Hidden in Plain Sight: The Enterprise Revenue Intelligence Podcast
In this episode of Hidden in Plain Sight: The Enterprise Revenue Intelligence Podcast, James McArthur, CEO of CROO, joins Mariana Cogan to understand why on average, sixty to seventy percent of accounts within a territory have little to no engagement and how RevOps can tackle that challenge.
Oligonucleotide therapies can target the root cause of many diseases through the modulation of RNA expression and processing. Despite the promise of these medicines, their development has been limited by delivery challenges because they are not able to adequately reach heart and skeletal muscle, the critical affected tissues in neuromuscular diseases. PepGen is advancing next-generation oligonucleotide therapeutics that leverage its delivery platform technology to produce cell-penetrating peptide conjugates that improve the activity and tolerability of oligonucleotide therapies. We spoke to James McArthur, president and CEO of PepGen, about the company's platform technology for conjugating peptides with oligonucleotides, how this allows it to target hard to reach tissue, and why it opens the potential for new therapies to treat neuromuscular and other diseases.
Among the more prevalent genetic conditions, Duchenne muscular dystrophy affects an estimated one in 3,500 male births worldwide. It's caused by mutations of the DMD gene, which regulates the production of a protein called dystrophin. Approved DMD treatments haven't demonstrated strong clinical outcomes, but James McArthur, Ph.D. and his team at PepGen are seeking to change that with a pipeline of disease-modifying peptide-conjugated oligonucleotide candidates derived from the company's Enhanced Delivery Oligonucleotide platform. The Business of Biotech caught up with Dr. McArthur at PepGen's Cambridge headquarters to learn more. Catch up on more gene therapy development advances on bioprocessonline.com.
In this episode we look back at the 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace on Monday night. We chat about the bright start but the inability to build on it, the goals we conceded, Arsenal's passive off-the-ball approach, continued concerns about the team's lack of attacking productivity, the late equaliser which rescued a point against Patrick Vieira's team, and the abysmal refereeing decision when James McArthur only got a yellow card for a brutal foul on Bukayo Saka. Then there are listener questions about Arsenal as a possession side, Thomas Partey and how midfield might look in January when he goes to the AFCON, Martin Odegaard's second poor performance in a row, movement and passing, officiating the officials, Alexandre Lacazette, sprucing up the Emirates and lots more.Get extra bonus content and help support Arseblog by becoming an Arseblog Member on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/arseblog See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

James McArthur Ph.D. is the CEO of PepGen and talks about applying their enhanced delivery cell-penetrating peptide technology to treat rare genetic neuromuscular diseases. Frase de James McArthur. Palavra-chave PERSISTÊNCIA. Pense nisso. Que desistência seja para adotar um novo jeito de perseguir um sonho e nunca o ato de entregar os pontos para o fracasso. Feliz Dia Novo! Ouça e compartilhe.
