This Week we had a few technical issues and I had to abandon an interview and do an emergency Solo show. Goldpreis ist aktuell zu ambitioniertIn der aktuellen Podcastfolge der GELDMEISTERIN spricht DJE-Kapitalmarktexperte Dr. Ulrich Kaffarnik über die großen globalen Verschiebungen an den Kapitalmärkten. DieUSA sind zwar weiterhin stark, doch ihre Dominanz verliere allmählich an Gewicht. Immer mehr Kapital fließe nach Asien, wo das Wachstum ist, während Europa zurückbleibt. Diese Verschiebung in der Globalisierung sollten Anleger in ihren Portfolien berücksichtigen, so Ulrich Kaffarnik.Die Aktienpreise seien schon sehr stark gestiegen. Das Shiller-KGV, dass die aktuellen Kurse ins Verhältnis zu den inflationsbereinigten Durchschnittsgewinnen der letzten zehn Jahre setzt, sei auf dem zweithöchsten Stand seit 150 Jahren. KI-Investitionen treiben die Märkte und solange das Vertrauen bleibt, dass sich die hohen Ausgaben für Künstliche Intelligenz auszahlen, drohe auch kein Einbruch. Chancen sieht Ulrich Kaffarnik dort, wo momentan die Wenigsten hinschauen: In den Bereichen Industrie, Infrastruktur, Chemie, einzelne Immobilienwerte und in niedergeprügelten Luxuswerten, wenn China sich erholt und generell bei Unternehmen mit starker Asien-Präsenz.Eine interessante, konträre Meinung hat Ulrich Kaffarnik zu Gold: „Auf dem Niveau würde ich persönlich nicht zukaufen, da denke ich, müsste erst eine große Korrektur sein. Icherinnere nur , dass 1980 der Goldpreis auch nach oben geschossen ist auf 835 US-Dollar und dann haben wir einen 19-jährige Abwärtsbewegung bis auf 250 Dollar je Feinunze Gold gesehen. My older Sister Jenny passed away on August 12th from Cancer. She was in her home, surrounded by love ones. The cancer was extremely aggressive and there wasn't a lot time to prepare. I did an episode a few weeks ago and touched on our last visit. That visit my sister and I played it all out and shared our deep love, recounting the years of laughs, advice and tough conversations. Jenny made me a better man, Husband and Father. She inspired me to find a direction in life, supported my creative endeavors and was a champion of my decisions in life. This was an important episode to me and I had the great opportunity to tell fun stories and talk about my dear sister Jenny. P.S. I met Jaden back in the early days of Knife Talk Podcast . He was a young guy starting to learn about knife making and sending us at the podcast a lot of great questions for the show. Over the years we saw him as a growing knife maker, good guy and supporter of the show. A couple of years I saw that he was involved in a horrific car accident that changed his life. My friend Jared Thatcher is the Bladesmith of Boothill Knives, he and his wife Kylee run Three Daughters Farm, Boothill Kitchen and train and raise world class hunting Dogs at TDF Kennels.
