from tardi wiki was the eighth and final episode of Series 15 of Doctor Who. It premiered on 31 May 2025. The story featured the return of Omega in an active role as an antagonist for the first time since the Fifth Doctor story Arc of Infinity [+], now voiced by Nicholas Briggs, with this story revealing Omega's time spent trapped in the Under-Universe had physically altered and deformed him into a monstrous corpse like being. The story also shows the apparent fate of the bi-generated Rani at Omega's hands, while the Mrs Flood incarnation of the Rani escapes shortly after witnessing her successor's apparent demise. The Rani reveals how she survived the Spy Master's genocide of Gallifrey, and that the genetic explosion caused by the Spy Master had rendered any surviving Time Lords and Time Ladies completely sterile, which was why she enacted her plan to find Omega in order to save their race, though with the purpose of creating a new Gallifrey she could rule over. In addition, her ability to follow the Doctor throughout time and space is revealed to be accomplished by use of a Time Ring rather than a TARDIS. Steph de Whalley also returns as Anita Benn, where it's revealed she began working in the Time Hotel after Joy to the World [+] and had been looking for the Fifteenth Doctor, in doing so archive footage from The Wedding of River Song [+] and Day of the Daleks [+] respectfully would be used to have Anita see the Eleventh and Third Doctors when visiting the events of those stories, before archive footage of Rogue [+] is used when Anita finds an early version of the Fifteenth Doctor during the events of that story. Before departing, Anita would mention "the Boss" who was previously mentioned by Beep the Meep in The Star Beast [+]. In addition to the Doctor's previous incarnations appearing through archive footage, Jodie Whittaker makes a surprise appearance as the Thirteenth Doctor near the end of this story, marking her first appearance since The Power of the Doctor [+]. Most notably, this story was the final chronological appearance of Ncuti Gatwa as the Fifteenth Doctor, with the story ending with his regeneration, caused by him sacrificing his current incarnation in order to bring Poppy back into existence, the Doctor's regeneration in this story was also the first time since The Parting of the Ways [+] in 2005 that the Doctor had regenerated at the end of the current series; in the revived run of the series, starting from The End of Time [+] up to The Giggle [+], the Doctor would be seen regenerating in either Christmas or New Year's specials set in between numbered series. In a twist however, The Reality War and the Fifteenth Doctor's regeneration would end with Billie Piper, having previously portrayed Ninth and Tenth Doctor companion Rose Tyler, being introduced in the final moments of the story, and with her role being left uncredited. Worldbuilding Omega and the Rani The Doctor reveals that Omega is viewed as the Original Sin of the Time Lords who has discovered time travel. He was cast out from Gallifrey because he was insane. Omega has two hearts like all Time Lords. The Underverse is a world of legends, causing Omega to change into the Mad God Titan and become his own legend. After his escape, Omega wanted to become the God of Time and feast upon Time Lords. He also immediately recognises the Doctor. The Rani has her own Time Ring and Sonic Screwdriver. The Mrs. Flood Rani later escapes with the Time Ring. UNIT Susan Triad has build her own Zero Room at UNIT floor minus 10 to use as an escape pod. UNIT can also fight using Parallax Cannons. There are a few glitches in the new world: the border between Norway and Sweden has moved seven miles east. The colour teal is more blue and actor Ernest Borgnine is still alive. Belinda and her family Belinda mentions she has an uncle named Roo living in Kerala. Her mother's name is Lakshmi. She plays a concert in Manchester. Belinda wanted to see the planet Neptune and the Big Bang before departing from the Doctor. Belinda makes the Doctor an uncle to Poppy. She reveals she met Poppy's real father when she was 21 and is named Ritchie Akingbola, though they are separated. Ruby and her family Ruby mentions that during their time together, Conrad never revealed who his father is. Cherry reveals that she likes to play poker and that Joseph is the name of her late husband. The Doctor and the TARDIS The Fifteenth Doctor mentions he can turn the TARDIS into anything. The Doctor has never been to Kerala. He also reveals that in the year 60,000, there is a planet called New New Delhi. The Fifteenth Doctor can punch regeneration energy from his hands into the Time Vortex to alter reality. However this causes him to regenerate. He can still stall the regeneration itself for a short time. The Thirteenth Doctor is unaware of what bi-generation is. The Thirteenth Doctor mentions the TARDIS having "a third strand of phenotype markers that can