In 2011, Sharran walked away from his banking job on Wall Street to become the president of Beverly Hills-based Teles Properties. At the time, the luxury real estate brokerage was making over $300 million annually. In just five years, Srivatsaa and his partners transformed the company into a business worth more than $3 billion — increasing its value 10 times over. Things we discussed: The BIG 3 The “singularity of focus” – 10x in 5 years and this is what we need to do every year to achieve this. This gives purpose on everything that needs to be done.
