Every once in a while, an Anthology show comes along and as each episode is it's own self contained story, Shaun is reticent to give the entire season a rating and wants to give each episode it's own. Here Tosin joins him to give The Boys Diabolical the episode by episode treatment Is Netflix killing cinemas? Each week we weigh up what we've seen in cinemas with what we've watched online at home and figure out which provided the best time. At least, we did before COVID jumped in and declared Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney + and friends the winner. Welcome back to your (almost) regularly scheduled program! The Outsiders return to the beginning of the week with this new episode. There was plenty to talk about so lets get into it. The episode started with a discussion about EuroBasket. Luka Doncic and Tyler Dorsey are the main Mavericks in action in Europe but there are plenty of NBA players in action so it has been an exciting affair. With rumors that the Mavericks may be interested in signing Dennis Schroder, it has been interesting to watch him lead Germany to an undefeated record as they go into their game against Slovenia. The Mavs executives stopped by to watch a Germany game already this week so they are clearly keeping an eye on him. Bibs ran through the full picture out in Europe and also talked about some dark horse free agents, After the EuroBasket talk, the boys talked briefly about the WNBA semifinals. The episode was recorded after the Aces and Storm overtime thriller so it was hard to do a basketball podcast without touching on it. In the middle of the episode, Bibs and Reese transitioned to the television talk. This week the topics were She-Hulk, The Boys: Diabolical, Workin Moms, and finally The Invitation. There are spoilers for She-Hulk and The Invitation, so be aware as you reach this section of the podcast. Finally, The Outsiders closed out the episode by going through a survey executed by ESPN where they spoke to 15 NBA employees across the league to see how they are feeling about some hot topics. One of the questions was: "Who had the worst offseason?" Interestingly, it was the Mavericks who won that particular poll. 00:00 - 3:30 Intros 03:33 - 23:00 Basketball talk 1 EuroBasket (through 19:00) WNBA 28:00 - 01:00:50 Movie and TV Talk She-Hulk (through 44:50) The Boys: Diabolical/Workin Moms (through 47:55) The Invitation 01:02:40 - 01:14:20 ESPN NBA Survey Chat Enjoy! In the Comedy Central digital series 2 JEWS CHOOSE, comedian Eliot Glazer invites some of his favorite Jewish celebrities to take part in a little game where they assess a series of pairs to decide which, between the two, is Jewish and which is goyish. Goyish technically refers to something that isn't Jewish, but what it really means is… “it's not for the Jews.” Like Billy on the Street, it's a game that's totally subjective but treated like fact. In celebration of Jewish American Heritage Month in May, we'll roll out 5 star-studded episodes of 2 JEWS CHOOSE. Eliot Glazer is a comedian, actor, musician, and writer best known for his work both on screen and behind the scenes of Broad City. He currently serves as Co-Executive Producer on iCarly (Paramount+) and has written on, among others, New Girl, The Boys: Diabolical, and Younger. He is the author of the anthology My Parents Were Awesome and co-host of the podcast You're Making It Worse. He also hosts the live comedy concert Musique Iconique and the Comedy Central Digital series 2 Jews Choose. He can be heard as a frequent guest on The Howard Stern Wrap Up Show, and seen in a supporting role opposite Seth Rogen in HBO Max's An American Pickle. Additionally, Eliot created, developed and starred opposite Colton Haynes (Teen Wolf, Arrow) in the AMC Studio original half-hour comedy I Run Hot for Peacock.

After Matt Reeves's The Batman, the squad just can't get enough Bats! We go back in time to review Tim Burton's iconic Batman and Batman Returns, starring Michael Keaton as the titular vigilante.
