A case has been filed in the Federal Court, seeking an injunction to stop the use of COVID mRNA jabs due to the fact that they are Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) and prior approval from the Office of the Gene Technology Regulator (OGTR) was neither sought nor obtained prior to their use. This is a legal requirement whenever a new product containing GMOs are to be used. The case, (File Number: VID510/2023 Julian Fidge v. Pfizer Australia Pty Ltd & Anor) is seeking to get the matter heard as quickly as possible in order for the court to understand and acknowledge the evidence, and request Injunctions against Pfizer and Moderna to prevent them from any further 'dealings' with their products in this country, which will effectively stop any additional shots being administered. Katie Ashby-Koppens, whom many of you will have heard of since she was one of the AVN's instructing solicitors in its previous cases before the Federal and High Court, is the solicitor representing Dr Julian Fidge, the applicant in this case. Julian Gillespie is also working closely with her and the rest of the legal team.  I will be speaking with Katie about the injunction and she will be explaining why she and the rest of the legal team feel we must stop administering unapproved mRNA injectables and why those who are responsible for not following legal requirements must be held accountable. Why Should You EAT ORGANIC? Because the alternative is conventional and nonorganic: Conventional fruits and vegetables are grown in chemical fertilizer. Conventional fruits and veggies are riddled with Roundup, which contains a chemical called glyphosate that authorities have linked to cancer. Conventional fruits and veggies are most often Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) - meaning someone takes a piece of fruit or a vegetable (papaya or a zucchini), and they ALTER its genetic material using genetic engineering so it LOOKS better and survives an otherwise deadly amount of pesticides (which damage your gut lining and brain). GMOs are engineered combinations of plant, animal, bacteria, and virus genes that do not occur in nature or through traditional crossbreeding methods. Nonorganic Foods contain ingredients made by humans that should not go in your body, such as: refined vegetable oil, recombinant bovine growth hormone, potassium bromate, sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite, BHA and BHT, Artificial Food Coloring, High Fructose Corn Syrup and Monosodium Glutamate.

In this week show our topic is Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs). Our guest is Joe Balog, who obtained a B.A. in Sustainable Business and took several courses on this subject. In spring 2017 a representative of the maligned conglomerate Monsanto appeared in the TV show 'Bill Nye Saves the World' which is available on Netflix. During the episode entitled "More Food, Less Hype" host Bill Nye pushes the consumption of GMOs and portrays Monsanto as a victim of bad press. He also shows no scientific data to support his claims that GMOs are good for society and that there is nothing wrong with them. In our show we usually debunk conspiracies, but in this case we must side with people who demonize GMOs as Bill Nye in his popular show claims to be scientific, but supports a positive perspective regarding GMOs with no scientific data, experiments or new information. This is what alternative new sources would call disinformation. Especially, as the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Monsanto Dr. Robert T. Fraley and the farmer on the show proclaim that GMOs are safe, again with absolutely no evidence. They also use the internet as a way to change the conversation and post commercials for their products disguised as articles. Please check out their articles on their websites below which support the premise of the Netflix program, these articles show clear bias and might help you make up your mind about this subject: https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/what-ive-learned-from-bill-nye_us_5900c122e4b06feec8ac927d http://findourcommonground.com/blog/bill-nye-saves-world-examines-safety-sustainability-gmos/

Please leave us a review at http://openskyfitness.com/review    Do We Actually Need GMOs?   "If France was able to decrease the amount of  pesticides and herbicides and yield the same amount of crops while the USA increased herbicides and decreased pesticides but had no increase in crop yields with GMOs, then what's even the need of GMOs? Money." - Devon Dionne   On this week's episode of the Open Sky Fitness Podcast, Devon and I wanted to focus on nutrition and specifically Genetically Modified Organisms aka GMOs. What are they, when did we start to use them, and have they made any type of impact are the questions we'll be answering and more.   