turn a micro-spasm". Both Doctors hope that they will always wish they had more time before regenerating. The TARDIS remembers the Fugitive Doctor, revealing her on the TARDIS console screen between the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Doctors. The Fifteenth Doctor is surprised to see the Thirteenth, joking that "normally the other guy shows up". References The Doctor gives The Upside Down from Stranger Things and Narnia as examples about the world hidden below, or "the Underverse". Notes Jodie Whittaker revealed that one of her regrets from her tenure was that she didn't get to interact with Peter Capaldi or David Tennant during the regeneration handovers, as their scenes were filmed separately. So getting to interact with Ncuti Gatwa during his own regeneration handover was special and a highlight of coming back for her cameo. A promotional image of the Doctor and Belinda dancing with a "Happy May Day" banner in the background was released for the episode, but no such scene exists in the final episode. Jodie Whittaker wore a wig for her cameo, as she had long brown hair at the time. Russell T Davies revealed that Jodie Whittaker's codename onset was "Petrol", because he might use it as a companion name in the future. This two-parter formed Block Five of Series 15.
Interview by Kris PetersAt the turn of the last century - around the same time the world was supposed to succumb to the flash in the pan that was the Y2K bug - a group of four Sydney punk reprobates called Frenzal Rhomb were plotting their own assault on the world. But instead of technology, this was a stealth attack by music. After previously making their name as carefree, wreckless, uncompromising punk rockers through albums Coughing Up A Storm, Not So Tough Now and Meet The Family, Frenzal Rhomb elected to go a little more mainstream on their fourth album, A Man's Not A Camel. So much so that the album contained a bona fide ballad - I Miss My Lung, and another on the cusp of being a ballad with You Are Not My Friend.Granted, A Man's Not A Camel provided some staple Frenzal moments with songs like It's Up To You, Do You Wanna Fight Me and the irresistible I Know Why Dinosaurs Became Extinct, and it also contained more than enough lashings of Frenzal humour, but it was also far enough on the right side of the musical ledger to have the song Never Had So Much Fun nominated for an ARIA Award in the Best Pop Release category.I shit you not. Thankfully a singing budgie by the name of Kylie Minogue pipped them at the post, otherwise who knows how far down the rabbit hole Frenzal Rhomb would have gone? And now, 26 years after it first came out, Frenzal Rhomb are celebrating the 25th (ish) Birthday of A Man's Not A Camel with an extensive Australian tour that will see the band travelling to places some of you might not even know exist.HEAVY tracked down Frenzal frontman Jason Whalley to take a trip down memory lane."That record seemed to resonate with people," Whalley nodded, stroking his chin. "It had all those songs on it like Never Had So Much Fun and You Are Not My Friend and I Miss My Lung and all that jazz. There's a lot of songs on there that, let's be honest, weren't very good. But it had a few songs on there that seemed to resonate with people. We are doing this tour where we're celebrating this record, but to be honest, we play all the good songs off that record every time we play anyway. We are pulling out some deep cuts too. I've had to relearn a lot of lyrics. I actually looked up the lyrics on the internet to try and figure out what they were, to try and relearn them."We ask if that means the whole of A Man's Not A Camel album will be played in full on tour."100% not," he countered. "We wouldn't do that to our audience. There's a few songs on there that just have not stood the test of time. I mean, even a week after it was released, we weren't playing them. When you see bands doing their whole album, I'm always like, come on, mate, they weren't all bangers."In the full interview, Jay discussed Frenzal Rhomb's upcoming shows in more detail, revealing the tour will include 25 shows in various locations that were missed during their last tour, allowing the band to reconnect with fans. He expressed enthusiasm for the tour and reflected on the band's evolution in songwriting on A Man's Not A Camel, noting a shift towards a more pop-oriented sound while emphasizing the importance of song quality over tempo. The conversation also covered Frenzal's experiences with the album's reception and their nomination at the ARIA's, where he recalled a memorable performance in hospital attire due to his broken arm. We discussed the album's release in the US under Fat Mike's Fat Wreck Chords, highlighting changes made to the tracklist and the unnecessary suggestion of a name change for the American market, plus more.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/heavy-music-interviews--2687660/support.

