Velibor Čolić, bosanski pisatelj, novinar in glasbeni kritik, ki že leta dolgo piše izključno v francoščini, je v Francijo prebegnil ob izbruhu vojne na Balkanu. Zdaj je eden najbolj prepoznavnih frankofonih avtorjev; njegova dela izdaja prestižna založba Gallimard. Pri nas ga zelo dobro poznamo po romanih Sarajevski omnibus, Priročnik za izgnance, Knjiga odhodov, prav zdaj je pri založbi Goga izšel roman Vojna in dež. Prevedla ga je Ana Barič Moder, tako kot vse druge Čolićeve romane. Avtor je leta 2018 obiskal Slovenijo in takrat ga je pred mikrofon povabila Nina Gostiša. Sam Čolić pravi, da je ob prihodu v Francijo poznal le tri francoske besede: Jean, Paul in Sartre in je preživel samo zaradi francoščine, ki se je je naučil. Dovoli si pisati le o svojem eksilu in samega sebe imenuje mož z naglasom.

Sava Šumanović, zarobljen između svoje umetnosti i sve dublje izolacije, svedočanstvo je o tome koliko stvaralaštvo može biti i beg i utočište ali i znak jednog društva koje često ne zna kako da odgovori na ranjivost. Psiha nekada nije samo lična stvar, već i politička. U tom smislu, govori se i o princu Đorđu Karađorđeviću, starijem bratu kralja Aleksandra, čije je povlačenje iz javnog života i prisilna izolacija zbog „duševne bolesti“ ostalo do danas jedno od najkontroverznijih mesta srpske istorije. Šta je stvarna dijagnoza, a šta politički konstrukt? Gde prestaje briga, a počinje kontrola? Sve ove priče podsećaju nas na jednu istinu: promena je neizbežna i jedina konstanta. Neki su menjali umetnost, drugi tok istorije – ali svi su se borili da zadrže svoju unutrašnju celinu u svetu koji često nije imao razumevanja. Ova epizoda je i poziv da prestanemo da se bojimo ranjivosti – i da je umesto toga prihvatimo kao deo rasta. Jer, kao što voda nalazi svoj tok i u kamenu i u suši, tako i čovek u suočavanju sa sopstvenom psihom može pronaći snagu, izraz, pa i smisao. Prirodno je. Menjam se. Menjam se jer osećam dublje. Menjam se jer učim iz onog što me boli. Menjam se jer želim da rastem.

Maja Haderlap je na tem dogodku predstavila svoj novi roman Nachtfrauen – Ženske v temi, ki je teden dni pred tem izšel pri založbi Goga v prevodu Štefana Vevarja.
