The Government is calling for a bipartisan approach to the reviewing of New Zealand's security and intelligence laws. There are 52 recommendations in a new report on the country's spy agencies. These include overhauling the Intelligence and Security Committee, removing a distinction between warrants for spying on New Zealanders and non-New Zealanders, and defining "national security" in the law.