What Are Gyrotonics? BONUS! As many of you know from listening to the most recent introductions, Devon is not only a certified holistic nutritionist, but also a certified gyrotonic instructor. Like some of the members of the , you might be asking yourself, what exactly does a gyrotonic instructor do? We took some time at the beginning of the episode to explain how gyrotonics got its start, how a gyrotonic gets certified and what they do, as well as how gyrotonics benefits the body.   How GMOs Got Their Start We began to introduce GMOs into the food chain back in 1998. Even before the, we've been creating hybrid foods for years with cross-pollination, but we had never genetically modified them like this until now. GMOs are created by splicing the genes and adding new DNA information into the genetic pattern. This new genetic information doesn't even have to come from the same type of food, they can be from different biological kingdoms. BT corn is genetically engineered that would use less pesticide and so they put in new bacteria into the DNA of the corn so that they naturally have pesticides and when the bugs eat the corn, they die. Its not toxic to us, but to insects.   "You can vote with your wallet. If you're buying food that says "Non GMO," local, and organic foods, then place your vote." - Rob Dionne     Genetically Modified Food   "The seeds are so unique that they need to be patented. But at the same time, they're so substantially equivalent to other seeds, there's no need to label them, test them, or otherwise regulate them." Monsanto on not labeling their GMO ingredients in products.   There are two types of GMOs: GMO1 foods and GMO2 foods. However, we don't really know the true consequences yet of genetically modifying food, but GMO2 type foods sounds particularly harmful. As mentioned above, GMO1 foods are created by splicing the genes and placing natural genetic information  to try to improve them. However, to create a GMO2 food, the DNA is computer generated in a lab and not natural at all. The most common types of GMO1 foods include: Corn Soy Cotton Sugar beets (no. 1 source of our sugar) Canola oil Alfalfa Hawaiian papaya Zucchini Yellow Squash Specifically, Bt-corn is genetically engineered to require less pesticide by putting new bacteria into the DNA of the corn. By doing this, the modified Bt-corn species naturally contains pesticides that are toxic to bugs, but not us. The most common types of GMO2 foods include: Canola oil Potatoes Arctic Apples (that don't naturally brown after you slice them or take a bite) Stevia EverSweet Patchouli Rose Oil    "And now we're taking GMOs to the lab, but do we really need to? GMOs are like a supplement that we don't even need. The highest GMO crops are corn, soy, and sugar and these are all of the foods that are killing us. V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai, the inventor of email and other revolutionary innovations, has been passionately interested in science and technology throughout his life. This passion has earned Shiva high honors in the academic and corporate worlds. It has also given him an opportunity to confront the financial and power dynamics that affect scientific innovation, especially when innovation arises from sources considered outside the mainstream - as Shiva, in fact, proudly considers himself to be. Born in Mumbai in 1963, at the age of five Shiva began observing his grandmother -- a farmer and healer in the small village of Muhavur, in South India - as she applied Siddha, India's oldest system of traditional medicine, to heal and support local villagers. He saw how his grandmother’s work was a multi-faceted, comprehensive system that impacted her patients physically, mentally, and even spiritually. When Shiva’s family immigrated to the United States, those early experiences inspired him to pursue the study of modern systems science and information technology. He has never lost touch with India’s healing traditions, and much of his work has been directed toward integrating the tools and techniques of East and West. At the age of 14, after completing a special program in computer science at New York University’s Courant Institute of Mathematical Science, Shiva was recruited by the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey as a Research Fellow. His mentor at UMDNJ soon presented Shiva with a difficult but irresistible challenge. Shiva was asked to create an electronic equivalent of the interoffice mail system, in which hard copies of documents were circulated throughout an office environment. The interoffice mail system was standard operating procedure in literally millions of companies, hospitals, schools, and other institutions around the world. It was literally everywhere. And in practice, preparing interoffice mail was virtually always tasked to female secretaries or assistants in service of their male bosses and managers. Shiva understood this assignment in human terms as well in a scientific context. Creating an electronic alternative to interoffice mail would be not only a technical advance, but also a revolutionary work-saving innovation that would benefit everyone from