I did it! I took a chance, followed my gut, and launched something brand new. I told myself what I always tell you guys…Risk It! or Regret It! Introducing my brand-new short-form syndicated radio feature: “Keeping the ‘Live' in Alive! with Debbie Nigro” Proudly sponsored by NativePath Collagen — the stuff that's got me hiking again, baby! For the past 6 months, I've been secretly developing this new ‘thing''. Figuring out what it should be, how it should sound, and who would be open enough to collaborate with me. Why this, why now? Lately, I've found myself diving into wellness like never before. Not just for fun (though some of it is hilarious), but because my biological clock feels more like a ticking time bomb these days. I'm trying to maximize my remaining time on this planet as are many other people I know. I'm constantly researching and talking about mental wellness, physical wellness, nutrition, longevity, and all the weird and wonderful science behind staying vibrant and ALIVE. And sharing it all on my “Wellness Wednesday” segments of The Debbie Nigro Show just wasn't enough anymore. So, I created this new feature — fast-moving, funny, and full of fascinating wellness info — to syndicate nationwide. AND I'm testing it out in real time. The Launch

I got the pleasure to sit down with my big homie, Mr. Brian B Shynin! He is an Emmy Award Winner and one of Kansas City's most prominent radio hosts, DJs and event hosts. Join us as we reflect on our journey of discovering our voice and purpose while navigating challenges, setbacks, and the power of perseverance along the way. Brian opens up about his childhood, a pivotal decision that nearly derailed his future, faith, the importance of paying it forward, the blessing of marriage, and so much more. You never know the impact you have on others so I had to give Brian his flowers. His kindness and mentorship helped me get to where I am today and he has had such an impact in Kansas City. Another thing, BIG SHOUTOUT to MADE MOBB for letting me use their space. If you are in Kansas City stop by the store or visit their website. They are always doing great things in the city plus they have some of the dopest apparel! I hope this episode makes you feel a little less alone in your journey to discovering who you were meant to me. I pray that it encourages you not to get caught up on reaching the destination but to remain present in the now. Time for scientific stuff!! Some sequels are better than the original, and yes that applies to this magnificent episode. Making his return is none other than Hamza, the local stand-up comic. From cats that resemble Hitler (yes it's real) to self-care, this 2 hour jammed packed extravaganza, is nothing short of incredible. The development of a young mind is important. Are we scarred by our upbringing? Is it our responsibility as adults to “do better” Knowledge is dropped as the cast reflects on pivotal points that lead them down the path they travel. X-Men 97' wraps up an unforgettable first season. Jared tests the waters with a “reaction” video and RJ is just happy to see the beginning of “The Apocalypse” What did you guys think of Marvels critically acclaimed anime? Big Shoutout to Hamza!! Looking Forward to completing “The Trilogy” Like Share Comment Subscribe and Review!!

