Sponge is an American alternative rock band formed in Detroit, Michigan in 1992 by vocalist Vinnie Dombroski, guitarists Mike Cross and Joey Mazzola, bassist Tim Cross, and drummer Jimmy Paluzzi. We enjoyed the wonderful job Laurie Edwards and Denise Jones did playing, "This is my Father's World" during our Offertory. Patsy Milam joined us from the Word of Life Church to report on the success of The Angel Tree donations. Sheryl Olsen heads our Missions, of which the Angel Tree is a part. As Rev. Bynum reminded us we all are "Touching Lives".

Mike Cross is the best blues singer and musician in Austin, Texas today. Maybe that’s just our humble opinion but you should listen for yourself.
