C dans l'air l'invitée du 22 juillet 2025 - Valentine Arama, journaliste justice au Point, auteure de Delphine Jubillar, une disparition, aux éditions du Rocher.Nouveau rebondissement dans l'affaire Jubillar : la justice a décidé d'ouvrir un supplément d'information et a ordonné l'audition de la dernière compagne de Cédric Jubillar. La présidente de la cour d'assises du Tarn, Hélène Ratinaud, a fixé cette audition avant le 31 juillet, dans un cadre légal permettant de consigner ses déclarations par procès-verbal. Cette décision intervient à deux mois du procès de Cédric Jubillar, prévu le 22 septembre.À l'origine de cette initiative judiciaire : les confidences de cette femme, une trentenaire domiciliée dans le Gers, recueillies dans une interview accordée au Parisien. Elle y affirme que Cédric Jubillar lui aurait avoué le meurtre de son épouse, Delphine Jubillar, dans la nuit du 15 au 16 décembre 2020. "Il m'a dit avoir étranglé Delphine", déclare-t-elle, précisant que ces propos lui ont été tenus lors de parloirs, entre mars et avril 2025. Selon elle, les faits se seraient déroulés "à l'intérieur de la maison", dans le salon du couple. Le corps aurait ensuite été dissimulé sur une exploitation agricole repérée "un mois" auparavant.Incarcéré en détention provisoire depuis juin 2021, Cédric Jubillar continue de clamer son innocence. Aucun corps n'a été retrouvé, aucune scène de crime identifiée, aucun aveu enregistré. Si ces déclarations sont jugées crédibles par la justice, elles pourraient conduire à une confrontation entre Cédric Jubillar et son ancienne compagne, voire à de nouvelles fouilles sur les lieux qu'elle évoque.Valentine Arama, journaliste justice au Point et auteure de "Delphine Jubillar, une disparition" publié aux éditions du Rocher, reviendra sur ce nouveau rebondissement : la justice veut entendre la dernière compagne de Cédric Jubillar.

C dans l'air, l'invitée du 27 septembre : Valentine Arama, journaliste justice au Point, auteure de "Delphine Jubillar, une disparition" aux éditions du Rocher.Delphine Jubillar, alors infirmière et mère de 2 enfants, a disparu dans la nuit du 15 au 16 décembre 2020 à Cagnac-les-Mines près d'Albi, en plein couvre-feu lié à la pandémie de Covid-19. Cédric Jubillar est poursuivi pour le meurtre de sa compagne et est incarcéré depuis sa mise en examen le 18 juin 2021.Ce jeudi, la cour d'appel de Toulouse s'est prononcée en faveur du renvoi aux assises de Cédric Jubillar, accusé d'avoir tué sa compagne Delphine en décembre 2020 et d'avoir fait disparaître son corps. Il sera jugé pour “homicide volontaire sur son épouse”. Le renvoi devant les assises de Cédric Jubillar a été requis en juin par le parquet général après une instruction suite à un supplément d'information ordonné en février à la suite de nouveaux éléments.Selon une source judiciaire, le procès devrait se tenir devant la cour d'assises du Tarn courant 2025. Pour la défense, l'objectif est de voir les magistrats de la cour revenir sur l'affirmation de culpabilité de Cédric Jubillar contenue dans l'Ordonnance de mise en accusation, un "acte de procédure qui est contraire à tout" selon Emmanuelle Franck, avocate de Cédric Jubillar. "Sans cadavre, sans preuves, sans scène, sans aveux, ça va être un procès avec beaucoup de suppositions" estime la défense de Cédric Jubillar qui clame son innocence depuis le début.De l'autre côté, Malika Chmani, avocate des enfants du couple estime que "ce procès est une bonne décision pour la famille car il est important que Cédric Jubillar ait à rendre des comptes et qu'il donne enfin les explications qu'il doit à ses enfants". Valentine Arama reviendra sur la décision de la cour d'appel de Toulouse qui a confirmé cette semaine le renvoi de Cédric Jubillar, accusé du meurtre de son épouse Delphine, devant une cour d'assises.

They interpreted Judaism as a tradition whose best expression and ultimate fulfillment took place away from cities and in rural settings. Iberian-Jewish authors rooted their moral teachings in an ethical treatment of the natural world, elucidating ancient agricultural laws and scrutinizing the physical context and built environments of Bible stories. The Land Is Mine: Sephardi Jews and Bible Commentary in the Renaissance (U Pennsylvania Press, 2022) asks what inspired this and suggests that the answer lies not in timeless exegetical or theological trends, but in the material realities of late medieval and early modern Iberia, during a period of drastic changes in land use. Kahramanmaraş-Pazarcık'ta 7,7 ve Kahramanmaraş-Elbistan'da 7,6 büyüklüğünde gerçekleşen iki depremin üzerinden bir hafta geçti. Ölü sayısı 29.605, yaralı sayısı da 80 bini aştı. Bülent Somay, Akıntıya Karşı'da deprem felaketi üzerine konuştu: “Hakim olma hevesini 2013 civarlarında en sonunda hayata geçiren, 2016'da da perçinleyen AKP/Erdoğan iktidarı, yönetme becerisini de aynı süreçte kaybetti. Bu becerinin neredeyse kökünden ve iflah olmaz biçimde yok olup gitmiş olduğunu da yaşadığımız katliam gibi depremde izledik, hala da izliyoruz. Kendisi yönetemediğinde ise süreci yönetebilecek başkalarını da engellemek dışında hiçbir şey yapamaz haldeler. Neyse ki aynı korkunç ama öğretici süreçte şunu da görebildik: Onlar olmasa da, biz kendi kendimizi yönetebiliriz.”