It was filmed in October and November 2023. Plot [] arrives at the Time Hotel, an establishment in the year 4202 that allows guests to visit various points in history, several of which the Doctor visits during the episode. The Doctor enlists the aid of Trev, a worker at the hotel, as he investigates a mysterious man holding a briefcase. Production [] Development [] Former Doctor Who showrunner penned the episode. , the Doctor Who , initially began writing the 2024 Christmas special. Davies had sent a portion of the script to former showrunner to get his opinion on it. At the time, Davies was in discussions with Moffat to have him write a script for the . When Davies realised he was too busy to complete the script, he shelved it and asked Moffat to write the Christmas episode instead. Moffat considered writing a , but decided against it, believing that such an episode would be better suited mid-series. Despite this, he said the episode still had a comedic tone with emotional elements. Here's the pitch that got me the job. You know in just about every hotel room you've been in there's a locked door? It's weird, but there always is. Okay. We're about to blow apart the truth of that. In the far future there is a place called the Time hotel, and the Time Hotel has realised something brilliant, which is following the discovery of time travel they have an opportunity to sell all the rooms they failed to sell the last time. The character of Anita originally only had around ten lines but her presence was increased after the production team became fond of her. Moffat had finished writing the episode by 20 July 2023. Calling all CORK BOARD CADRE in Klonny's hour of need. The Zion·ist music cartel has retaliated against PPM for our hard hitting, boom bap exposés of the Diddler - Epstein nexus, removing 8 eps from pod platforms. Please click this link to follow the Patreon and, if you can afford it, please subscribe, so that PPM can survive cont'd suppression & so you can access all of the Diddy Dossiers. I will be unlocking the entire Free Feed over there. Thank you for your support: patreon.com/ParaPowerMapping In which SLANK & I unpack the "Tupac family" / estate's appointment of sus white collar criminal defense lawyer Alex Spiro to investigate Diddy's involvement in the Pac assassination & why this feels problematic, why it feels like there's a blatant conflict of interest, and why we're concerned about his hiring hinting at a concerted coverup... They (who exactly, is unclear, at least from publicly available info as best I can tell so far, be it the executor of Pac estate / music exec Tom Whalley or sundry relatives of Tupac unnamed in news pieces) have retained a lawyer who has repped a coterie of powerful individuals in the Diddler's orbit: Mayor Adams, Robert Kraft during his solicitation of prostitution at a happy ending spa scandal, Elon Musk, Jay-Z, etc. Even Mr. Beast, mass mind controller of kiddies everywhere, has just employed his services to preempt the brewing scandal in Beastland. The fact he's currently repping the "Bad Boy" Mayor & former NYPD Captain, ya know, a former employee of the same police dep't containing the COINTEL PRO legacy Rap Intel Unit implicated in numerous plots to target Tupac... The fact he's repping Mayor Adams, the same guy who gifted Puffy the Key to NYC shortly before Diddy's House of Cards began tumbling down, as he contends w/ these federal fraud & bribery charges is the height of irony. On top of it all, Spiro's a former C·I·A fellow, which doesn't bode well considering the way in which the feds are implicated in Pac's clipping. In this ep, we also discuss the rift between Pac's half-sister Sekyiwa Shakur & the present executor of the Tupac estate Tom Whalley, formerly a WB Music head and the man who signed a young Pac to Interscope in the late '80s. The relationship is... litigious, needless to say. Thus some of the curiosity around the appointment of Spiro, the opaqueness of the phrasing "Tupac's family" in news articles regarding it, and whether the estate is at all involved. From what I can tell at a far remove & as someone not particularly versed on the complex back-n-forth between those biz people with a "vested interest" in Pac's legacy who are attempting to profit from it and his living relatives like Sekyiwa in Shakur matriarch Afeni's absence (since 2016), it seems unlikely that Whalley & Sekyiwa would be collabing on this investigation by