It's not secret Donald Trump has been the subject of lawyer for years now. When everything else failed to stop his election to a second term, the left used the last tool they had at their disposal to thwart his agenda as president. Judges. Yesterday, a new judicial panel out of New York you've likely never heard of has swooped in to declare Trump's "Liberation Day" tariff agenda unconstitutional. So what does that mean as Trump himself vows to appeal this to the Supreme Court? EJ Antoni from the Heritage Foundation discusses both this and the announcement that DOGE cuts are coming next week in the form of a new package called "rescission." Meanwhile, our friend Daniel Turner at Power The Future is questioning the legality and constitutionality of a number of executive orders signed under Joe Biden that Joe Biden likely never physically signed himself or even knew existed. And what's going to happen as the kids in the Senate get their hands on the "big, beautiful bill?" The former Secretary of the US Senate Kelly Johnston joins us to help explain.-For more info visit the official website: https://chrisstigall.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/chrisstigallshow/Twitter: https://twitter.com/ChrisStigallFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/chris.stigall/Listen on Spotify: https://tinyurl.com/StigallPodListen on Apple Podcasts: https://bit.ly/StigallShow-Help protect your wealth with real, physical gold and silver. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (05/28/2025): 3:05pm- In a hidden video interview conducted by Project Veritas, Vice Chair of the Democratic National Committee David Hogg and former Biden Administration staffer Deterrian Jones revealed that Jill Biden's Chief of Staff Anthony Bernal “had an enormous amount of power.” Jones continued: “The general public wouldn't know how this man looked, but he wielded an enormous amount of power. I can't stress to you enough how much power he had at the White House.” 3:15pm- While appearing on CNN, Alex Thompson—Axios reporter and co-author of “Original Sin: President Biden's Decline, Its Cover-up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again”—revealed that Biden Administration cabinet members were not confident that Joe Biden was capable of handling a “2 am crisis,” if one were to occur. 3:30pm- On Wednesday, President Donald Trump was asked: “Do you still believe that Putin actually wants to end the war?” Trump said he doesn't know for certain but suspects Russian President Vladimir Putin may be “tapping us along,” in which case “we'll respond a little bit differently.” 3:40pm- The One Big Beautiful Bill: While speaking with CBS News's David Pogue, Trump Administration advisor Elon Musk said he was “disappointed” by the Republican spending bill that recently passed in the House. Musk suggested the enormous spending bill undercut DOGE's efforts. He joked: "I think a bill can be big or it could be beautiful. But I don't know if it could be both." While speaking to the press on Wednesday, President Trump revealed he's “not happy about certain aspects” of the bill but likes other parts—specifically tax cuts. 3:45pm- During an interview with Charlie Kirk, Senator Rick Scott (R-FL) revealed that he would vote “no” on the One Big Beautiful Bill Act in its current form—and it does not have the support necessary to pass in the Senate. Republican Senators Rand Paul, Mike Lee, Ron Johnson, and Josh Hawley are also believed to be against the bill in its current form. 3:55pm- On Wednesday, President Donald Trump took questions from the press and addressed his administration's decision to completely strip federal funding from Harvard University. Trump declared “Harvard has been a disaster.” Trump has called on the Ivy League university to prioritize the education of American students, eliminate anti-Semitism on campus, and hire faculty representing a diverse ideology. According to a 2023 Harvard Crimson poll, only 2.5% of Harvard's faculty openly identified as “conservative—with 77% labeling themselves as “liberal” or “very liberal.” 4:05pm- Will Chamberlain—Senior Counsel at the Article III Project & Internet Accountability Project—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the Trump Administration's decision to end federal funding for Harvard University and NPR. Landbase is pioneering a new approach to go-to-market automation, using agentic AI to help businesses generate leads that convert. With $12.5 million in seed funding, Landbase is automating the mundane aspects of sales and marketing while leveraging machine intelligence to recommend high-converting campaign strategies. In this episode of Category Visionaries, I spoke with Daniel Saks, CEO and Co-Founder of Landbase, about his journey from building the unicorn AppDirect to his latest venture. Daniel shared his vision for creating software that works for you, not the other way around, and how AI-powered tools can help reclaim your day by turning months-long campaign processes into minutes. Topics Discussed: Landbase's mission to solve the challenge of generating leads that convert Using agentic AI to create go-to-market campaigns with high conversion potential The transition from months to minutes for launching marketing campaigns Daniel's journey building AppDirect into a unicorn and his decision to start Landbase The shifting landscape of B2B technology from on-prem to SaaS to AI Finding motivation beyond material success and focusing on mission-driven work Landbase's three core OKRs: faster, cheaper, better How AI can harness data to enhance human performance, not replace humans Building "GTM1 