Fortune favours the bold as Golden Ace shocks the racing world, claiming Champion Hurdle glory amidst chaos at Cheltenham Festival 2025. Multiple Festival-winning jockey and TalkSPORT pundit Lizzie Kelly, along with TPD racing analyst Adam Mills, join Emmet Kennedy to dissect an extraordinary Champion Hurdle—including State Man's dramatic last-flight fall, Brighterdaysahead's unexpected flop, and Lizzie's compelling argument about the real legacy of Constitution Hill. We break down Lossiemouth's classy back-to-back Mares' Hurdle victories, Bob Olinger's Festival hat-trick and remarkable defeat of reigning champion Teahupoo in the Stayers' Hurdle, and question whether Jonbon's Festival dreams are officially over after defeat to Marine Nationale in the Champion Chase. Adam makes a bold, data-driven prediction for Fact To File's future that could stun listeners, while we discuss Inothewayurthinkin's intriguing odds for the Grand National. Finally, we debate if Galopin Des Champs can emulate the legendary Kauto Star and reclaim Gold Cup glory. Olivier a 36 ans. Presented by the 2024 Weatherbys Cheltenham Festival Betting Guide, Emmet Kennedy, Katie Young, and George Gorman react to our biggest ante-post bet for Cheltenham, Fact To File, who we tipped at 14/1 and 10/1, becoming the 6/4 favourite for the Turners Novice Chase after toppling Gaelic Warrior in the Grade 1 match at Leopardstown. But what did he actually achieve in victory, and is he really the one to beat? What now for Gaelic Warrior? The Arkle betting looks as volatile as a cryptocurrency market after the odds-on favorite, Marine Nationale, flopped behind Il Etait Temps. Can Barry Connell's horse bounce back at Cheltenham? Plus we review the novice hurdlers at the DRF where Ballyburn emerged as the outright favourite for the Supreme and Baring Bingham Novice Hurdles at Cheltenham, but the question is, which race will he run in? The team has strong but differing opinions. Dancing City will head for the Albert Bartlett after strengthening Willie Mullins' hand with a Grade 1 victory at the Dublin Racing Festival. We discuss his chances at the Festival and those of stablemate Predators Gold and Jessica Harrington's Jetara. Plus, Kargese is now the second favourite for the Triumph Hurdle, but can she challenge Nicky Henderson's Sir Gino, and is it possible that one of her stablemates could reverse the form with her at Cheltenham? Cheltenham… Only Bettor heads into its 11th episode, and it sees an extremely special guest added to the team! Natalie Green is joined by her usual Betfair duo of Daryl Carter and Kevin Blake and this week ITV commentator Richard Hoiles joined the team to discuss all the action from the DRF. The 2024 Dublin Racing Festival threw out some key pointers for the Festival in March and the team of four discuss the lesser performances of Marine Nationale and Gaelic Warrior and pose the question as to whether both bubbles have been burst. The highlights of the weekend were the winning performances of Galopin Des Champs, Ballyburn and El Fabiolo with all three of the Willie Mullins trained horses shortening for the 2024 Cheltenham Festival. In Episode 11 the panel answer a whole host of listener questions with the weekend leaving plenty of questions to be answered. To round off the podcast Daryl Carter and Richard Hoiles put up their Week 11 Cheltenham Festival antepost selections for the 2024 meeting.
