Hi Guys, welcome back to TV Reload. Thank you for clicking or downloading on today's episode with Samantha Jade who was amazing on Channel Seven's Dancing with the stars this year… My guest today is a fantastic singer. With so many amazing hits since her time on X Factor Australia. We have seen her in quite a few of these 'Reality Shows' but this one would have to be my favourite. I will talk about how they film two endings and find out when she was told that she came second to Lisa McCune. Plus what her reaction was! You will find out about how the idea to actually sing that Christina Aguilera's song for her dance came about and how she approached the microphone. There is an opportunity to talk the chemistry between the cast.. why they connected…. Who surprised her and what she really thought of Sonia Krugers jokes! Oh and I will ask about those judges and if the contestants actually take their critics one board.. quite fascinating. There is so much to talk about with Samantha Jade. So sit back and relax as we unpack the wonderful world of Dancing with the Stars for 2024!See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

“Explain the resurrection to me in two minutes without using any church language.” This is the challenge that Father Rob Galea sets for his staff to ensure they can easily relate to the young people they serve. “That takes practice, and that takes hanging out with the kids and understanding the way they speak, the way they reason.” Rob, originally from Malta, is now a priest in the Diocese of Sandhurst, Victoria, Australia. He has amassed a hundreds of thousands-strong following across social media platforms and is also a popular singer and songwriter who once auditioned for X-Factor Australia. Today, Rob leads Icon Ministry—formerly FRG Ministry, a global media and outreach apostolate that significantly expanded its reach over the pandemic years. On “Preach,” Rob delivers a homily for the Fourth Sunday in Lent, Year B, also known as Laetare, or Rejoicing Sunday. When asked about effective preaching strategies to use when ministering to young people, Rob suggests preachers allow themselves to become vulnerable and share current, real-life experiences. “Start with you, with your struggle, with someone, or something that happened within the school, something that they know,” he says, “And, for goodness' sake, stop using church language.” Read the full text of this week's homily and Scripture readings. The Lesson: No demographic factor can get in the way of a life improved by doing good for yourself and others, and host Tony's friend Emmanuel Kelly is a perfect example of that. As an orphan abandoned in a cardboard box on an Iraq battlefield, half dead, damaged physically by chemical weapons, and with no identification of any kind, it's a miracle that this enigma child bizarrely of Ugandan/Korean ancestry should be alive today. Notable Excerpt: "As a human I've made a lot of mistakes and there'll be a lot of mistakes I'll have to rectify in the next years and forever in my life, but only probably in the last year, I've been able to really define the person I want to be and the person that I can become, and to find my purpose in my own life. Now others define me as the way I want to define myself." The Guest: Artist and singer Emmanuel Kelly was a teenage contestant on Season 3 of the X Factor Australia. 10 years he has toured with Coldplay as a special guest, opened for Snoop Dogg, performed with David Foster, and legendary DJ Paul Oakenfold. Under the tutelage and label of Coldplay's Chris Martin, his first album will be released later this year. Along with his musical pursuits he is the founder of The Outlier Group, which aims to enable the world differently. Korea24 – 2021.10.19. (Tuesday) News Briefing: The Joint Chiefs of Staff(JCS) reported that North Korea fired a ballistic missile into the East Sea on Tuesday morning, adding that they suspect it may have been a short-range submarine-launched ballistic missile(SLBM). South Korea’s National Security Council(NSC) has expressed regret over the latest firing, and the U.S. military denounced the launch, but assessed that it doesn’t pose an immediate threat. (Koo Hee-jin) In-Depth News Analysis: Recent data has shown that the wealth gap is widening among young Koreans. According to Statistics Korea, among Koreans in their 20s and 30s, those in the upper 20 percent wealth bracket had accumulated 35 times more wealth than the lower 20 percent in 2020. A year earlier, that gap was 33 times. Experts say that the reason for this gap is due to more parents passing down their wealth to those in the top 20 percent. To discuss the data and what it could mean for Korean society, Professor Lee Seung-yoon (이승윤) from the Department of Social Welfare at Chung-ang (중앙) University joins us on the line. Can’t believe this is the third of our first release chats! In case you didn’t hear with our first two guests, just a quick note before we jump into this one. I mentioned the perfectly imperfect beginnings of this podcast (and all great projects), so please do bear with us through these first few episodes which were, thanks to COVID19, recorded on Zoom before I was able to go anywhere to buy a microphone! The audio is a little scratchy, but will get better and better – spoiler alert, I get a microphone in a few episodes’ time! Back to our guest, Nat Bassingthwaighte is one of Australia’s most versatile entertainers, achieving success as an actress, musician, presenter and author. She’s also a brilliant entrepreneur, seeker and adventurer and all round amazing human. I’m also proud to say she is one of my dearest friends. Nat was most recently seen on stage starring as Roxie Hart in the hugely successful production of CHICAGO. Her acting credits include THE WRONG GIRL, NEIGHBOURS, BROCK, UNDERBELLY: THE GOLDEN MILE, THE MYSTERY OF NATALIE WOOD, CONTERSTRIKE and THE LOST WORLD.Nat’s work as a presenter include CHANGING ROOMS, THE X FACTOR AUSTRALIA, THE X FACTOR NEW ZEALAND. She’s also starred on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE and I’M A CELEBRITY: GET ME OUT OF HERE.She has also enjoyed international success as the front woman of Rogue Traders. And let me tell you, she is one of the most fun people to have at a party. She’s a Mum of two and the founder of globally loved kids brand Chi Khi. Trust me when I say there is nothing this passionate bubbly go getter can’t do. In this episode of Hear me RAW we delve deep into:· Finding serenity in the new normal· Surrendering rather than controlling and letting go of ego· Why bigger isn’t better· Moving to Byron· Traversing industries· Being a seeker, adventurer, explorer· Letting go of things that aren’t serving usWho knows what the future holds but let me tell you, I get the feeling Nat Bass has many more pivots and exciting iterations to come.Follow Nat BassFollow Lisa MessengerVisit Collective Hub

And I I had a bit of, you know, like I was wearing these really tight will, really low jeans were in, which was a terrible time for everybody. And they were really, really low and armon brokering a little tank top. And I had like a little roll over my jeans. Right. Sixteen years old. And I remember the guy going, we need to get her in the gym. We need to get abs like Britney and Janet Jackson. And they were showing me videos of Britney, Janet Jackson, who had like twenty thousand abs, you know, and and I I have had a complex about my stomach from then my whole life.[00:00:55] Hello and welcome to this week's episode of In Conversation with LEMON.
