Hösten 2023 rasar den interna Foxtrotkonflikten för fullt, inom loppet av 25 timmar skjuts tre personer ihjäl i sina hem. Kort efter de sista skotten grips en då 16-årig kille som misstänkt nu har han dömts till 12 års fängelse. Tingsrätten har konstaterat att sluten ungdomsvård i fyra år, som då är maxantalet år på sluten ungdomsvård, motsvarar fängelse sex år och det är inte en tillräcklig reaktion på de här mycket allvarliga gärningarna”, säger chefsrådman Sofia Jungstedt om den ovanliga domen. Natten mellan den 11 och 12 oktober skjuts en småbarnspappa ihjäl i sitt eget hem i Västberga, närmare bestämt vid Telefonplan. I huset befinner sig också hans fru och parets två barn, två och fem år gamla. Även kvinnan skjuts och får livshotande skador men överlever, också tvååringen skadas.”Vi hade ingen mental förberedelse när vi gick in i det här huset på vad vi faktiskt skulle mötas av. En 1,5- max tvååring, i en blodig pyjamas med blöja på sig”, säger ambulanssjuksköterskan Josefine Marqvard som tillsammans med sin kollega var första vårdpersonal på plats i villan. Idag dömdes en 17-årig kille, som var 16 år vid dåden, mot sitt nekande. Han döms för tre mord och sju mordförsök till fängelse i 12 år – natten efter begav han sig till en annan villa, denna gång i Tullinge och sköt ihjäl två kvinnor, 20 och 60 år gamla. En 16-årig pojke, som vid dåden endast var 15 år, och som också han nekar till brott döms till tio års fängelse för anstiftan till mord och mordförsök. Hans försvarare Kristoffer Stahre är kritisk till domen och säger att den ska överklagas men inte i ansvarsdelen, 16-åringen var beredd på att han skulle dömas eftersom det finns så mycket bevisning men inte till fängelse i tio år. Ingen av de utsatta familjerna hade någon koppling till kriminalitet men dåden ses ändå som en del i den interna konflikten i Foxtrot. Den första familjen delar efternamn, men är inte släkt, med en person som anses stå Ismail Abdo nära. När det gäller den andra familjen så finns släktband med en uppmärksammad person i Zeronätverket – som stod på Ismail Abdos sida i internkonflikten. ”Det här är ett trauma som de kommer behöva leva med resten av livet. Ett obeskrivligt trauma”, säger Rebecka Lewis, målsägandebiträde till kvinnan vars man sköts ihjäl. 18 års fängelse blev straffet för den 20-åring som ska ha gett 14-15-åringar i uppdrag att skjuta och mörda i konflikten med Dalennätverket. 20-åringen - som vi i tidigare avsnitt kallat för Musa - ska vara en del av vad polisen kallar "Zeronätverket". Ett kriminellt nätverk med bas i Jordbro i Haninge - som polis och åklagare menar har spelat en stor roll som utförare åt Foxtrot, den "kurdiska rävens" kriminella nätverk. Musa döms nu för att ha gett barn i uppdrag att genomföra skjutningar mot under tre dagar i januari 2023.Han, liksom tonåringarna, har nekat till brott i rättegången.Musa kommer att överklaga domen till hovrätten, säger hans advokat Anton Strand.Tingsrätten går på åklagarnas linje när det kommer till straffen men riktar samtidigt kritik mot polisens arbete. Det gäller framför allt ett över två timmar långt förhör med en 14-åring natten efter att han gripits efter att ha varit på väg att genomföra en skjutning men ångrat sig. Två förhörsledare och två representanter från socialtjänsten var med under förhöret men 14-åringen hade inget juridiskt biträde närvarande. En 20-åring har ställts inför rätta misstänkt för att ligga bakom planer på tre våldsdåd i år under våldsvågen i Stockholmsområdet. I rättegången målas bilden upp av hur "Rävens" nätverk och Dalennätverket båda vill åt narkotikamarknaden bland annat i Stockholm och Sundsvall. För att ta över anlitas hänsynslösa nätverk som i sin tur rekryterar tonåringar som utförare.Enligt åklagarna har 20-åringen utrustat 14-15-åringar med skarpladdade vapen - och uppmanat dem att skjuta.Vid ett av tillfällena stoppas en 14-åring av polis och kontrolleras - men polisen missar vapnet han gömt på sig och låter honom gå. 20-åringen ska vara en del av vad polisen kallar "Zeronätverket". Over the years, he’s learned to be more comfortable owning the decisions and owning the good moments and bad moments, even more so being more connected to the people that he works with.
