Improved posing significantly.2024: Two shows after a 12-week cut, placed 4th in both, including the competitive Republic of Texas show.Lessons Learned & GoalsKey takeaway: Stay consistent with diet and training, no cheating if you want results.Big goal: Earn a Pro Card, grow during the offseason, and continue competing.Key Changes & Support SystemBest improvement: Followed the plan diligently, hired expert posing coaches (Lauren Dannenmiller or Bec from Posing School).Suit color: Aquamarine, perfectly complemented her skin tone.Transitioned careers from photography to vet tech.Training & NutritionCardio peaked at 2 hours/day.Follows a meal plan without focusing on calorie count for better mental adherence.MindsetFocus on enjoying the stage experience rather than obsessing over placing.Accepts the subjectivity of the sport; success requires patience and persistence.Cautions against gambling with shows or coaches—find a reliable support system.Closing MessageEmbrace the journey, celebrate progress, and remain disciplined—it's a marathon, not a sprint.Follow IG: https://www.instagram Welcome to Cupcakes & Protein Shakes, the podcast that gives you the tools and inspiration you need to achieve your fitness and wellness goals. *Full episode on Patreon* To celebrate the end of a wild year, we've got a special, 2-in-1 episode for y'all: First, Addison Rae Part II: A return to the crux of the STARGIRL project. I delve deep into my ever-evolving, sort of twisted relationship with Addison Rae and reflect on how, when I first intercepted her in 2020, she alerted me to how far I had strayed from what I actually valued and wanted in my life. This is STARGIRL theory of the universe at its best: When we let our fixations be a guiding light, rather than something to repress or indulge ironically, we shed layers of cope and allow ourselves to actually emerge and evolve. Then, we look back at the dominant STARGIRL conversations of 2024: Spirituality, Health and Fitness, Feminine Caricature, and Nostalgia for / Mistrust of Institutions. Of note: the return to New Age dirty hippie vibes; animal based diets; the revived interest in fitness and athleticism; Brat; “Aquamarine,” modern dance, and Lexee Smith; Wicked, the totally delegitimized “arbiters of health,” Luigi….. And more.  Plus, Rants / Raves on Emma Chamberlain (c/o @tuylor) and Scout Dixon West (c/o Madeleine). Discussed: “As Time Goes By” Saint Laurent video starring Addison Addison + rude reporters at Vanity Fair Oscar Party (2022) “Grottocore” Daisy Alioto for DIRT (2024) “The Architect” Kacey Musgraves as Gwyneth in famous Goop cover Ballerina Farm feature in Evie magazine  “Aquamarine” music video Horton technique trending sound on TikTok

“Grandma, would you tell us that old adage again?” “Yes dears. A long time ago, your ancestors used to say: if all the computers in the world shut down, it's because the furries logged off for a day.” In this season 6 premiere, Hannah and Maia chat about the most maligned subculture on the internet: furries - a group of people with an above-average interest in anthropomorphic creatures, who everyone seems to despise. Thanks to some unflattering depictions in popular media like CSI and the Tyra Show, the world believes furries to be a group of maladjusted sexual deviants. But have furries gotten a bad rap? Is it really sexual deviancy, or a post-humanist movement that has been way ahead of us this whole time? We may very well be f*cking with the wrong group of people (after all, they created their own ISP before the White House did). Tangents include: the emotional power of Aquamarine, Tyra teaching Hannah about Islamophobia, and the Kyle Jenner-ification of My Little Pony. The great Victorian collector of minerals Matthew Heddle mentions two places in particular for the finding of aquamarine in Scotland, one the island of Arran and the other a mountain in the Cairngorms. But locating these gems is another story. The Cairngorm mountains are a kind of fortress. There is nowhere else like them in Scotland. You enter their world from one side or another and thereafter are inside them until you withdraw once more. You become aware of other noises than the ones that dominate our days: you hear streams, the breeze lifting the pine trees, the wind in the high hills once you have climbed into them. It's an elemental place: pure and to all intents and purposes undamaged, undisturbed.Kenneth Steven explores the history of this semi-precious stone and reflects in poetry on his finds.Presenter Kenneth Steven Producer Mark RickardsA Whistledown Scotland production

The seemingly endless lands lay in front of us. Ahead of us, we could see a small village where cute little dragons were tending stores. To our left, people were playing cards, closely watched by a row of playing cards and a rather angry-looking queen. Above us floated different spaceships, some delivering their wares to the small village, while others were expanding the land with new sections. What we saw were the amazing Rolling Realms Redux by Jamey Stegmaier and Karel Titeca from Stonemaier Games. Charlie passed away at the end of 2023. As always, the BRK meeting celebrates value investing for investors worldwide. This year, I attended #ValueX for the first time, which was a fantastic experience. #ValueX is organized by Guy Spier, who runs the Aquamarine hedge fund. They streamed the event for the first time this year, which you can see below. We also highlight the difference between dividends and buybacks as $AAPL announced its new 110 Billion dollar share buyback program. The elements represent the four creative energies of the universe and each has a set of archetypal energies associated with it. Getting familiar with these can help you better understand their energetic influence on you. Each element is also associated with certain healing stones based on their respective properties and energies. Let's dive into water element crystals, and discover how you can incorporate the power of water into your crystal practice... Water is a powerful ally, a companion, and a wise teacher. Water has had such a profound impact on my life... From summer walks around the pond near my grandparents' house during my childhood, to hiking the marshes near my home searching for skunk cabbages in college, to my deeply profound pilgrimage to Avalon where I connected with the Red & White Springs (which had a huge impact on my spiritual practice), water has been ever present in my life...even here in the Midwestern US! Water has held me during times of joy and deep grief, in moments of embodied presence and mystical experience.   