Join the Bad Girl, The One and Only Playa', and The Stars, as they travel north of the border and take a hard look at the infamous “Ken and Barbie Killers.” In the early 1990s, Karla Homolka and Paul Bernardo committed multiple crimes against teen girls in Ontario, Canada. The sexual assault and murder of three teens made them one of the most notorious couples in Canadian history. Because of their middle-class lifestyles - Homolka was a veterinary technician and Bernardo was an accountant - and their classic good looks, the press dubbed them the "Ken and Barbie Killers" after law enforcement tied them to the crimes. Join the Bad Girl, The One and Only Playa, and The Stars, as they take a look at the obscure but highly controversial case of Diane Schuler. On July 26, 2009, Schuler, a 36-year-old doting mother of two young children, took a wrong turn on the Taconic State Parkway in Westchester County, N.Y., and killed eight people, including herself, her daughter and three nieces. Toxicology tests conducted by the medical examiner revealed that Schuler was heavily intoxicated with both alcohol and marijuana at the time of the crash. Her husband, Daniel Schuler, consistently denied that she used drugs or alcohol "excessively" and made multiple national media appearances to defend his late wife and call for further investigation into other possible medical causes for her erratic driving. An independent investigator hired by the Schuler family obtained DNA testing and toxicology re-testing of Schuler's samples, and confirmed the results of the original testing. But what's the REAL story? Tune in on Monday, April 14th at 7 EST for this very tragic and dubious case!
Join the Bad Girl, The One and Only Playa, and The Stars as they take a look at infamous case of Diane Downs. Downs (née Frederickson, born August 7, 1955) is an American woman who murdered her daughter and attempted to murder her other two children near Springfield, Oregon, on May 19, 1983. Following the crimes, she made claims to police that a man had attempted to carjack her and had shot the children. She was convicted in 1984 and sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after twenty-five years. She briefly escaped in 1987 but was quickly recaptured. Downs has been repeatedly denied parole and psychiatrists have diagnosed her with narcissistic, histrionic and antisocial personality disorders, with one labelling her as a "deviant sociopath”. Controversy is the name of the game, and your True Crime Crew is here to play! Tune in on Monday, April 7th at 7 EST for this long ago but never forgotten case! #dianedowns #hungrylikethewolf #truecrime

Join the Bad Girl, The One and Only Playa, and The Stars as they take a look at The Subway Guy turned convicted sex offender Jared Fogle. Jared Scott Fogle,, born August 23, 1977, is an American former spokesman for Subway restaurants and confessed serial child molester. Fogle appeared in Subway's advertising campaigns from 2000 to 2015 until an FBI investigation led to him being convicted of child sex tourism and possessing child pornography. While a student at Indiana University, Fogle lost 245 lb. between 1998 and 1999. Having frequented a Subway restaurant as part of his diet plan, he was hired to help advertise the company the following year. Fogle's popularity led to his appearances in over 300 commercials during his 15 years with Subway, alongside other media appearances. Allegations of Fogle having inappropriate relations with minors began in 2007 but did not gain traction until 2015 when the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) uncovered that he received child pornography from an associate. Pleading guilty to the child sex tourism and child pornography charges the same year, Fogle was sentenced to 15 years and 8 months in federal prison. He remains incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution, Englewood, as of 2025. Your True Crime Crew shies away from no controversy! Join the Bad Girl, The One and Only Playa, and The Stars as they take a look at one of the most controversial cases in American history. In 2008, the world was captivated by the bizarre behavior displayed by Casey Anthony. The then-22-year-old single mother from Orlando, Florida, was revealed to have spun a web of lies to cover up for the disappearance of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, that summer; the Facebook photos of her partying around town and a dearth of emotion in interviews fueling the charges of first-degree murder before Caylee's body was discovered later that year. However, there would be no closure for those outraged by a mother's neglect of her child, as Casey escaped conviction in 2011, while the questions of who killed her young daughter and why were never resolved. On July 23, 2007, two home intruders entered the home of the Petit family in Cheshire, Connecticut. The perpetrators, Linda Hayes (known as Steven Hayes at the time) and Joshua Andrew Komisarjevsky, initially planned only to burgle the house, but went on to murder Jennifer Hawke-Petit and her two daughters, 17-year-old Hayley Petit and 11-year-old Michaela Petit. Their father, Dr. William Petit, managed to escape despite sustaining severe injuries. Tune in on Monday, March 17th at 7 EST for this epic St. Patrick's Day episode! #cheshiremurders #truecrime