secretaries to CEOs. After writing 50,000 lines of computer code, Shiva introduced the world’s first true email system, incorporating Inbox and Outbox, Folders, Address Book, Memo, and other now-familiar features of every email system. He named the system “EMAIL,” and was awarded the first United States Copyright for “Email, Computer Program for Electronic Mail System.” This legally recognized Shiva as the inventor of email, at a time when Copyright was the only protection for software inventions. Since then Shiva Ayyadurai has become a world-renowned systems scientist, inventor, and entrepreneur. He has been a Fulbright Scholar, Lemelson-MIT Awards Finalist, India’s First Outstanding Scientist and Technologist of Indian Origin, Westinghouse Science Talent Honors Award recipient, and a nominee for the U.S. National Medal of Technology and Innovation. Shiva has earned four degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), including a Bachelor’s in electrical engineering and computer science, and a dual Master’s Degree in mechanical engineering and visual studies from the MIT Media Laboratory. In 2003 he completed his doctoral work in systems biology in the Department of Biological Engineering. Shiva’s love of complex systems, which began in India, has continued to inform all his work. After receiving his PhD he returned to India on a Fulbright grant, where he researched the systems theoretic basis of Eastern medicine. Systems Health®, a new educational program that provides a scientific foundation for integrative medicine, was based on these findings. Shiva is also the inventor of CytoSolve®, a scalable computational platform for modeling the cell using dynamic integration of molecular pathways models. Like all of Shiva’s work, CytoSolve draws on the principle that nature’s intelligence is decentralized. While we might expect the nucleus to dominate the cell’s function, the work itself is done on the periphery of the cell, in the membrane. While at MIT, Shiva developed Systems Visualization, a pioneering course integrating systems theory, data, metaphor, and narrative storytelling to enable visualization of complex systems. After winning a White House competition to automatically analyze and sort President Clinton’s email, Shiva started EchoMail, Inc. which grew to nearly $200 million in market va lua t io n. Shiva has appeared in The MIT Technology Review, The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, NBC News, USA Today and other major media. He was named to the “Top 40” in the Improper Bostonian. He has also authored four books: Arts and the Internet, The Internet Publicity Guide, The Email Revolution, and most recently The System and Revolution. His passion for entrepreneurialism continues as Managing Director of General Interactive, a venture fund that incubates, mentors, and funds new startups in in rural healthcare, media, biotechnology, and information technology. Shiva also founded Innovation Corps, to inspire and enable innovation among teenagers worldwide. He serves as a consultant to CEOs and Executive Management at Fortune 1000 companies, as well as government organizations such as the United States Postal Service, Office of Inspector General. Shiva is the Chairman & CEO of CytoSolve Inc., which provides a revolutionary platform for modeling complex diseases and developing multi-combination therapeutics. His recent efforts at CytoSolve have led to an FDA allowance and exemption on a multi-combination drug for pancreatic cancer, development of innovative nutraceutical products, and numerous industry and academic partnerships. Shiva’s earlier research on pattern recognition and large - scale systems development has also resulted in multiple patents, numerous industry awards, commercial products including EchoMail, and coverage by scientific and industry publications. Shiva serves as Executive Director of the International Center for Integrative Systems, a non- profit research and education foundation dedicated to the application of systems thinking across a range of disciplines. Research on Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) is a specific and urgent focus of this foundation. Along these lines, Shiva has met with world leaders including former President Bill Clinton, Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India, and French President Francois Hollande, who have sought his advice on innovative technologies and their applications to food and healthcare systems. Shiva Ayyadurai is a member of Sigma-Xi, Eta Kappa Nu and Tau Beta Pi. He supports the Shanthi Foundation, which raises money to provide scholarships for education of orphaned girls. He is also a supporter of non-profit organizations including the Guggenheim Museum, Very Special Arts, National Public Radio, and the National Geographic Society. Shiva enjoys yoga, travel, tennis, animals, art and architecture. He resides in Belmont, Massachusetts, and travels extensively between there, Malibu, California, and New York City.