Omni," Landbase's domain-specific model for go-to-market insights The concept of "digital trust" and its importance in modern marketing efforts GTM Lessons For B2B Founders: AI should augment humans, not replace them: Daniel emphasizes that AI's role is to "automate the mundane so humans can do more human things." The most effective AI implementation preserves human agency while enhancing performance through machine intelligence. Focus on micro-ICPs for higher conversion: Landbase's data shows that targeting micro-ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) or niche audiences with specific problems can yield dramatically higher engagement rates—sometimes up to 90% email open rates compared to 1% for broader approaches. Opportunity in underdigitized industries: Traditional businesses like tool and die manufacturing, landscaping, or mining represent untapped markets for digital solutions. Being the first to create content for these niches can give you a significant advantage. Digital trust is the new currency: Building trust through your digital presence is critical. This includes having relevant case studies (video performs better than text), third-party ratings and reviews, credible authorities discussing your brand, and strong domain authority through proper backlinks. The Y Combinator playbook is outdated: Daniel argues that the traditional lean startup methodology of building a point solution around a defined customer market doesn't work in today's AI landscape. Creating a sustainable moat requires thinking differently and taking greater risks. // Sponsors: Front Lines — We help B2B tech companies launch, manage, and grow podcasts that drive demand, awareness, and thought leadership. www.FrontLines.io The Global Talent Co. — We help tech startups find, vet, hire, pay, and retain amazing marketing talent that costs 50-70% less than the US & Europe. www.GlobalTalent.co

The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 4: 6:05pm- During a White House event, President Donald Trump told Maine Governor Janet Mills that if her state didn't comply with his executive order banning biological males from competing in female sports, Maine would lose all federal funding. 6:30pm- Daniel Turner—Founder and Executive Director of Power The Future—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his latest op-ed for Fox News, “3 long-term consequences from Biden's cancellation of the Keystone pipeline.” You can read the full article here: https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/3-long-term-consequences-from-bidens-cancellation-keystone-pipeline. 6:40pm- On Wednesday, President Donald Trump held his first White House meeting with all appointed cabinet officials. Supercede is revolutionizing the reinsurance industry with purpose-built software solutions, addressing a critical gap in enterprise technology. With $21.6 million in funding, Supercede is building specialized tools for an industry that has historically relied on generic enterprise software or inefficient in-house solutions. In this episode of Category Visionaries, I sat down with Jerad Leigh, CEO and Co-Founder of Supercede, to explore how they're bringing innovation to what he calls the "unsexy" but crucial world of reinsurance technology. Topics Discussed: The opportunity in building "boring" enterprise software for reinsurance Why the reinsurance industry has been underserved by technology How Supercede leverages content marketing and community building The role of authenticity in B2B marketing and brand building Balancing professional credibility with creative marketing in a serious industry The evolution of their podcast strategy and content creation GTM Lessons For B2B Founders: Embrace the unsexy: Jerad emphasizes that some of the best business opportunities exist in "boring" enterprise spaces that aren't getting attention from flashy consumer or AI startups. B2B founders should look for valuable problems to solve in industries that others might overlook due to their perceived lack of excitement. Build vertical-specific solutions: Generic enterprise software often falls short for specialized industries. Jerad notes that while solutions like Salesforce are powerful, there's significant value in building purpose-built solutions that address industry-specific workflows and challenges. B2B founders should deeply understand their vertical's unique needs rather than trying to force-fit horizontal solutions. Lead with authenticity in B2B: Despite operating in a serious industry, Supercede successfully employs creative marketing approaches like meme calendars with personalized notes. Jerad argues that authentic, personality-driven content can work well even in traditional B2B sectors - the key is finding the right balance between professional credibility and engaging creativity. Leverage content for category leadership: Supercede's podcast strategy demonstrates how content can establish category leadership. By creating the first reinsurance-focused podcast and consistently delivering valuable content, they've built relationships with senior industry leaders and helped educate the next generation of professionals. B2B founders should consider how content can help them own their category's conversation. Take calculated marketing risks early: Jerad advises that early-stage companies have more freedom to experiment with creative marketing approaches since they have less to lose. He suggests using this period to find an authentic voice and build a core group of passionate supporters rather than trying to appeal to everyone with "safe" messaging. // Sponsors: Front Lines — We help B2B tech companies launch, manage, and grow podcasts that drive demand, awareness, and thought leadership. www.FrontLines.io The Global Talent Co. — We help tech startups find, vet, hire, pay, and retain amazing marketing talent that costs 50-70% less than the US & Europe. www.GlobalTalent.co