virtue of Sekyiwa's ongoing legal battle to gain control of the estate, but I could be way wrong there. Either way, we break down why Alex Spiro's sus career puts us on edge & why I'm instinctually concerned about ulterior motives on his part, even if Pac's family have enlisted him in a genuine bid to get to the bottom of who ordered Tupac killed & bring the Diddler's involvement to the light. We also put guns to head & place wagers on our Diddler prognoses: will he survive this ordeal? And much more. SLANK has joined me in the booth, once again, for what is the EIGHTH installment counting in this sweeping boom bap expose of the Diddler trafficking nexus and its Zion-ist and US intel interlocks. Make sure to check out SLANK's music and assiduous research, which you can all find via his Twitter (@DabSquad_Slank) The artwork for this series, the Diddler nexus parapower map, was expertly rendered by noided pod design mastermind & great friend of the show Robert Voyvodic (@rvoy__ on Twitter). What if tomorrow brought freedom to all people and the land? This was God's vision of Jubilee, a time when the Israelites were invited to take a break from harvesting every 50 years to let the land rest and enjoy the abundance God would provide. They were also called to free all enslaved people. This is the essence of Jubilee. Where are you longing for Jubilee today? This week, Kim will discuss the vision and imagination that God invited the Israelites to embrace for a new way of life: one that holds about the abundance, safety, and security God provides if they follow his decrees and the directions God extended to the Israelites if one of their fellow Israelites became poor. - Series Description -Jesus cares deeply about the marginalized. During this Lenten series, we will unpack God's care for the poor, identification with this group, and the ways God moves on their behalf and calls us to do likewise. Oftentimes, we see people talk the talk with justice — saying the right things, using the in season buzzwords — but they are not caring for actual marginalized folks. Other times, we see people serving to the point of burnout and not modeling the world they are working so hard for. They might do good works but without much good news. Jesus is completely different. He has compassion, mercy, and deep love for folks who are marginalized. Jesus sees, stops, and cares, and He calls us to do the same. Will we? Over the Covid-19 pandemic, each our service and justice ministries got shut down — prison bible studies at Whalley and York, serving at Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen (DESK), and serving with Agape Church for the Homeless. Over the past few weeks during this season of Lent, we've been spending time considering God's heart for those who are materially poor. There is Gospel good news for all of us in this call to love the poor. And yet, we can so easily miss the good news altogether because we get entangled and distracted with other things, like wealth, and stability, and worry. This week, Tina will be sharing more about scripture's challenging invitation for us to open our hands and to be set free from the empty ways of living that keep us from sharing in God's kingdom blessings in solidarity with the poor. - Series Description -Jesus cares deeply about the marginalized. Jesus' famous last words dealt with being known by one's love. What does love have to do with the poor, service, and justice? A lot, it turns out. Love isn't just motivation to do work with and among the marginalized. Love is how we will be recognized as disciples, students of Jesus. On Sunday, we have the privilege of hearing someone who has walked this out in word and deed. Rob Morris, CEO and Co-Founder of Love146, will share his story, the story of his organization which works to eliminate child trafficking, and what love has got to do with it all. You shall not oppress a stranger; you know the heart of a stranger, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt (Exod 23:9).The remarkable text from Matt 25 about the sheep and the goats and the "least of these" has been with us every week so far in our series on "Loving the Poor in Word and Deed" as we've explored how we serve and encounter Jesus when we feed, clothe, house, welcome, visit, and otherwise care for the poor. This week we continue our series with a look at how God identifies with the poor as he rescues a people from slavery in Egypt and enjoins those people--his people--to liberality, generous giving motivated by their own experience of rescue by God from affliction and lack. It's the model for the church of Jesus who was "anointed to bring good news to the poor" (Luke 4:18) and instructed his followers to "give to all who ask" (Matt 5:42).