Whole Guidance Podcast: Nutrition | Fitness | Happiness | Mindset | Ancestral Health | Holistic Wellness

In this podcast I'll be exploring Supplements: I'll explain why supplementing with vitamins and minerals is a necessity I’ll talk about some vitamins and minerals that you need on a daily basis I’ll give some supplement and food recommendations for these vital nutrients Finally I’ll share how you can lower your supplement requirements CLICK HERE TO LEARN WHAT ARE THE BEST FOODS TO GET YOU LEAN Today human society of the western variety follow many practises that are not very beneficial to life on this planet. One of these practises is modern agriculture. Way back in the day about a few generations ago farmers and growers did not need to use chemical fertilisers, man-made pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, rodenticides, and other chemicals or Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) in order to grow plentiful and bountiful crops that were also packed full of nutrition. Farmers did not grow a single crop time after time on the same plot of land and soil, also known as a monoculture. Farmers did not grow and breed vegetables and fruit just so they could make them bigger and sweeter. Today the way society practises farming leads to a lot of these agricultural chemicals leaching into the soil poisoning the microorganisms and worms needed to create a healthy soil. This sick topsoil that is depleted of vitamins and minerals creates sick plants, sick animals, and sick humans. Not only do the chemicals poison the soil, but they get into waterways and flow into local rivers and lakes and eventually hit the ocean creating more sickness and disease for sea life. The vegetables and fruits of today have lost their medicinal properties and have less fibre and a lot more sugar. The bland iceberg lettuce and sweet supersized apple you’re eating today are not the same bitter and tart, smaller varieties your grandparents had in their day. Before agriculture you could actually gather lettuce that was quite bitter and full of plant nutrients that would act as medicine in the body. Today that bitterness and medicine has been lost due to the commercialisation of the food industry and also due to consumer demand. So it’s not all the producer’s fault as buyers over the years wanted bigger and sweeter tasting foods so society has to take some of the blame here for why food today does not have the same nutrition density and medicinal benefits as the foods of previous generations. Not only is the food supply low on nutrition, but the environment is high in pollution. Industrial chemicals are being pumped into the air, land, and oceans all over the world every second of every day and the more toxins your body is exposed to the more work your innate detoxification system has to do and this detox process requires nutrients. So unless you live in a bubble your body is already working overtime to detoxify the chemicals you’re exposed to on a daily basis and this detox process is soaking up all the nutrients it can find within your body. Another thing that soaks up a lot of nutrients in your body is stress. Whether it’s physical, mental, or emotional stress will drain your body of the nutrition it needs to thrive leaving you with a body that has barely enough to survive. The more physical stress your body is dealing with and the more perceived emotional and mental stress you believe yourself to be under then the higher your vitamin and mineral needs become. So because it’ll take you a few heads of broccoli today to get the same nutrition from one single head of broccoli grown 100 years ago and due to the constant barrage of toxins your body is being exposed to and the increased amount of stress in modern life these all cause an increase in your nutrition requirements meaning that supplementing with vitamins and minerals and other vital nutrients is a necessity to achieve optimal health in this day and age. Now with so many vitamin and mineral supplement...

We hear a lot about Genetically Modified foods, or Genetically Modified Organisms – GMOs. But what exactly are they, and why should we bother worrying about them? We would like to review what GMOs are with our listening audience, about how they are changing our relationship to food, and what we can do to take control of the types of foods we eat. First, let’s answer the question; ‘what are genetically-modified foods?’ When you hear someone use the term, “Frankenfoods”, there’s a good reason. Genetically-modified foods take genetic material from one organism and put it into another. This gives the organism – plant or animal – characteristics that it didn’t have before, which your body will not recognize and to that end, will create a disease state.

Packaged and processed foods get many a family through the day. They're convenient, portable, and they stay fresh for a long time (thanks to all those preservatives). Many kids can't get enough of these foods; they're almost addicted to them. The additives put into processed foods to make them look and taste better include unhealthy amounts of extra salt, fat, and sugar-and those are the ones you can pronounce. These additives, however, have a price that may include side effects, food allergies, increased waist lines, decreased absorption of minerals and vitamins, cancer and more. Today, when one in three American children are overweight or obese (and even more than one in three adults) and food allergies are rampant, we have no choice but to finally pay attention to what we are eating. Today we discuss the last 6 of the 'Dirty Dozen' including Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) and Caffeine . Each week Martin Pytela and Scott Paton discuss Holistic principles for healthy living. Life Enthusiast Co-op is built on over 25 years in study, health consultations and market research in the field of holistic and alternative medicine. We deliver solid time tested expertise. We are in this business not for the money, but for the passion, we have for sharing with others what we had to learn the hard way, through experience.