Son Heung-min reached a century of Tottenham goals as his team ended a four-game winless run in the Premier League, and Arsenal surged to a third successive victory that allays relegation jitters in a bright start to 2021 for the north London rivals on Saturday.Alexandre Lacazette scored twice in a 4-0 rout of West Bromwich Albion that took Arsenal up to 11th place.Tottenham is six points better off in third place after Son scored and got an assist in a 3-0 victory over Leeds.Sheffield United remains winless 17 games into the season after losing 2-0 at Crystal Palace. The most goals of the day came on the south coast with Brighton fighting back from a two-goal deficit to snatch a 3-3 draw with Wolverhampton.SON-KANE COMBOSon and Harry Kane equalled the Premier League record for most goal combinations in a season, levelling Alan Shearer and Chris Sutton's tally of 13 from 1994-95.This was achieved with another 22 games to go. After Kane had opened the scoring from the penalty spot, he teed up Son for his landmark goal. With all stadiums denied fans due to pandemic restrictions, the South Korean could only celebrate his 100th goal with teammates.Son returned the plaudits by setting up the third. Toby Alderweireld benefited from Illan Meslier's error as the Leeds goalkeeper allowed a header from Son's corner to squirm in for the third in the second half.It was the first time Spurs scored three times in a league game since they drew 3-3 with West Ham in October as the shackles finally came off after a month of sitting on leads."We could have scored more goals," Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho said. "We had good opportunities to score, and not just from the traditional Sonny and Kane."ARSENAL RAMPANTAfter snow was cleared from the Hawthorns pitch, Arsenal swept aside a hapless West Brom.Kieran Tierney curled in the opener from 15 yards (meters) after beating Darnell Furlong before cutting in.Bukayo Saka was part of a flowing move with Emile Smith Rowe and Lacazette before tapping in the second before halftime.Lacazette made it 3-0 after 61 minutes when Saka's cross caused chaos. His delivery was turned onto his own post by Semi Ajayi, Smith Rowe's follow-up was blocked and Lacazette fired in the rebound from 10 yards. Lacazette was on target again when he turned in Tierney's cross from close range.West Brom has now conceded nine goals in its last two games, to leave Sam Allardyce's new side next-to-last in the league.WONDER GOALA five-game winless run ended for Palace thanks to a meeting with the league's worst team and a wonder goal from Ebere Eze after Jeffrey Schlupp's deflected opener.Eze collected James McArthur's pass deep inside his own half and skipped past Oliver Norwood before he did the same to Ethan Ampadu and then produced a measured curled finish into the bottom corner beyond Aaron Ramsdale from 20 yards.Palace manager Roy Hodgson played Luka Milivojevic despite his captain breaching government guidelines at a New Year Eve's party.BRIGHTON RECOVERYAfter Aaron Connolly's early opener, Brighton capitulated against Wolves — conceding from Romain Saiss' header, an own-goal from Dan Burn and a penalty from Ruben Neves after Burn brought down Adama Traore. But Neal Maupay won and converted a penalty before Lewis Dunk headed in the equalizer to secure a draw that took Brighton three points clear of the relegation zone, albeit having played two games more than 18th-place Fulham.Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo was frustrated to throw away two points having been in such a commanding position.
Steve Crossman, Stephen Warnock and Jim White of The Telegraph discuss Tottenham's 'transformative' front three ahead of Gareth Bale's second debut at the club. We talk the evolution of Harry Kane's game and the similarities Spurs' attack could have with Liverpool's. Aaron Cresswell will be one of the West Ham defenders tasked with keeping them out - we hear from him on the versatility required to play full-back, wing-back, and his current position on the left of a back three. We also chat to Palace's James McArthur on going 'under the radar' his entire career, what makes a world class defensive midfielder and his definition of 'controlling' the game. Plus, chat about vacuums, washing, and over-sized headphones.
Good things comes in threes...so you're in luck this week as the pod is split into three chunky sections. First up it's James McArthur, who has more Premier League appearances for Palace than any other player. He spoke to Premier League Productions. We hadn't heard from Statman for a while so there was lots to catch up on in our longest stat-ramble to date. Finally, two Eagles legends met up recently to shoot the breeze. Darren Ambrose asked Wilfried Zaha all about his early days at the club.
Statman has already had his Mark Owen-esque one song on every album, so is back to being just Statman on this week’s pod. Joining him is former England test cricketer Matthew Hoggard, who was at Selhurst Park for the My People business club lunch. Jordan Ayew won the ManbetX August player of the month award for his fine start to the season so he chatted to James Woodroof about the honour of being voted for by the fans. It's the semi final winners podcast as it's the two John's and Krys on. There's plenty to talk about with European action, league business, cup action and more. There were mixed results for Celtic and Rangers in Europe with Rangers better placed to go through maybe. The Premiership saw just two games played with Hamilton getting a good point and St Johnstone achieving back to back wins. Semi final Sunday was a resounding success. The end result sees Celtic meet Aberdeen for the third time out of the last five major domestic tournaments. Could there be a chance that they split the games between the two venues again? The lower leagues are covered with Dundee United going well under Neilson and Duffy winning his first game as Dumbarton boss. If you think the men's game in Scotland in dominated by one team in terms of league wins then the women's game is in a different league. Glasgow City won their twelfth league title in a row. The podcast concludes with some Scottish Cup chat, James McArthur and the tragic events at Leicester City. Thanks for listening and feel free to contact us on @sffpodcast on twitter.

