrne was a student at Springfield High School near Philadelphia. While Ethan was out of school, in a group conversation, he discussed this with some friends and the debate got heated, and Ethan ended up using the n-word. That's it. He used a bad word in an out-of-school debate. One of his "friends" screenshotted it and released it, he was endlessly bullied and death threats were made, and ultimately he took his own life. Alexandra Donato has been an advocate for Ethan Byrne's family. She joins us. Dr. Jane Ruby discusses her horrific finding that she found out through speaking with embalmers- white, rubbery blood-clots clogging up the veins of the jabbed. Dr. Sherry O'Donnel, leader of the Rappha Medical Center, joins Stew Peters to a life saved through prayer and proper medical treatment. Dr. Sherry also goes into detail about her imminent congressional bid. Just a short time ago we spoke with Michigan Congressional candidate and Covid doctor Sherry O'Donnell. Now, the patient she saved the life of, Kathy Jankoviak, joins us to discuss the extent of what she went through under the care of the murderous Fauci-gulag. Jonathan Hood talks about the life and times of the late Tracy Smothers who passed away at the age of 58 with lymphoma. Hear the wild stories and the highlights of the career of a "Wild Eyed Southern Boy" twitter.com/wrestlingtwt instagram.com/wrestlingtwt Professional wrestling career Early career (1982–1990) Smothers was from Springfield, TN. He graduated from Springfield High School, where he played football, golf, and wrestled. Smothers was the first person in Springfield High School history to go to the state championship in wrestling. Smothers started his career in the Memphis promotion on Saturday morning TV. Steve Armstrong and Tracy Smothers started teaming as The Wild-Eyed Southern Boys in Florida Championship Wrestling in 1987 where they feuded with The New Breed. They moved on to Southeast Championship Wrestling where they feuded with The Stud Stable. In 1989, he won the CWF Tag Team Championship in the newly renamed Continental Wrestling Federation. While in Continental, Smothers wrestled an unmuzzled bear that was announced as 550 lbs; Tracy took the bear to the mat several times. The bear, incapable of understanding the situation, thought they were playing.[2] World Championship Wrestling (1990–1992) Smothers and Armstrong competed in World Championship Wrestling for a number of years and were known as the Southern Boys and later the Young Pistols upon turning heel.[3] Smothers and Armstrong had a long feud with The Fabulous Freebirds (Michael Hayes and Jimmy Garvin).[3] Smothers' last major appearance for WCW was on January 21, 1992 at Clash of the Champions XVIII, as he teamed with Terry Taylor in a loss to Marcus Alexander Bagwell and Brian Pillman.[3] Smoky Mountain Wrestling (1992–1995) Smothers achieved his greatest singles success in Jim Cornette's Smoky Mountain Wrestling promotion which was based out of Knoxville, Tennessee. Between 1992 and 1995, "The Wild Eyed Southern Boy", competed as a babyface for SMW and won the Heavyweight title twice, the tag team titles once (with "Dirty White Boy" Tony Anthony, known as the "T.H.U.G.'S"), and the "Beat the Champ" TV title on three separate occasions. Smothers had notable feuds during this time against "Prime Time" Brian Lee, Chris Candido, Tony Anthony, The Heavenly Bodies, and The Gangstas. He also competed as a heel in the United States Wrestling Association during the SMW vs. USWA feud in 1995. World Wrestling Federation (1996–1997) In the summer of 1996, Smothers began wrestling in the WWF as Freddie Joe Floyd, a babyface jobber to various up and comers, most notably Hunter Hearst-Helmsley and Stone Cold Steve Austin.[4] His only meaningful win under the Floyd gimmick was an upset of Justin "Hawk" Bradshaw in his debut, which resulted in Bradshaw beating Floyd in a subsequent rematch.[4] He also scored a count out win over Triple H, thanks to Mr. Perfect distracting Helmsley.[4] His entire gimmick was a rib on Gerald Brisco and Jack Brisco, as they both came from Bowlegs, Oklahoma (the same home town Freddie Joe Floyd was billed as being from).[4] Jack Brisco’s real name is Fred Joe Brisco, and Gerald’s full name is Floyd Gerald Brisco. Extreme Championship Wrestling (1997–1999) Later in his career he joined Extreme Championship Wrestling as "The Main Man" Tracy Smothers. He was often mocked by the crowd with chants of "Freddy Joe!!" regarding his WWF stint and was most notably remembered for doing a goofy dance, that ECW announcer Joey Styles often commented on by saying "what the hell is with that awful dance."

A West Virginia school during Patriotism week made a sign about their opponent from Pittsburgh. They made the sign red white and blue, and the sign read, "Trump Perry." It did not say, "WE HATE BLACK PEOPLE." A football banner is intended to intimidate the other team. My high school was Ellet High School so Ellet rhymed with Smell iT. As our mascot was a giant Orange Hulk, and we were known as the Orangemen, we often saw many signs about "Squeezing the Orangemen." Our arch rival was Springfield High School. Springfield had a lake. So we called students from Springfield, "Swamp Rats." I guess by today's standards we were bullying when we played the fight song after a touchdown. I can't believe this made the news. Instead of the superintendent from the WV school writing an apology, they should've suspended the LIBRARIAN for being a narcissist and making everything about her, and for not being able to process any opinion besides her own. While I can't "tell you how to feel" you should be willing, and wanting to hear the other side of a story and be willing to participate in a dialogue. Here is the story from CNN See http://www.cnn.com/videos/tv/2017/10/21/trump-banner-at-hs-football-game-sparks-furor.cnn
Wright State University students Gabby Gramkow and Jacqueline Eddingfield had a distinct vision for their sign language interpreting capstone project: a quiet event buzzing with visual activity. The Wright State Student Union Atrium was packed March 10 as students, faculty, staff and volunteers took part in their immersion event, Deaf World 2017. “Deaf and hard of hearing people live in a hearing world, 24/7/ 365 so we reversed the roles and we’re seeing what happens,” said Gramkow. Volunteers set up themed booths so that high school and Wright State students could use their sign language abilities in real world situations, including at the bank, with an auto mechanic or even a travel agent. “This was an experience for them to meet different people and be able to talk with them and gain experience,” signed Arlon Nash, a teacher at Springfield High School. The event hosted students and others from the Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus deaf communities. The event was sponsored by Wright State’s American Sign Language program. Gramkow and Eddingfield partnered with the American Sign Language club to organize Deaf World.
