Tim Schwander, neuer Sales Director für die DACH-Region bei Forever Living Products, erzählt uns heute aus seiner Perspektive, was alles im Network Marketing möglich ist. Tim selbst kommt aus der Luxusgüter-Industrie. Lange Jahre war er bei Schwarzkopf Henkel, Yves Saint Laurent und Estée Lauder in verschiedenen Management-Positionen tätig. Network Marketing kannte er bis dahin nur aus Studienzeiten, konnte aber nie wirklich etwas damit anfangen. Wie der Zufall so spielt, wurde er eines Tages auf das Geschäft angesprochen und kam mit verschiedenen Personen ins Gespräch. Was ihn sofort faszinierte waren vor allem die Menschen. Darüber hinaus spürte er, dass er in dieser Branche etwas verändern, ja sogar mitgestalten kann. Etwas, dass bei den Großkonzernen leider nicht immer so möglich gewesen war. Seit Ende letzten Jahres ist er nun der neue Sales Director für die DACH-Region bei Forever Living Products. Ein Unternehmen, das in diesem Jahr sein 45. Jubiläum feiert. „Ich muss gestehen, ich hatte von der Firma noch nie gehört, aber der Name klang schon cool“, sagt er lachend im Interview. „Ausschlaggebend für mich waren die Gespräche unter anderem mit dem Führungsteam in den USA.“ Was aber genau will man noch verändern, wenn ein Unternehmen seit 45 Jahren am Markt ist? Auch hier gibt es viele Ideen des gebürtigen Hamburgers. „Allein an Produkten können wir noch so viel machen! Aber vor allem der Austausch mit den Partnern ist es, wo wir noch viel mehr lernen können.“ Die Villa Loeb im Zentrum von München soll dort eine zentrale Rolle spielen. „Wir laden alle ein sich einmal bei uns umzuschauen, aber auch um sich auszutauschen. Ich denke gemeinsam können wir diese Branche noch viel weiter nach vorne bringen.“  Wir selbst waren in der Villa Loeb vor Ort und können bestätigen, ein Besuch lohnt sich! 25 Jahre lang war Dr. Florian Kaufmann in der Automobilbranche tätig. Ich werde im August 64 Jahre. Viele in meinem Alter reden von Ihrem Ausstieg und von der Rente. Das ist jetzt gar nicht mein Ding. Habe letztes Jahr am 31. Dezember 2012 meinen gut bezahlten Geschäftsführerposten ohne Abfindung aufgegeben und mit 3 jungen begeisterten Menschen noch mal ein Startup zum 1.1.2013 gegründet. Wir finanzieren uns bisher komplett alleine, das ist nicht immer leicht und nach 1 1/2 Jahren kann ich sagen: "Man kann das machen, muss man aber nicht unbedingt". Doch ich würde es wieder machen. Als Gründer, Gesellschafter und Geschäftsführer begeistert mich diese Herausforderung und hält mich auch jeden Fall jung. Wir haben eine Kommunikationsplattform entwickelt, die traditionelle Printmedien mittels Bilderkennungstechnologie mit der digitalen Welt verbindet. Als größten Kunden konnten wir bisher Forever Living Products dafür begeistern. Die selbständigen Vertriebspartner buchen unsere Software und können damit im Rahmen eines Gesamt-CD/CI eigenständig Werbung auf mobilen Endgeraten machen. Mit regional.tips bringen wir diesen Monat ein neues Baby auf den Markt. Eine Kommunikationsplattform für die regionale Wirtschaft. D.h. auch KMU´s können dabei zu guten Konditionen die mobile Kommunikation für ihr Business einsetzen. Mir selbst ist Individualität und Freiheit sehr wichtig. Habe in meinem Leben nach 30 Jahren Selbständigkeit alle Höhen und Tiefen erlebt. Nach einem Ausflug in die Bauwirtschaft 1997, stand ich auch schon mit 4,5 Mio DM vor dem persönlichen Konkurs.
