Az (@fplblackbox_az) and Mark (@ffscout_mark) are here ahead of Gameweek 3! Hopefully you had a better Gameweek than Mark did. His benching of Estupinan's 11 points will live long in the memory of those who watched the MOTD challenge on Saturday night. Looks like another season of revival for the Godfather - whereas Az has already got jammy with an Odegaard penalty out of the blue. Who saw that coming? This week, Chelsea are top of the transfer targets with a brilliant run of fixtures on the horizon. They may have lost against West Ham, but that certainly hasn't tempered investment in the likes of Jackson and Chilwell. There's plenty of other things to consider too, with Man City set for a great run of games as well - and a floundering Manchester United leaves us all scratching our heads as to what to do with their assets. “Blue sky” thinking is an essential part of innovation and necessary for every organization and leader if they are to stay ahead of trends. But turning that thinking to “green pasture action” can often be a challenge. Helping to align others around the “green pasture actions” requires a great deal of communication and personal commitment on the part of leaders. Leaders need to communicate regularly and consistently to help others see the possibilities and progress. In our experience coaching leaders, they often under-communicate and realize it when it is too late and the rumor mill has set in making it hard to get everyone back on the right track. Leaders don't recognize how much communicating they need to do to make “green pasture actions” reality. We are excited to have Liz Guthridge, author of Lean Communication, speaker, and an experienced change consultant and expert in communications who has been mentored by the leading thinkers in the field. Liz is also deeply steeped in neuroscience and has applied these techniques to the communication process. We will be discussing specifics about how to implement brain-friendly change communication strategies. She will share how to leverage cutting edge software to build collaboration and aid decision-making. We look forward to having you join a lively and important discussion.

There are a lot of strange things that can happen during pregnancy. Some expecting moms may be surprised to see that their toilet seat is turning blue. If you have not experienced this, picture a white toilet seat with a faint blue print where your butt and thighs come into contact with the toilet seat. While it may be most noticeable on a white toilet seat, it can happen with other materials, like sheets, your deodorant stick, or anything that is coming into contact with your skin. Some of the hypotheses as to why this happens are due to dye from new maternity jeans, the pH of your skin, or your sweat having a chemical reaction to something, and of course we can always blame hormones for anything pregnancy related. This episode answers a listener question and explains why she is turning her toilet seat blue.
