Welcome, Product Bosses! In today's one-on-one strategy session, we're diving deep with Eileen, the founder of Old Millhouse Coffee. Join us as we explore her journey from running a multi-six-figure business with slim profit margins to aiming for a million-dollar venture. Eileen's story might sound familiar to many of you – a business owner striving for growth but caught up in the nitty-gritty of daily operations.Eileen's situation is a classic case of balancing growth with sustainability. Initially, her coffee shop was thriving in sales but struggled with profitability, limiting her ability to expand and hire more staff. However, with strategic changes like raising prices, she's seen a significant profit increase on the coffee shop side of her business. But that's not all – Eileen also runs popular local vendor events in her community, which, despite their popularity, have yet to see substantial profits. The big question now is, can Eileen transform both aspects of her business into million-dollar revenue streams without burning out? Or will she have to sacrifice one to focus on the other? Our goal for Eileen is ambitious yet attainable – turning each side of her business into a $1 million revenue generator. That's a combined target of $2 million! Stay tuned as we unravel the strategies and insights to help Eileen reach this incredible milestone. Let's embark on this journey together and discover the path to a dual million-dollar business.Resources:Learn more at oldmillhousecoffee.com, and if you're in Massachusetts make sure you drop by – and bring your dog!Follow Old Mill House Coffee on Instagram: @oldmillhousecoffeeThe doors to my Inner Circle Mastermind are now open! Your path to success doesn't have to look like anyone else's but your own. Listen up Product Bosses, it's time to shift your mindset and take action! Our mindset and the way we think can absolutely hold us back from reaching our full potential. But as we dive deeper into the world of entrepreneurship, it's important to remember that the real money makers are the action takers, and if we continue to tell ourselves lies, we are going to get stuck in inaction. It's crucial that we question the truth behind these thoughts and remember that they are just thoughts. We have the power to choose how we want to feel about them. When you start to get stuck in perfectionism, remind yourself that action is where it's at. Action brings us more clarity than any amount of thinking can and that's how you start to shift your mindset. We're going to go over some of the biggest lies that you might be telling yourself — think of us as the Myth Busters to your subconscious. So let's stop letting our mindset hold us back with lies and start taking the actions necessary to crush our goals!Brought to you by the Shop 1 in 5™ Pledge! After he, his wife, and 2 daughters made the switch from active duty, Logan became an undergraduate student at Harvard University at age 26. Now, Logan and his family reside in Georgia, United States, where he started, owns, and operates his own company. Join us as he shares his journey, thoughts, and insights...