Imagine a field of solar panels floating silently in the endless day of Earth's orbit. Unlike their terrestrial cousins, this space-based solar array never faces nighttime, clouds, or atmospheric interference. Instead, they bathe in constant, intense sunlight, converting this endless stream of energy into electricity with remarkable efficiency. But the true innovation lies in how this power is transmitted to power grids on Earth. The electricity generated in space is converted into invisible beams of microwaves or laser light that pierce through the atmosphere with minimal losses. These beams are precisely aimed at receiving stations on Earth—collections of antennas or receivers known as “rectennas” that capture and reconvert the energy back into electricity that can be supplied to the power grid. This isn't science fiction—it's space-based solar power (SBSP), a technology that could revolutionize how clean energy is generated and distributed. While conventional solar panels on Earth can only produce power during daylight hours and are at the mercy of weather conditions, orbital solar arrays could beam massive amounts of clean energy to Earth 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, potentially transforming the global energy landscape.

Topics Discussed: Evolution from research project to commercial venture Technical approach to handling industrial 3D data Challenges of transitioning from research to commercial sales Building and structuring an effective go-to-market team Fundraising journey and timing considerations Strategy for expansion beyond automotive industry Vision for the future of 3D data accessibility GTM Lessons For B2B Founders: Start with Focus: Threedy learned to narrow their sales approach from broad technological possibilities to specific use cases and sweet spots. B2B founders should identify and focus on their most compelling use cases rather than trying to sell all possible applications of their technology at once. Timing Market Entry: The company's experience with fundraising during the metaverse hype cycle demonstrates the importance of market timing. Christian shared how delaying fundraising by six months significantly impacted their ability to capitalize on market momentum. B2B founders should carefully consider market conditions and industry trends when planning major business moves. Bridge Technical to Commercial: As a technical founder, Christian learned to structure the sales organization with the same systematic approach used in software development. B2B founders should apply their domain expertise to sales processes while recognizing when specialized commercial leadership is needed. Strategic Customer Base Expansion: Starting with German automotive customers provided early validation, but Threedy recognized the need to diversify into new verticals and geographies. B2B founders should plan their expansion strategy to reduce dependency on any single industry or region. Evolution of Sales Approach: Threedy's early sales efforts were hindered by overwhelming prospects with technical complexity. They succeeded by simplifying their message and empowering sales teams to focus on specific use cases. B2B founders should ensure their sales narrative is accessible and actionable for their target buyers. // Sponsors: Front Lines — We help B2B tech companies launch, manage, and grow podcasts that drive demand, awareness, and thought leadership. www.FrontLines.io The Global Talent Co. — We help tech startups find, vet, hire, pay, and retain amazing marketing talent that costs 50-70% less than the US & Europe. www.GlobalTalent.co

Soluna is pioneering a new category of renewable computing, building data centers co-located with renewable energy power plants to monetize stranded or wasted energy while providing sustainable compute power for AI workloads. With over $180 million in funding, Soluna is constructing a distributed network of facilities around the country that enables massive AI compute capabilities while driving demand and resiliency in the renewable energy sector. In this episode of Category Visionaries, John Belizaire shares Soluna's journey from addressing a stranded wind power project in Northern Africa to becoming a leader in sustainable computing infrastructure. Topics Discussed: The evolution of Soluna's business model from blockchain computing to AI workloads How renewable energy curtailment creates opportunities for data center innovation The landscape of renewable power plant ownership and development Building relationships with major power producers and investment funds The technical challenges of creating flexible, distributed computing facilities Content marketing strategies for category creation and demand generation GTM Lessons For B2B Founders: Master the missionary sell: John emphasized the importance of education and de-risking in the early stages of category creation. When introducing a novel solution, focus on addressing customer concerns systematically and finding early adopters willing to validate your approach. The first six months were spent convincing power plant owners that computing facilities could work effectively with their operations. Leverage content marketing for scalable education: Initially relying on outbound calls, Soluna transformed their pipeline by investing heavily in content marketing through