May is mental health awareness month! Our host Raegan has a guest on who works in the mental health field and has been very passionate about mental health in the black community. We discuss depression and how people joke about it, how prevalent suicide is these days, and tips on what we can do if we feel our mental health lacking. Raegan tries to get an understanding of how depression can look different in everyone.
This is Relatable Rae's Annual mother's day episode and this time she has her grandma in on the conversation!
