So werden wir bestimmt wieder das Feuer in euch entfachen und an vergangene Folgen anknüpfen! Viel Spaß!

Hier starten wir auch schon mit der ersten MiMi - der ersten Mindful Minute Übung! Wir fangen einfach an, denn nur so lernen wir Schritt für Schritt, eine regelmäßige Meditationspraxis in unseren Alltag zu integrieren. Meditation ist wie eine Sprache zu lernen, es erfordert Übung und Durchhaltevermögen und ist am Anfang vielleicht nicht ganz so simpel wie gedacht. Wichtig ist, dass du dir vor Augen führst, dass die Wirkung einer regelmäßigen Meditationspraxis nicht sofort einsetzt, es dauert ca. 8 Wochen bis sich auch in deinem Gehirn etwas verändert, aber immerhin, es passt sich an :)!! Mache dir keinen Druck! Die Gedanken dürfen Abschweifen, warum das sogar gewünscht ist erkläre ich dir auch noch (wahrscheinlich in Folge 10!). Also versuche einfach mal die Meditation Fokussierte Aufmerksamkeit, vielleicht sagt diese MiMi dir zu, wenn nicht, wirst du im Podcast bald noch andere MiMis finden, da ist dann sicher eine für dich dabei ;) Viel Spaß! La petite étoile qui monte et monte encore vient de loin. « Il ne s’est jamais découragé » Né au village, il se souvient encore de son premier jour à l’école. « L’enseignant disait : "Tu n’as pas encore 6 ans. Prends ta main et essaye de toucher ton oreille opposée pour voir si tu as réellement ton âge". Je n’y arrivais pas alors que j’avais bien 6 ans », se souvient-il, en riant. « On me disait que je n’arrivais pas à m’asseoir sur les bancs de l’école, mais les petites tables étaient grandes aussi », précise-t-il. Son père, Alsène Florentin Missengué, raconte : « Quand Mayombo est né, il n’avait pas assez d’hormones de croissance. Mais il ne s’est jamais découragé face aux railleries de ses amis ou des parents qui disaient : "Est-ce que cet enfant va survivre ?" » Comique, séducteur et amusant, Petit Mayombo se présente comme « le mimi des mimis ». « Le mimi des mimis, c’est cette pépite d’or qui n’est autre que moi. Ça se voit, non ? », s’amuse-t-il, un brin taquin. Une étiquette qu’il compte bien conserver quand on cherche à le concurrencer. « Je suis le vrai mimi. Tout le monde vous le dira. Le mimi, c’est Petit Mayombo », insiste-t-il, en ricanant. Ambassadeur des enfants maltraités Plein de projets dans la tête, l’artiste se révolte contre les parents qui enferment dans les maisons, par honte, leurs enfants handicapés. « Je suis l’ambassadeur de ces enfants maltraités, de ces enfants négligés. Gare à ces parents qui commettront toujours ces actes ignobles », prévient Petit Mayombo, d’un ton sérieux. Victime de son succès, Petit Mayombo ne se balade plus seul. Il est toujours flanqué d’un aide de camp, un maître des arts martiaux. Et rien ne semble l’arrêter, car comme il le dit dans sa chanson : « Ma différence a fait ma force, ici c’est pas la Corse, j’ai pris pas mal d’écorces, mais je bombe quand même le torse ».

Howdy MwH Fam! This episode of the show is with barrel racer, Jordan Bassett-Kircher. This Arizona cowgirl grew up in the horse industry. Her family has been in the horse business for decades. Her granddad was a world champion team roper in the 40’s. Her dad is a legend in the sport of quarter horse racing; winning the All-American Futurity and training some of the house-hold names in the quarter horse world. Her brother has now began to create his own legacy in the sport as well. Her mom trained colts and like most moms and wives in the horse business has played a large role in the horse operations. I detail this all to highlight the many similarities in Jackie's and Jordan’s childhood growing up on the track and learning their craft from amazing horseman. Jordan (Rock’n Barrel Horses) has continued the legacy of her family's winning ways in the barrel horse arena. Still a young trainer and competitor, Jordan has found success on many different horses that she has trained. We talk about Cocomo Jo, Mimis on Firewater, and others she’s trained as well as her current crop of colts.
