Raus aus den USA = raus aus dem KlumpenrisikoEinen positiven Kapitalmarktausblick auch für 2026 gibt Stefan Neubauer, der neue CEO der Kathrein Privatbank. Das Bank-interne 15 Indikatoren-Modell (Bull &Bear Barometer) gäbe weiterhin ein positives Signal für Aktien.Wie viele Institute hat auch sein Bankhaus derzeit Europa übergewichtet und die USA leicht untergewichtet. Dies, indem man das Klumpenrisiko reduziert, das die „Magnificent Seven“ - die kapitalstärksten sieben Technaktien direkt - oder indirekt über die Weltaktien-ETFs  - derzeit ins Portfolio bringen. Eigentlich sind es nur noch die „Glorreichen Sechs" - Apple, Microsoft, Alphabet, Meta, Amazon, Nvidia. Tesla wird hier oftmals nicht mehr dazu gezählt. Neben der Wertpapierwahl sei ein besonders aktives Risikomanagement eine Kernstrategie des Private Bankings. Mehr denn je spielt hier auch die Währungsabsicherung eine Rolle. Bei Kathrein Privatbank habe man das Dollar-Exposure teilweise abgesichert. Hier sei das Ziel  Schwankungen zu reduzieren und reale Renditen abzusichern. Für Privatanleger sei hingegen die Währungsabsicherung oftmals zuaufwendig und zu kostspielig. Als Kunde ist man in Österreich übrigens ab einem frei verfügbaren Anlagevermögen von 500.000 Euro für Privatbanken interessant. Tilman erklärt, warum dieser Raum spielentscheidend ist und welche offensiven wie defensiven Prinzipien sich daraus ableiten lassen. Eine praxisnahe Folge für alle, die Raumkontrolle und Spielanalyse gezielt ins Training übertragen wollen.

In einem ETF auf einen globalen Index  sind Emerging Markets derzeit nur zehn Prozent gewichtet. Das sei eindeutig zu wenigmeint Marcus Weyerer, Emerginur rund 10 % gewichtet. Für Investitionen in Emerging Markets spreche derzeit vieles, nicht zuletzt die Demographie: In den  Schwellenstaaten leben 85 Prozent der Weltbevölkerung und 58 Prozent der weltweiten Mittelschicht. 2030 werden es voraussichtlich schon 80 Prozent der mittleren Einkommen sein, die 70 Prozent des Weltkonsums ausmachen. Auch entlastet ein schwächerer US-Dollar die Dollarschulden der Entwicklungsstaaten. Hinzu kommt, dass neben den Europäern jetzt vermehrt auch die US-Anleger stärker außerhalb der USA veranlagen, um zu diversifizieren. In Indien unterstützen ein starker Binnenkonsum und Reformen die Börse. In Asien , allen voran Südkorea geben Value-Up-Programme und Corporate Governance-Reformen den Kapitalmärkten Rückenwind: Die Regierungen haben großes Interesse, dass ihre Bürger am Kapitalmarkt verdienen. In Taiwan und Korea bietet die Technologieführerschaft viel Potenzial. Diese Staaten zählen die meisten Indexanbieter noch zu den Schwellenländern obwohl etwa Südkorea tatsächlich eine der 15 größten Volkswirtschaften der Welt ist und Börsenstars wie SK Hynix oder Samsung beheimatet. Wir sprechen über ein innovatives Spielformat im Übergang vom Kinder- zum Jugendfußball – mit einem klaren Ziel: mehr Spielzeit für mehr Kinder. Ausgangspunkt war die große Lücke zwischen 5gg5 im Kinderfußball und dem 9gg9 in der U12. Mit den Twin Games wurde ein Zwischenschritt geschaffen: Zwei Spiele gleichzeitig auf zwei Feldern (5gg5, 6gg6 oder 7gg7), mit unbegrenzten Wechseln, kindgerechten Regeln und einer klaren Spielstruktur.