podcasts, newsletters, articles, and social media. This education-first approach led to 80% of their pipeline becoming inbound leads. B2B founders should view content as a scalable way to address common customer questions and concerns before the first meeting. Build an integrated content engine: Rather than viewing content creation as an overwhelming task, start with recorded conversations that can be repurposed across multiple formats. One conversation can become a blog post, podcast episode, video content, and email sequences. This approach creates a content library that continuously generates marketing assets while maintaining consistent messaging. Target the convergence of major trends: Soluna positioned itself at the intersection of renewable energy, cryptocurrency, and AI computing. While some of this alignment was fortunate timing, the company's planned evolution from cryptocurrency to broader computing applications allowed them to capitalize on the AI boom. B2B founders should look for similar convergence opportunities in their markets. Focus on systemic industry problems: Soluna identified that renewable energy curtailment was a widespread issue affecting plant profitability. By understanding the "McDonald's and Burger King problem" of optimal resource locations creating grid congestion, they developed a solution that addressed a fundamental industry challenge rather than a point problem. // Sponsors: Front Lines — We help B2B tech companies launch, manage, and grow podcasts that drive demand, awareness, and thought leadership. www.FrontLines.io The Global Talent Co. — We help tech startups find, vet, hire, pay, and retain amazing marketing talent that costs 50-70% less than the US & Europe. www.GlobalTalent.co

Guys, thank you, and Andy, excited to have you with us. Thanks for joining us. Our topic today is: what's the future of dairy? Where do we think demand is going to grow globally in the dairy industry? What are the components that this industry is going to see the greatest demand and opportunity for as we look out over the next 5 to 10 years? Andy, I'll start by saying we just recently had a five 10 year vision conversation within our organization, and one of the things that we spent a lot of time talking about was how dairy proteins, specifically as you look at the way the developing countries and the way their diets are changing and growing and developing when you look at the aging populations of many parts of the world when you look at the addition of medicines like Ozempic and Wegovy, protein is just going to become a bigger and a bigger part of the nutritional profile of what human beings eat. I've got two boys in their twenties, and they are much healthier eaters than I ever was when I was in my twenties. That means they're consuming a lot more dairy protein. Andy Powers: Right. T3: What are your thoughts, and where do you think dairy proteins fit in that space? Andy Powers: First and foremost, because I've worked for the American Dairy Products Institute, you're going to hear me talk about dairy. I drank the Kool-Aid a number of years ago. I believe in dairy's value proposition, and I believe in its strengths in terms of nutrient density and complete nutrition. You talked about some of the driving forces that are going to influence demand for dairy in the future. We've got population growth as the baseline talked about an aging population. I think that's significant. The ongoing current modernization or GDP growth meaning that people can transition from the most...

With less than 60 days left until Trump returns to office, speculation abounds that current President Joe Biden will use the remainder of his lame duck term to shove through unpopular legislation, pardons, or executive orders. And none may be more concerning than the Democrats' demands for a "climate emergency" declaration, which would treat climate change the same way we treat war and the COVID pandemic: as an excuse to curtail liberty and manipulate the economy. Daniel Turner joins to discuss the repercussions of such a declaration, why he feared it would be used as a way to manipulate the 2024 elections, and why the threat can't be ignored in future administrations. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/victoria-taft/support

After 25 years in payments, including leading roles at Braintree and PayPal, Klas Bäck noticed a persistent problem: companies were leaving money on the table due to suboptimal payment infrastructure. Despite being data-driven in other areas, even billion-dollar companies made payment decisions without complete, accurate, or timely data. This revelation led him to co-found Pagos, raising $44M to build a payment operations platform that helps enterprise companies optimize their payment performance through better data and analytics. Topics Discussed: Evolution of payments from a corporate banking afterthought to a product/engineering priority The opaque nature of payment operations and the industry-wide lack of data-driven decision making Why payment infrastructure optimization remains challenging despite technological advances The emergence of payment operations as a distinct category within enterprise companies Building a global enterprise SaaS company from day one The impact of market noise on B2B marketing strategies Community building through intimate dinner events and industry conferences GTM Lessons For B2B Founders: Break into enterprise through brute force outreach: Bäck leveraged his LinkedIn network to systematically reach out to potential customers, focusing on companies with $50M+ in annual online sales. The key was having