In this episode of Boss Bitch Radio, I'm sitting down with my baby sister, Tina, for one of our favorite things to do - an unfiltered sister yap session. We cover everything from growing up as daughters of divorced parents to navigating our own divorces, healing family wounds, raising kids, and figuring out who we are on the other side of some of life's hardest seasons. This conversation is full of laughter, honesty, and the kind of stories that only sisters can tell. Tina and I didn't grow up together in the traditional sense after our parents divorced, so we've had a unique journey of finding our way back to each other throughout adulthood. In this episode, we reflect on our childhood, our Portuguese family culture, our relationships with our parents, and the lessons we've learned from staying in marriages longer than we should have. If you've ever experienced divorce, struggled with family relationships, worked through the mother wound, or simply enjoy listening to honest conversations between sisters, I think you'll see a little bit of yourself in this episode. Grab your coffee, settle in, and come hang out with us! Join the challenge in the link below. The lead-up to the closure of the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan was shaped by years of mounting crises that long predated Jeffrey Epstein's death but were dramatically amplified afterward. MCC had become infamous for chronic staffing shortages, crumbling infrastructure, frequent lockdowns, and extended power outages that left inmates in freezing cells without light, heat, or reliable access to counsel. Judges, defense attorneys, and federal prosecutors repeatedly complained that conditions at MCC interfered with constitutional rights and basic human safety. After Epstein's death exposed systemic failures—nonfunctioning cameras, falsified guard logs, and gross supervisory breakdowns—scrutiny intensified. Internal Bureau of Prisons audits, DOJ Inspector General reports, and sustained public pressure painted a picture of a facility that was not merely mismanaged but structurally incapable of safe operation, accelerating calls for its permanent shutdown. The actual closure of MCC was announced by the Bureau of Prisons in 2021 and carried out in phases, with detainees gradually transferred to other federal facilities in Brooklyn and across the region. Officials cited the age of the building, extensive maintenance backlogs, and the prohibitive cost of necessary repairs as justification, effectively conceding that the jail was beyond saving. By mid-2021, MCC was fully closed, ending nearly five decades of operation in lower Manhattan. While the Bureau framed the move as an administrative and financial decision, the closure was widely understood as the final consequence of years of neglect and the reputational damage stemming from Epstein's death. MCC did not close quietly because it was obsolete; it closed because its failures had become impossible to ignore, leaving behind a symbol of institutional collapse at the heart of the federal detention system.to contact me:bobbycapucci!@protonmail.com

Just when you thought the Senate RINO establishment couldn't get any more pathetic - they do the unthinkable! After 2-weeks of vacation, John Thune is reportedly no longer considering the SAVE America Act. Thune has been nothing short of a disappointment and a liar, it's time for him to go! And Ron DeSantis is reportedly looking for his next job -- and he's looking for Trump's help! SCOTUS is expected to drop a massive ruling, will they rule in favor of America or the illegals?Sponsor:My PillowWww.MyPillow.com/johnSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

There's a moment in many relationships… and it's not loud, dramatic, or explosive. It's quiet. In this episode of Reignite: Love, Sex & Truth for Conscious Couples, we explore the relationship reckoning that happens when the distractions fade… the kids leave… the chaos settles… and you're left facing each other again. They break down the patterns couples fall into during these life transitions… and what it actually takes to reconnect, rebuild, and consciously choose each other again. What You'll Hear in This Episode: What happens when the “quiet moment” occurs, where relationships are revealed, and why most couples aren't prepared for it When parenting was the glue, and now there's distance How fear-based relating and overcorrection create disconnection in the second or even third relationship Why does it feel so unsafe for both partners when only one has their foot in Why desire fades and how it's directly linked to communication and emotional safety What intentional dating actually looks like This moment in your relationship…isn't the end. It's the exposure. The invitation to ask: Do we still choose each other? And if the answer is yes… There is so much that can be rebuilt. Because when you lean in consciously…connection can return, respect can deepen, and desire can come back online