You know, Gaye lisbey's million dollar arbitrage as edge and list group. That’s a mouthful. It is. But guess what? It’s a great opportunity. You can build a big Amazon business. You don’t need a lot of capital when you start. I mean we all started, you know, um, most of it started selling books and then you move into retail arbitrage that is the place that you can turn your money the fastest and online arbitrage. And so by having that skill set, by learning those skill sets, you can get the best bang for your buck. And so gay group will help you learn online arbitrage. It’s, it’s more than just a list service. They’re going to give you a whole bunch of actionable inventory every single day. Write Monday through Friday. However, there’s also a mentorship that goes on and that mentorship is so important because sometimes it’s great to know what to buy, but it’s more important to understand why to buy it. Stephen: [01:02] But yeah, that’s that, you know, learning the fish are just getting fit, you know, you really want to learn because ultimately you want to strike it on your own and this is a great way to do it. So how about seven days free trial, but a free trial, right? Very, very cool. So it’s amazing. Freedom Dot com. Forward slash is a mouthful. The word momentum. You’ve got to use a hyphen and you put in the word arbitrage. So it’s amazing. Freedom, [inaudible] forward slash momentum dash arbitrage. And you’re going to get a free trial in gaze group. The testimonials are real. Go take a look. You will be blown away. And again, it’s a free trial. I have the link on this episode to reach in, you know, labs, Jeff Cohen and the team. They have blown me away with this scope project. We use this all the time for our business. We do a lot of private label. We also do a lot of wholesale and wholesale bundles or multi packs, that kind of thing, which a lot of people do, but we use a scope to help us figure out what are the keywords and so it’s really simple. You basically figure out where you’re going to sell, what you’re going to sell, what category, find that light product, find the top couple sellers and find their keywords. Boom magic. There
Wow! More late drama at Selhurst where James McArthur scores an injury-time winner against Watford after Bakary Sako had equalised two minutes prior. JD is joined by a jubilant Rob Sutherland and Julian Chenery to look back over another dramatic game, which now means Palace are unbeaten in six and have scored two goals in their last six consecutive home games. They also hear from Roy Hodgson in his post-match press conference at Selhurst.
Last week Glen and Yong discussed TeePublic's new Digital Artwork Protection. Within a couple of days, James McArthur from TeePublic reached to the boys and wanted to talk. After talking behind the scenes, Yong invited James to be a guest on the podcast. Not only did James agree to come on the podcast but so did COO and Co-Founder Adam Schwartz. James and Adam discuss the history of TeePublic and their business model. Adam also discussed in-depth about TeePublic's new Digital Artwork Protection. TeePublic seems very lenient about the type of design you can upload on their platform. A lot of their designs are parodies and seem to be fair game. TeePublic is another platform for content creators to experiment with but check out their site first. Make sure you can design the type of designs that are already on there. Zlatan Ibrahimovic struck three minutes from time to snatch a late win for Manchester United, with Palace fully deserving of the point they held until the final stages. The Swede scored a sublime winner to clinch the win, but Palace showed plenty of heart to recover from a controversial opener from Paul Pogba to draw level when James McArthur continued his goalscoring start to the season, but in echoes of the Manchester City defeat last month, Alan Pardew’s side men couldn’t quite cling on. In a podclash Chris & Terence share hosting duties to do two shows for the price of one. They're joined by Albert. See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