enough industry credibility to secure initial conversations. Adapt your MVP strategy for enterprise: When building features for early adopters, start with manual processes (like weekly data files) before investing in full automation. This allows you to validate value while managing development costs. Build community through peer connections: Rather than focusing on selling, create opportunities for prospects to meet peers facing similar challenges. Bäck found success hosting intimate dinners (10-12 people) where the value came from peer networking rather than vendor pitching. Embrace imperfect execution: In startup environments, waiting for perfection can be fatal. Launch quickly, stay close to early customers, communicate transparently about issues, and iterate based on feedback. Hire for curiosity and action-orientation: Look for team members who proactively take initiative in group settings and demonstrate genuine curiosity through question-asking. These traits are especially crucial in early-stage startups. Focus marketing on high-intent channels: Traditional demand generation tactics like Google Ads may not work well for new categories. Instead, focus on building presence in existing industry communities and conferences where your target buyers already gather. // Sponsors: Front Lines — We help B2B tech companies launch, manage, and grow podcasts that drive demand, awareness, and thought leadership. www.FrontLines.io The Global Talent Co. — We help tech startups find, vet, hire, pay, and retain amazing marketing talent that costs 50-70% less than the US & Europe. www.GlobalTalent.co
On this episode of the podcast, Power The Future founder and executive director Daniel Turner explores the current challenges in energy policy and governance. Turner discusses the ideal role of the EPA—facilitating coexistence among industries and communities—and critiques its weaponization under the Biden Administration. He further shares insight on energy policy reform, advocating for dismantling the EPA and empowering states just as President Trump will likely do with the Department of Education. Turner also highlights the strategic attacks by the Biden Administration on the energy sector through executive orders, financing restrictions, and regulatory hurdles, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive, national energy strategy once Trump returns to the Oval Office. With a nod to leaders like North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum, who will likely become the next Secretary of the Department of Interior, as well as the Head of the new White House Energy Council, Turner underscores the importance of reversing the Biden-Harris Administration policies in order to secure America's energy independence once again.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
illumex is pioneering the future of enterprise data access through their generative semantic fabric platform, which enables self-service data analytics for every employee within large organizations like banks, insurance companies, and pharma corporations. In a recent episode of Category Visionaries, Inna Sela shared how with $13 Million in funding, illumex is transforming how business users interact with enterprise data by providing a ChatGPT-like experience that's hallucination-free, governed, and fast. Topics Discussed: The evolution of illumex's go-to-market strategy from targeting unicorn startups to enterprise customers Creating a new category called "generative semantic fabric" Building a complete platform offering versus selling individual features Content-driven marketing strategy focused on thought leadership The role of controversial opinions in driving market education Strategic importance of in-house marketing expertise Leveraging corporate venture capital for distribution channels GTM Lessons For B2B Founders: Adapt to market conditions: When Inna saw the 2022 downturn affecting their initial target market of software unicorns, she pivoted to enterprise customers. This required starting with paid POCs and gradually working up to larger deals with major corporations. Category creation requires patience: Inna recognized from day one they were creating a new category. As she explained, "I was aware it's category creation... But for the sake of fundraising, I had to bring those parallels... so I was trying to bring these parallels to existing tools for investors to understand where we are." Build for enterprise scale: Inna shares, "For the offering that we provide to companies like the augmented data management and access, you really need to have small Swiss panel. So it's not enough to have just one fork or one component of the Swiss knife, you really have to have full offering which is minimal." Take controversial positions: Rather than making incremental improvements, Inna advocated for a completely different approach to data management. "I actually thought it's a benefit to have controversial opinions and to some extent differentiate product because this is how you make change," she explains. Blend investor expertise: "You really need to have a blend of investors with different appetite and different business acumen so it can serve you on hiring, on reach out on different aspects of investors value add," Inna advises about fundraising strategy. // Sponsors: Front Lines — We help B2B tech companies launch, manage, and grow podcasts that drive demand, awareness, and thought leadership. www.FrontLines.io The Global Talent Co. — We help tech startups find, vet, hire, pay, and retain amazing marketing talent that costs 50-70% less than the US & Europe. www.GlobalTalent.co