I don't know where I'd be in life had it not been for these three books.I hope as I share these books (that greatly impacted me) with you today, you'll check them out OR at the very least, continue to read books yourself.Reading is so powerful, and I hope all of us are making time for it in our busy schedules. Good luck, and enjoy today's podcast.--------------➜
January is over.. I don't want to hear any more excuses on the year not 'officially starting'.In today's episode, my goal is to get everyone excited about February and everything this month has to offer! You'll hear me explain a few important dates to look forward to, from least excited to MOST eventful. Stay tuned. Enjoy.--------------➜
Please try this social experiment with a friend, colleague or loved one. I would be interested to know if this common Canadian phenomenon exists in your life, too. People love to complain about the weather and they'll do so at any chance given, especially in Ontario where the forecast can be unpredictable. We should practice more gratitude for the weather. That's all I'm trying to promote in this one. Enjoy the episode, y'all!--------------➜
How good are you at doing NOTHING? It turns out, the ability to just be a human BEING and existing is tougher than previously imagined. Most of us are human DOINGS, focused on the day-to-day tasks we must accomplish, goals, schedules, etc. But how often do we get to plug out from that and just experience the current moment?Today, I talk about the importance of doing nothing well. This means having time to just exist. There's a lot we can gain from making some time in the day to do nothing. You'll see. Enjoy the episode.--------------➜
How in the world can you compare COMEDY and joke-telling to a piece of FRUIT? Today, I will explain the answer to this question you certainly have never asked yourself. But if you appreciate the art of comedy, you might enjoy this analogy. We will continue to shift the podcast into a more entertaining vibe (as well as always being informative). So please listen carefully and as always, I appreciate all the support!-------------➜
In this episode of our Summer Series we revisit one of our most raw and revealing episodes ever, TaPod speaks with Stu Holmes Founder of The Green Collar. Fresh off his presentation at ATC2023, Stu has spent time in prison himself for armed robbery and we look at how it affected him both inside and upon his release. Stu spends his days now dedicated to helping people who have been in jail get a second chance… and find a bridge back to employment. In an environment where many industries just can't find talent there is a ready-made workforce here to consider.Stu's story is compelling and is a lesson in how anyone's life can go off the rails… it's what you do next that counts. Thanks to Jo Vohland for choosing this interview.Big Shout Out to TaPod Connect for sponsoring the Summer Series!
As we look forward to the new episodes coming this year, I'm deciding on making my podcast more comedy-based in addition to being as informative as possible. This will be my current challenge, and I want y'all to know that I'll be striving to be my most authentic self- funny, yet informative. Enjoy the episode and the direction this podcast goes in the future!-------------➜
In today's episode, I present to you one practice that when done as much as you can- will change your life.I can say for myself that it's something I've struggled with staying consistent in, but when I've done it, it has benefited me so much. I'm excited for you guys to hear all about it and hopefully give it a chance!Enjoy today's podcast.-------------➜
After 6+ months of waiting... we are BACK!It only feels right to wrap up the year with an episode, checking in with y'all and letting you know how it went with me in the areas of health, wealth and relationships. Last Thursday, I had a difficult conversation with a family member that left me feeling sad, disappointed, and exhausted. After processing the experience with safe people in my support system, something was missing. It wasn't until I realized that a much younger version of me needed some healing attention that things started to feel like they were coming around to a resolution. The Inner Child is not a "sweet idea." It's not an imaginary playmate. And it's not psychobabble. The child we once were still resides inside each one of us, often in the form of our deepest needs. This week, we dive into inner child work as a healthy response to triggers. If we're going to learn how to love ourselves in a healthy way, we need to learn how to love who we were at every stage, not just who we are now. BIG SHOUT OUT to my listeners in Australia and Hungary! You are the top two nations listening besides the United States! Keep sharing this podcast! THANK YOU!!!
This was one of our rougher episodes and Danielle has Kim Crawford to thank for that. We're back from Spring Break in sunny, Buffalo, NY. Besides, who needs warm weather and sandy beaches when we can have chicken wings and get to spend our days doing whatever Maria wants to do. Needless to say, the kids did pretty okay traveling but I wouldn't say it was enjoyable by any means. Listen to the Rankings for all the details on exactly who did what. Big SHOUT OUT to all of you for listening, we're so thankful for all of you…especially our RLR subscribers. You guys are the real ones! If you're still on the fence about us, this isn't going to be the episode to convert you but if you did subscribe, it would mean so much to us.

In this new episode 09, firstly a Big Shout Out to all of you around the world for continuing to listen in. That interest and support has helped our podcast achieve this recent milestone of 100K + downloads. PS: Now hitting @ 165+K :) Minimizing post-surgical scarring is achieved by doing it the right-way. Dr Roth says “You want to cut on tension and sew back up on non-tension.” Especially when sewing, you take as much tension off the wound as possible. Often in layers to achieve a very good construct, with little or no tension on the outer layer, known as the Epithelium. In plastic surgery this is a key factor to lay the groundwork for a healthy recovery, and provided the patient also fully participates in the healing process...then you are getting the results of your investment in looking good, and feeling great! In this new episode 08, firstly a Big Shout Out to all of you around the world for continuing to listen in. That interest and support has helped our podcast achieve this recent milestone of 100K + downloads. PS: Now hitting @ 160+K :) Dr. Roth talks about the physical and mental stress coping training that medical professionals go through to maintain full wholistic patient focused support. Most patients needing a medical professional is either due to an accident or out of fear for a health challenge. But it's often easy to forget that especially in a high stress situations medical surgeons/doctors/medical professionals are required to evaluate and make life saving decisions, which if they get wrong have very serious repercussions. Dr. Roth's opinion is that working in the medical profession as a surgeon is a vocation rather than for the money or accolades. Sadly, over 50% of highly trained US-based medical professionals have to first answer to someone else that has finance as the main priority rather than the patient. This extra stress/distraction for the physician when they need to evaluate and make a life sustaining decision can seriously waste time and compromise their ability to make the right choice. Fact: over 400 physicians a year commit suicide ~ this rate being higher than in the police force. There is a flip side ~ within the medical industry and society as a whole. It seems that a greater sense of acknowledge change is vitally needed to once again allow the medical professional to fully focus their expertise, efforts and resources to the patient welfare. So, as a positive, this is actually the best time to be a physician in the history of man in Dr. Roth's opinion. BTW - Dr Roth has a new updated website - so check it out - the website link is below.