- Series Description -Jesus cares deeply about the marginalized. In the famous parable of the sheep and the goats, both parties are surprised by Jesus' connection with the poor — even the ones who have seen Jesus through their feeding, clothing, visiting, and compassionate service. Through our hearing of the story, we don't have to be surprised anymore that we can see Jesus in the face of the poor. Instead, our compassion for the poor and marginalized can now become our worship of and encounter with Jesus. With that hope, we'll go deeper on Sunday as we listen to stories from our community about encountering God through the marginalized. You don't want to miss hearing these dynamic stories from other ECVers as we continue to build courage for this work together.- Series Description -Jesus cares deeply about the marginalized. Who is “the poor”? What does that phrase even mean anyway? Throughout the Bible, that phrase is used to describe people God wants to remember, serve, include, and relieve. Yet, we often forget these people. During this Lenten season, we're remembering this group and God's call for us to serve the marginalized amongst us. In Matthew 25, Jesus has surprising news about who they are. Hint: it involves Jesus in a big way. Could Jesus' revelation change our lives, our church, and our city? Come and see.- Series Description -Jesus cares deeply about the marginalized. Last year in the month of April, I embarked on what would end up being one of the most exciting weeks of my aviation career, training 7 highly experienced pilots how to fly the floating hull aircraft on a 75-year-old Republic Seebee. I had always dreamt of flying the seebee, but never before had I even seen one until I was in formation with the one I was about to instruct on, sitting in a Gazelle helicopter with the great man and my guest today, Jim Whalley at the controls.

In this episode of the Epigenetics Podcast, we caught up with Paul Shiels from the University of Glasgow to talk about his work on the effects of environmental cues on the epigenome and longevity. Paul Shiels and his team focus on the question on how age related health is influenced by the environment. Factors like the socio-economic position, nutrition, lifestyle and the environment can influence the microbiome and the inflammation burden on the body which in turn can alter individual trajectories of ageing and health. The lab also tries to understand the epigenetic, molecular and cellular mechanisms that link the exposome to chronic age related diseases of older people. They have shown that (1) imbalanced nutrition is associated with a microbiota-mediated accelerated ageing in the general population, (2) a significantly higher abundance of circulatory pathogenic bacteria is found in the most biologically aged, while those less biologically aged possess more circulatory salutogenic bacteria with a capacity to metabolise and produce cytoprotective Nrf2 agonists, (3) those at lower socioeconomic position possess significantly lower betaine levels indicative of a poorer diet and poorer health span and consistent with reduced global DNA methylation levels in this group. Join us as we look at 10 reasons to watch THE MAN WHO KNEW TOO LITTLE! Dan and Tom look at the 1997 spy spoof and tell you why you should watch it. We think it is a fun movie. The first reason to watch it is that THE MAN WHO KNEW TOO LITTLE is a showcase for Bill Murray. If you like Murray, this movie will be in your wheelhouse. Listen to the episode to hear us explain this one in more detail and to catch the other nine reasons to watch. We also look at the birthday present Wallace Ritchie gave himself. Discuss whether Lori is good or evil. Wonder if we could get away with a car chase with the police as Wallace does. And Bill Murray is a Russian dancer, really? And as usual, we look at potential influences between THE MAN WHO KNEW TOO LITTLE and other movies. We specifically drill into influences with A CHRISTMAS CAROL, MOONRAKER, and OCTOPUSSY. We enjoyed this movie and with these 10 reasons to watch THE MAN WHO KNEW TOO LITTLE, we hope to encourage you to watch it too.
