Oh, what a week, I could not have asked for a better outcome for week 4's games. The setup for week 5, which just so happens to be our first of two rivalry weeks, is fantastic. With all the owners in the Hair Legends division sitting at overall records of 2-2 and all owners playing each other this week there will be some separation in the division when it's all said and done. Couple that with Sage Yahoo Autodraft's week 4 meltdown and you have an interesting weekend ahead! Can I prevent Sean from getting his first divisional game win? Will Tim take down Doug-E-Fresh for a commanding 2-0 division record and the outright division lead? Can Gordon break the "best game of the season" curse? All this and more will be decided in week 5. At the end of each week, Mike Hosking takes you through the big ticket items and lets you know what he makes of it all. The Monarchy: 9/10 "What we have seen this week could not have been done any more spectacularly. Or, in fact, done by anyone other than the British. It's been fitting and amazing." King Charles and the Pens: 2/10 "You can't hide from that sort of reaction and behaviour. As much as we wish him well, Operation Spring Tide didn't need either event." The Public Holiday: 7/10 "I was surprised at just how big the pushback was. But you know we will all like it on the day, and it is just a one off." Covid Traffic Light System Being Scrapped: 7/10 "Because most of the fear, misery, control, and madness has, at last, been dumped." The Stopping of Daily Covid Numbers: 8/10 "That's the best part of all. The obsession with those numbers, that daily grind of power freaks, and guesswork was phenomenally unhealthy." James Shaw: 7/10 "Pleased he got his job back. Hopefully the idiots that tried it on won't be back." Te Pukenga - The National Polytech: 2/10 "CEO gone, and now the CFO gone. Just how many people does it take to walk before Chris Hipkins scratches his head long enough to work out it's not a good idea?" Phillip Arps and the School Board Election: 7/10 "Because democracy won by him not winning. He came last, proving people can actually work it out for themselves." The All Blacks: 6/10 "Crisis over. Another win next week. And all in all, it wasn't the end of the world, was it?" LISTEN ABOVE FOR MIKE HOSKING'S FULL WEEK IN REVIEWSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

It wasn’t long after her company switched to a four-day workweek that Pilar Meseguer began noticing the benefits. Absenteeism fell nearly 30% at Delsol, the software firm in southern Spain where Meseguer is deputy director, and satisfaction rates among both her co-workers and their customers rose. But there were also some smaller, more personal gains. “I could go to the supermarket on Friday instead of Saturday when it’s packed with people,” Meseguer says.

On this week’s Tech Talk Radio, Emily Wright and Lucy Alderson bring you two podcasts from New York as Real Estate Tech week kicks off in the city. First up, Emily visited the new Sandbox space at the Zaha Hadid Residences to speak to Related Companies’ Greg Gushee about the launch of this tech education space. As the man behind the concept, Gushee said that he hopes other developers will follow suit and that a plethora of fresh, new maker spaces will emerge around the world.