Mikrofinanz-Investitionen sind  längst kein rein entwicklungspolitisches Instrument mehr, sondern eine etablierte Assetklasse mit Rendite- und Diversifikationspotenzial, betont Johannes Feist, CEO MKGlobal Capital. Denn Mikrokredite würden kaum mit Aktien- oder Rohstoffinvestment korrelieren, wie etwa wieder die jüngsten Kurs-Rücksetzer bei Edelmetallen gezeigt hätten.  Was sind eigentlich Mikrokredite? Mikrokredite sind kleine Darlehen etwa für Selbstständige, Kleinunternehmer, KMUs oder sonstige wirtschaftlich aktive Personen in Entwicklungsstaaten ohne Zugang zum Bankensystem. Als Anleger leiht man ihnen Geld, indem man eine Anleihe oder Fondsanteile zeichnet, die mehrere Mikrokredite bündeln.Je nach Ausgestaltung bieten Mikrofinanz-Darlehen neben derRendite auch ein  sozialer Nutzen. So werden lokale Unternehmen gefördert, Einkommen in Entwicklungsländern stabilisiert, in die Bildung investiert und vor allem mehr Menschen Finanzierungen überhaupt ermöglicht. Wobei sich Johannes Feistvon MK Global Capital schon in erster Linie als renditeorientier Investor sieht: Je nach Laufzeit und Währung würden die Kupons bei MK Global Capital bei rund zehn Prozent  in Euro oder US-Dollar liegen bei vier Jahren Laufzeit und rund sieben Prozent  in Schweizer Franken. Kündigen vor Ablauf derLaufzeit sei nicht möglich.Drum püfe, wer sich ewig bindet! Ein größeres Risiko geht man als Gläubigervon Mikro-Darlehen schon dadurch ein, zumal es sich um Schuldner handelt, die nicht die Kriterien der regulären Banken erfüllen. Spezialisierte Mikrokredit-Institutionen haben aber vor Ort ein lokales erfahrenes Netzwerk, die die Schuldentragfähigkeit der Kreditnehmer auf Herz und Nieren prüfen. Einige Anbieter  - so auch MK Global Capital – legen ihreMikrofinanz-Darlehen nicht als Retail-Produkte mit Fondsprospekt auf, sondern nur für professionelle Anleger ab Investmentsummen von 100.000 Euro aufwärts . Auchsind Mikrofinanz-Anleihen oftmals nicht klassisch geratet, was schon von der Struktur her zu komplex und zu teuer wäre. Nicht alle Mikrokredit-Produkte finanzieren tatsächlich Kleinstkredite von ein paar hundert Euro. Manche Anbieter, so auch MK Global Capital, finanzieren mit dem eingesammeltenKapital also  nicht etwa die Nähmaschine einer lokalen Schneiderin,  sondern KMU-Kredite erst ab mehrere tausend Euro. Mikrokredit-Finanzprodukte können komplex sein. Wer darin investieren möchte, sollte sich intensiv mit Geschäftsmodell, Struktur und Impact-Berichten des Anbieters beschäftigenund nicht nur auf die Rendite schauen, meint auch Johannes Feist. Sind aktive ETFs geeignet als Basisinvestment?Wer sich fragt, wozu man auf ein günstiges, passiv konstruiertes Investmentprodukt wie einen ETFs ein aktives Management draufpacken soll, für den hat Tomas Packa eine einfache Antwort: „Unser Ziel ist es den Index um ein Prozent zu schlagen, ohne dabei alzu sehr vom Index abzuweichen.“ Schließlich will man durch die aktive Aktien- oder Anleihenauswahl das Verlustrisiko nicht allzu sehr erhöhen, erklärt Tomas Packa, Senior Passive Sales für Österreich und Osteuropa bei DWS. Aktive ETFs mit einer solchenStrategie eigneten sich sehr gut als Basisinvestment, da man mit dem Plus an Rendite Gebühren kompensieren könne. Das wirke sich gerade beim langfristigen Investieren positiv aus. Fressen die Gebühren für aktives Management nicht den Mehrertrag der aktiven ETFs auf? Tomas Packa nennt als  Beispiel die Gebühren für die eigenen aktiven ETFs, die bei DWS „Enhanced“  im Namen tragen. So koste zum Beispiel derWorld Enhanced oder Europe Enhanced 0,25 Prozent jährliche Verwaltungsgebühren, der US Enhanced 0,2 Prozent. Man  bediene sich bei der Aktien- oder auch Anleihe-Auswahlund Gewichtung vor allem Faktor- und quantitative Strategien.
