From what I can tell at a far remove & as someone not particularly versed on the complex back-n-forth between those biz people with a "vested interest" in Pac's legacy who are attempting to profit from it and his living relatives like Sekyiwa in Shakur matriarch Afeni's absence (since 2016), it seems unlikely that Whalley & Sekyiwa would be collabing on this investigation by virtue of Sekyiwa's ongoing legal battle to gain control of the estate, but I could be way wrong there. Niet massief als een witte haai, maar langer en slanker. Dat baseren onderzoekers op een analyse van een incomplete set fossiele wervels.   Volgens deze groep wetenschappers zijn er in het verleden wat foute aannames gedaan over Megalodon. Zo zou als vergelijkingsmodel meer dan eens een jonge witte haai gebruikt zijn, terwijl er toch echt duidelijke anatomische verschillen aan te wijzen zijn. Er bestaan nu van eenzelfde fossiel verschillende schattingen in lengte. Dat schiet natuurlijk niet op.   Eerder onderzoek suggereerde dat Megalodon een stuk minder snel heeft gezwommen dan eerder werd gedacht. Dat zou aansluiten bij de langere slankere lichaamsvorm die hij volgens dit laatste onderzoek moet hebben gehad.   Maar om helemaal zeker te weten hoe het dier er ooit uitzag zou het wel nog steeds nodig zijn om ten minste één volledig skelet te vinden.
