Cord Kisthardt is a racer who has been involved in the automotive world throughout his life. His racing career spans many types of motorsports including quarter midgets, micro sprints, sprint cars, and sports cars. Today he's racing Corvettes in the SCCA Hoosier Tire Super Tour, SVRA, HSR, and VRG. He gets into how the Helix & Gene program cleans out the glycogen in the liver. Dr. Gecelter shed light on what it means to be super healthy and in the top 1% of the fit people in his age group (over 60).He talks about the epiphany he had when his metabolism began to change and howo understanding this science from a medical standpoint really helped him make proper sense of what was happening to him.His new routine and metabolic reset changed his view on his nutrition and life. He was able to finally achieve a six pack at the age of 61.Dr. Gecelter talks about the importance of an internal organ cleanse from a medical perspective, not only for people who are overweight but for those who think they are in shape as well.He talks about how he's been car racing competitively for about 15 years and has always been a middle of the pack racer. Dr. Gecelter finally won his first race in the national championships trifecta in the SVRA and stood on top of the podium while being under the Helix & Gene program.Dr. Gecelter talks about the importance of Helix & Gene's motto, “Train your Mind, Change your body.” He says how important the coaching is that Helix & Gene offers to rewire the person’s brain. This mixed with the physical changes cause a chemical change within the brain that can have life lasting results.