Brent Axe recaps Syracuse basketball's 72-59 loss to Virginia on Saturday afternoon. The Orange have lost six of the last seven games and have plummeted to 13-11 (4-7 ACC). SU playing "Meaningful Games in March" is fading out of view quickly. UVA was sharper on the offensive glass, exploited points off turnovers and hit 10 3's against the Orange, but the biggest storyline in the loss to UVA was that Kiyan Anthony was benched and did not play for the first time all season. Axe also discusses how SU AD John Wildhack only has one decision left to make when it comes to Adrian Autry's job and that is the timing of when, not if, to announce he'll no longer be the head coach. But recently, responding to disappointment and growing demands from his base to actually release the full files, he told a crowd of reporters in Pennsylvania that “I don't understand why the Epstein files would be of interest to anybody. It's pretty boring stuff. It's sordid, but it's boring. And I don't understand why it keeps going.”Even among the MAGA faithful, few minds have been changed and calls to release information continue to grow.Investigation into Epstein's life and sudden death at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City often raises more questions than it answers. How did he go from teaching at the elite Dalton School to being a billionaire financier? Even his connections to Bear Stearns and former Limited Brands chairman Leslie Wexner don't fully explain it, his friendships with royalty and the elite around the world, or the Austrian passport with a fake name and a Saudi Arabian address found in his home. When he pleaded guilty to soliciting underage prostitutes, Epstein got a 13 month sentence - and was allowed to leave the jail for 12 hours every day so that he could continue working his home office. And in 2007, he entered into an agreement with federal prosecutors in Florida that he would not be prosecuted as part of another investigation. The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, Alexander Acosta, later said that he was told Epstein “belonged to intelligence” and to “leave it alone.” Support the show

"I love you, so I'm going to beat you… then tell you I love you again."That's how Brenda describes the psychological undertow that pulled her into—and kept her in—Betty's web for nearly a decade. In this piercing episode of the Bewitched series, Brenda Reiss joins us to unpack her long, layered experience with Betty, dating all the way back to 2014. What started as a business mentorship for a corporate escapee turned into an eerily familiar cycle of emotional manipulation, shame-laced power plays, and spiritual gaslighting.Brenda takes us through every twist: the way Betty shamed clients into MLM schemes under the guise of financial empowerment, the bizarre telepathic “nudges” that seemed to lure her back whenever she tried to walk away, and the chaos of energetically loaded retreats where nothing was clear, yet everything felt controlling. This episode hits hard with real-life cult tactics masquerading as coaching: isolating clients, confusing group dynamics, trauma bonding masked as healing, and the ever-slippery line between mentor and manipulator.Brenda's story is a masterclass in the slow, subtle erosion of personal power—and her emergence from that fog is both a cautionary tale and a powerful reclamation of sovereignty.TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTS(00:00) Intro(00:53) In Today's Episode...Brenda Reiss(02:38) Shame is At The Bottom of The Sundae(06:47) Benefits of The Metamorphosis(09:22) Brenda's Beginning with Betty: The Pull and The Shame(18:02) Childhood Trauma: Advantage Betty. The most ridiculous final straws that ended a relationship.
Whew... where do we even begin? On this episode of Reality Right After, the drama is layered thicker than edge control and we are unpacking every last bit of it. From Angela and Shamea trying to move forward to Brit attempting to clean up her mess — is anyone really being genuine, or is it all just damage control? We break down:
Heathrow Fire is final straw! I've had enough of Starmer's Labour. UKPolitics #StarmerLabour #HeathrowFire #DomesticSecurity In this video, I dive deep into the recent Heathrow fire and how it highlights the complete failure of Starmer's Labour leadership when it comes to UK domestic security. Whether the fire was an accident or terror-related, the real issue is that we have no resilience plan in place to handle such events. Starmer and Labour have neglected the pressing concerns of our own borders, crime rates, and vital infrastructure, all while focusing too heavily on Ukraine and foreign affairs. The lack of attention to issues like knife crime, illegal immigration, and the vulnerability of key infrastructure is putting our country at risk. It's time for a change. As we face a rise in crime, a lack of investment in security, and weak government policies, it's clear that Miliband and Starmer need to step aside. We need a government that puts the UK first and focuses on rebuilding our domestic security, not just foreign interests. The UK is becoming the laughing stock of the world, and it's no wonder when we see the failures of leadership at the top. Join me as I break down why Starmer's Labour is failing the UK and what needs to be done for our safety, security, and future.
