With the release of STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI on home media, we decided to talk about the film one more time. This week Simon and Keith look at the work of New Zealand director, Peter Jackson. From a love of Special Effects, a young Peter Jackson started making short films on his super8 camera at home. His first feature, BAD TASTE, was made over 4 years filming at weekends, and Peter Jackson played many of the roles in the film. After making two more Comedy Horrors, MEET THE FEEBLES and BRAIN DEAD, Jackson's career took a turn when he made the true crime film, HEAVENLY CREATURES, which the doors to Hollywood opened to him and he was able to make The Frighteners with Michael J.