The Water element connects you with emotions, intuition, cleansing, and love.  Keywords: Fluidity, Adaptation, Emotions, Intuition, Love, Memory, Wisdom, Reflection, Healing, Release Color & Symbol: Blue Crescent Moon or Blue Inverse Triangle Season & Direction: Autumn, West Parts of the Body: Belly, Adrenals, Intestines Zodiac Signs: Cancer, Scorpio, & Pisces Tarot Suit: Cups / Chalices (representing the emotions, intuition, love, and a mirror of your heart) Planets: Moon, Venus Crystals for the Water Element: Blue Lace Agate – a cooling, water element stone Botswana Agate – reminds you to go with the flow Lake Superior Agate – connects you with the energy of the water element (the life-giving source); aids you in healing the Earth's bodies of water River Agate – helps you tap into your inner power - like a river carving through rock Amazonite – lets compassion flow like water from your heart Amethyst – connects you with the intuitive aspects of the water element Vera Cruz Amethyst – reminds you of the life-giving energy of water Aquamarine – a stone of the sea and its creatures Brown Aragonite – helps to release the fear of water Azurite – promotes mental clarity during intuitive work Aqua Calcite – facilitates a calm mind, like a pool of still water Red Coral Calcite – connects you with the energy of the water element White Calcite – offers you space for reflection Cavansite – connects you with the energy of the sea Blue Chalcedony – reminds you to shift and change according to your present circumstances (like water filling different shaped containers) Charoite – enhances water healing practices (including H.A.D.O.) Subscribe, rate, review, & share! --- CCP Episode 10 How to Trigger a Full Genetic Reset After Life-Changing Impacts Hello and welcome to Episode 10 of the Crystal Clarity Podcast! Today, we're diving deep into a fascinating topic: how to trigger a full genetic reset using the incredible power of vibrational medicines, particularly certain stones. If you've ever felt that your life's trajectory has been altered by events, toxins, or traumas, this episode is for you. We'll explore the profound impact of vibrational medicines on our DNA, the potential for a genetic reset, and how stones can restore us to the path of our highest potential. Revisiting the Unwounded Self Imagine a moment where you could step back in time, revisiting the version of yourself before any impact, wound, or toxin altered your life's course. This is the heart of the genetic reset. Vibrational medicines, like specific stones, offer us a way to gain a broader perspective, transcending the limitations set by traumas, toxins, or events that may have triggered negative cascades in our lives. By connecting with our unwounded self, we can effectively hit the "reset" button and restore ourselves to a state of sovereignty. Stones: The Laboratory of All Possibility Stones hold a unique position as nature's connection to the realm of all possibility. The crystalline structure of stones contains vast amounts of information, much like the coding in computer chips. Just as technology is coded to perform specific functions, our DNA can be encoded to express certain traits. Stones work as agents of change, allowing us to switch these codes on and off, thereby influencing our gene expression and our ability to fulfill our potential. The Impact of Modern Influences In today's world, our DNA is bombarded by various influences, many of which we don't fully comprehend. From radiation emitted by technology to experimental medical treatments and environmental toxins, our genetic makeup is under constant stress. These influences can trigger cascades that pull us away from our intended path, leaving us feeling disempowered and struggling. A genetic reset becomes crucial in such scenarios to regain sovereignty over our lives. The Healing Power of Stone Medicine Stone medicine holds the key to triggering a genetic reset. The specific formula that can facilitate this transformation includes Aquamarine, Emerald, Morganite, and Diamond. Each stone brings a unique resonance to the process. Aquamarine, Emerald, and Morganite, all being Beryllium stones, weave together a trinity that sorts and resets the codes within our DNA. Diamond, the hardest of stones, acts as the anchor for this transformation, making the reset permanent. Sovereignty and Destiny As we engage in this genetic reset, we experience a return to sovereignty – the feeling of being in the driver's seat of our lives. Sovereignty allows us to reclaim our power, make conscious choices, and realign with our divine purpose. It's about seeing ourselves as creators of our destinies, despite the external influences that try to take that power away. This reset formula aligns with our Crown Chakra, connecting us to our destiny and allowing us to initiate a shift towards realizing our fullest potential. Embracing the Mystery This genetic reset isn't merely a logical equation to solve. It's a mystery that invites us to meet it with a sense of wonder and openness. The power of stone medicine lies beyond the confines of our rational minds. Instead of trying to control or understand every detail, we're urged to embrace the enigmatic nature of the process. Letting the mystery unfold within us, we step into a space of profound transformation. In a world filled with unknowns and external influences, the concept of a full genetic reset using stone medicine offers a glimmer of hope. By connecting with the wisdom of stones and the power of vibrational medicine, we can reset our genetic codes, restoring our sovereignty and aligning with our true purpose. Remember, this process isn't about mastering the steps; it's about surrendering to the mystery and letting it work its magic in our lives. So, as you step forward from this episode, consider the unwounded self, the power of stone medicine, and the possibility of rewriting your genetic destiny. The journey is mysterious, transformative, and ultimately, uniquely your own.