Join the Bad Girl, The One and Only Playa, Dangerous Dave, and our sensational new panelist Tiffany Star as we take another look at the tragic death of Gaby Petito. In August 2021, 22-year-old American woman and travelling vlogger Gabrielle Venora Petito was killed by her fiancé Brian Christopher Laundrie while they were traveling together on a vanlife journey across the United States. The trip was planned to last for four months and began on July 2, 2021, but Petito disappeared on August 27. After Petito's disappearance, Laundrie raised suspicion when he drove the van from Wyoming back to his parents' Florida home and refused to discuss her whereabouts. He was deemed a person of interest in the case and an arrest warrant was issued on charges of his making unauthorized withdrawals using her debit card. He left his home on September 13 and was reported missing four days later. On September 19, Petito's remains were found in Wyoming's Bridger–Teton National Forest. An autopsy found that she was killed by blunt-force injuries to her head and neck and manual strangulation. After a month of speculation around Laundrie's whereabouts, and an extended search of the area around his home, his skeletal remains were discovered in Florida's Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park on October 20. It was confirmed by an autopsy on November 23 that Laundrie had died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, and the FBI later announced that he had admitted to killing Petito in his notebook, which was found near his remains. The case gained widespread attention due to the couple's documenting of their travels on social media, leaked police body camera video footage, 9-1-1 emergency dispatch call recordings, eyewitness accounts, the actions of Laundrie's parents, and the extensive media coverage. Tune in on Monday, March 10th at 7 EST for this can't miss episode! #gaby #gabypetito #truecrime

Join The Bad Girl, The Playa, and our new co-host Tiffany Star, as we complete the POS Peterson Trilogy and examine the controversial case of renowned author Michael Peterson. Michael Iver Peterson (born October 23, 1943) is an American novelist who was convicted in 2003 of murdering his second wife, Kathleen Peterson, on December 9, 2001. After eight years, Peterson was granted a new trial after the judge ruled a critical prosecution witness gave misleading testimony. In 2017, Peterson submitted an Alford plea to the reduced charge of manslaughter. He was sentenced to time already served and freed. Elizabeth Ratliff, a friend of the Petersons, who died in Germany in 1985, had also been found dead at the foot of her staircase with injuries to the head. Her death had been investigated by both the German police and U.S. military police. An autopsy at the time of her death concluded Ratliff died from an intra-cerebral hemorrhage secondary to the blood coagulation disorder Von Willebrand's disease, based on blood in her cerebrospinal fluid and reports that she had been suffering severe, persistent headaches in the weeks leading up to her death. The coroner determined that the hemorrhage resulted in immediate death, followed by Ratliff falling down the stairs after collapsing. The Petersons had dinner with Ratliff and her daughters, and Peterson had stayed and helped Ratliff put the children to bed before going home. The children's nanny, Barbara, discovered the body when she arrived the next morning. Peterson was the last known person to see her alive. Did Peterson get off too easy? T.I.F.O.! Join Benny “The Playa” Scala and Brittany “Boston Bad Girl” Brown as they examine the infamous case of “Killer Sally.” Sally McNeil (born September 30, 1960) is an American former sergeant, professional female bodybuilder and muscle worship practitioner, who was convicted for the murder of her husband Ray McNeil, a Mr. Olympia competitor. On February 14, 1995, Sally called 9-1-1, telling them: "I just shot my husband because he just beat me up." Earlier in the night, Ray was on a date with Marianne Myers, a fellow member of Golds Gym, instead of Sally on Valentine's Day. Sally was about to go out and find where Ray was, but he turned up after 9:15pm. Sally claimed and maintains that she shot Ray in self-defense when he, spurred by roid rage, began choking her after she accused him of adultery. The police transcript reads that Ray, "slapped her, pushed her down on the floor, and started choking her. McNeil squirmed away, ran into the bedroom, and took her sawed-off shotgun out of its case in the closet." Sally then shot Ray twice: once in the abdomen and once in the jaw. We won't (bench) press you to watch this one…but you'll be pumped if you do! #killersally #sallymcneil #raymcneil #bodybuilding #truecrime
Maura Murray (born May 4, 1982) is an American woman who disappeared on the evening of February 9, 2004, after a car crash on Route 112 near Woodsville, New Hampshire, a village in the town of Haverhill. Her whereabouts remain unknown. Murray was a 21-year-old nursing student completing her junior year at the University of Massachusetts Amherst at the time of her disappearance. On the afternoon of Monday, February 9, before she left the university campus, she emailed her professors and work supervisor, writing that she was taking a week off due to a death in the family; according to her family, there had not been a death. At 7:27 pm, a local woman reported a car accident on a sharp corner of Route 112 adjacent to her home. A passing motorist who also lived nearby stopped at the scene, and asked the woman driving the car if she needed assistance; she declined, claiming to have called roadside assistance. Upon arriving home several minutes later, the motorist reported the accident to emergency services. At 7:46 pm, law enforcement arrived at the scene, but the woman had disappeared. Maura Murray was never seen again. #missing #mauramurray #truecrime

Time to misbehave. Virginia Feito's new novel, Victorian Psycho, is all about good behaviour, positive standards and polite conduct…and what happens when you flout all that, by – I dunno – slaughtering a houseload of people. It's a much buzzed about book that takes the psychopathy of American Psycho back to the straightlaced, be-corseted world of the 19th Century, then let's rip. We talk about glorious violence, the humour of extremity, Charles Dickens and Bret Easton Ellis…and have a deeply amusing conversation about infanticide. Queen Victorian would be appalled. Enjoy! Join Benny “The Playa” Scala, Brittany “Boston Bad Girl” Brown, “Dangerous” Dave Brown and Phil “The President” Decesare as they travel in the True Crime Time Machine and look at another epic case in the annals of True Crime. Richard Francis Cottingham (born November 25, 1946) is an American serial killer who was convicted in New York State of six murders committed between 1972 and 1980 and convicted in New Jersey of twelve murders committed between 1967 and 1978. He was nicknamed by media as the Torso Killer and the Times Square Ripper, since some of the murders he was convicted of included mutilation. Cottingham's confirmed killings resulted in nine convictions and a further eight confessions under non-prosecution agreements, leading to him serving multiple life sentences in New Jersey prisons. In 2009, decades after his first five murder convictions, Cottingham told a journalist he had committed at least eighty "perfect murders" of women in various regions of the United States. #truecrime #timessquarekiller #timessquareripper #torsokiller
Welcome back to ask uncut where we unpack your deepest dilemmas!Last week we learned that Laura was in her mid twenties when she realised how chickens procreated. It turns out, she was absolutely not alone! Which voice do you like your robots to have? Are you into the simple factory setting Siri or would you prefer a bit of hot guy ASMR? Vibes for the week:Laura - The Six Triple Eight film on NetflixBritt - The Telepathy Tapes PodcastKeeshia - The Traitors US on 10Play Then we jump into your questions! USED CONDOMI was with my ex for almost 3 years when we had a baby. The baby was 1 and things in our relationship went downhill. We called it off due to my partner needing space. 3 weeks after breaking up we had a chat and agreed that we would see each other again and not see anyone else. I have now found a used condom in the bin. Some background context; he got asked to be a sperm donor by a friend and has said that he masturbated into the condom to save it. Am I wrong in not believing why the condom was used? FAST MOVING RELATIONSHIP AND THEFTI have been seeing a guy for about 6 months. It’s one of those romances that moves quite fast and feels so perfect. I have not had many adult relationships, never felt this loved so it’s all full steam ahead. I’ve had a few comments from friends and family about the speed we are moving but that’s probably expected. We are currently applying for houses so we can live together. He has kids from past relationships that he has a lot of the time. I love kids so no problem here.My question is I have just found out that he has some legal proceedings coming up this year. He used someone else’s bank details to purchase items for himself, so effectively stealing/fraud but he stands by that he was told he could spend the money on himself even though he thought it seemed a bit odd at the time. He will be pleading guilty as his lawyer advised this will be the best outcome for him. I am so conflicted as I have never felt this loved by someone and felt like I was really finally getting my fairy tale ending after watching everyone else get theirs. Is it a bad idea to stand by and support him while he goes through this knowing he has stolen from someone? I can’t even fathom having to try and find someone else at this point as I really want kids of my own in the next few years and it took me 10 years to find someone. WE ELOPED AND MY PARENTS ARE ANGRYMy husband and I recently eloped overseas. We made the decision to keep it a surprise and tell everyone at the same time with individual messages to our immediate families and social media informing all other family and friends. Everyone so far has been extremely happy for us and shared that excitement, mainly my husband's family. My parents however have not contacted me since we told them over 2 weeks ago, absolute radio silence. I preempted this reaction from my mum seeing as my MIL was actually on the holiday with us and was able to be at the elopement. I knew this would upset her, however I still hoped she could put aside her personal hurt to still be happy for us. I am angry at my parents for their lack of interest in such a pivotal point in my life and am adamant that I am not the one who needs to reach out at this time. Am I right to leave the ball in their court to reach out? Every day that goes by seriously affects how our relationship looks in the future. Please note my mum is often a selfish person who is always the victim. My dad hurts more though as he appears to have sided with mum in not messaging me even personally. DEALING WITH MY MILMy MIL plays a minimal role in our daughter's life, but recently we have asked her to mind our little one for an hour each week. When the MIL comes over, she is always calling me a ‘mean mum’ to my daughter. For example, we were heading off for a big swim in the river, the furthest I would have ever swam and I had made myself some food which was different to my daughter’s dinner as I have lots of food allergies. Of course my daughter wanted some of mine, but I was trying to encourage her to eat her own food. My mother in law then called me a ‘mean mum’ over and over again. Our daughter is 18 months and will probably begin to understand the animosity here soon. I always play nice and laugh it off. She NEVER does this when my husband is around, so when I tell him about it, as much as he believes me, it makes it tricky to bring up. I have tried saying things like, ‘Hey, that’s not very fair or kind’, but she continues. Any further suggestions? My family lives 4 hours away and I really need that 1 hour break so I can go exercise with my husband and we have time together. Our second baby is on the way and I can’t afford to damage the relationship further. The Bad Girl, The Playa, and Dangerous Dave are joined this week by “The President” Phil Decesare to bring you a True Crime classic! Dalia Dippolito became a focal point of national attention due to her involvement in a high-profile case related to a murder-for-hire plot against her then-husband, Michael Dippolito, in 2009. The former Boynton Beach escort was caught in an intricate police sting operation after soliciting an undercover police officer, whom she believed was a hitman, to murder Michael. The case first came to light when Dalia's lover, Mohamed Shihadeh, informed the police that Dalia was looking to have her husband killed. Shihadeh subsequently became a confidential informant, setting the stage for a police sting operation to capture Dalia in the act. Dalia's case was featured on both COPS and 20/20 and covered by news media around the country. But, as always, the True Crime Troika are here to add our own special brand of humor and insight to this legendary case!

The Bad Girl, The Playa, and Dangerous Dave would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and wonderful Holiday Season! #thegrinch #thegrinchstolechristmas #whoville #cindylouwho
Join the Bad Girl, The Playa, Dangerous Dave AND special guest Dan Sebastiano as they focus on one of the most controversial cases in United States history! JonBenét Patricia Ramsey (August 6, 1990 – December 26, 1996) was an American child beauty queen who was killed at age six in her family's home at 755 15th Street in Boulder, Colorado, on the night of December 25, 1996. Her body was found in the house's basement about seven hours after she had been reported missing. She had sustained a broken skull, and a garrote was tied around her neck. The autopsy report stated that JonBenét's official cause of death was "asphyxia by strangulation associated with craniocerebral trauma". Her death was ruled a homicide. The case generated worldwide public and media interest, in part because her mother Patsy Ramsey, a former beauty queen, had entered JonBenét into a series of child beauty pageants. This tragic case is the subject of a current Netflix docuseries. Did they get it right? Tune in on Monday, December 16th at 7 PM EST to find out! #truecrime #jonbenet #jonbenetramsey

Join the Bad Girl, The Playa, and Dangerous Dave as they look at the curious and controversial case of Gypsy Rose Blanchard! On December 15, 2015, Gypsy's boyfriend, Nicholas Godejohn, murdered Blanchard's mother Dee Dee at their Springfield, Missouri home. Gypsy had allowed Godejohn access to the home when she and Dee Dee were at a doctor's appointment. She provided Godejohn with a knife, gloves, and duct tape to facilitate the crime. Blanchard pled guilty to second-degree murder and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. She was released on parole on December 28, 2023, after serving 8 years. Godejohn was found guilty of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Gypsy Rose Blanchard allegedly suffered from years of abuse at the hands of her mother Dee Dee, who maintained that Gypsy Rose suffered from muscular dystrophy, cancer, and numerous other ailments. Dee Dee frequently shaved Gypsy's head, telling her that since she was suffering from cancer, her hair would fall out anyway. There are enough layers of the proverbial onion here for several books! This is a must-see episode! #gypsyroseblanchard #truecrime #

This week, we feel the need ... the need - for speed! The first song out of the blocks is "Bad Girl" by The Zakary Thaks. Crazy words, great guitar work, and a fast tempo by a drummer whose snare sounds like two textbooks slamming! The second speedster is "7 & 7 is" by Love. More wild lyrics and singing, and again ... it's a drummer who holds the thing together ... barely, at times. It's a classic! The third throttler is "Love at Psychedelic Velocity" by The Human Expression - one of the all time great 66ers. This one is a true tire-melter! And finally, we swerve with two different versions of "Love's a Fire," by the mysterious Werps. Plug your grandpa's ears when we tell you what the band name means. It's the fastest hey!-ride you've ever been on! [Explosion sounds ...]

So many of us have deleted ourselves off the list of those Jesus loves and cares for because of the lives we've lived, just like the woman in Luke 7. After an encounter with Jesus, though, that can all change, as it did for her. We can begin to discover the truth that we are all worthy of love.
