It was produced by the French animation studio Fortiche under the supervision of Riot Games, and distributed by Netflix. Set in Riot's League of Legends universe, it primarily focuses on sisters Vi and Jinx. The series was announced at the League of Legends tenth anniversary celebration in 2019, and its first season was released in November 2021. A second and final season is set to be released between November 9 and 23, 2024. Arcane was released to widespread acclaim, with praise directed at its animation, story, worldbuilding, action sequences, characters, emotional weight, sound, and voice acting. Some have noted the series' appeal both to casual viewers who have never played League of Legends and to long-time fans of the game.[3] It also set the record as Netflix's highest-rated series at the time within a week of its premiere, ranked first on the Netflix Top 10 Chart in 52 countries, and ranked second on the chart in the United States. Several critics and publications considered it one of the best video game adaptations ever made.[4] In 2022, the series became the first streaming series to win a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Program and won an Annie Award for Best General Audience Animated Television Broadcast Production. Amidst the escalating unrest between the rich, utopian city of Piltover and the seedy, oppressed underbelly of Zaun, sisters Vi and Jinx find themselves embroiled in a developing conflict over clashing convictions and arcane technologies.[5] Premise[edit]

One of the biggest races on the short course calendar this week in Cagliari where we will see Alex Yee up against Hayden Wilde. Which athlete will have the edge in the lead up to Pairs or will Kristian Blummenfelt make up for his lacking performance in Yokohama?  The British team will have a straight shoot-out in the women's field to secure the last two spots. Will it be Georgia Taylor-Brown, Kate Waugh or Sophie Coldwell? We look at the tricky situation for the US and French selectors as well. We then talk about Anne Haug's amazing performance at Ironman Lanzarote, wrap up the action from the Challenge Championship and Chattanooga 70.3 and dissect the T100 Injury rules. Today, we have not one but two of the most sought-after coaches in the world. Lawrence Van Lingen and Erin Carson have risen to legendary status in the world of endurance sports by following their curiosity and not worrying too much about what the mainstream says about mobility and strength for athletes. Guided by intuition and strong intellects, these two coaches are staples in the lives of A-List athletes like Jan Frodeno, Rudy Von Berg, Taylor Knibb, and Paula Findlay. Erin is making her three-peat appearance on the show today, having first come on the show back in 2018 for episode 114 and then just a few months ago for episode  373. Lawrence first came on the show in 2019 for episode 184, which was also his first podcast ever. After recently speaking to Erin and then learning that Lawrence has left his So Cal contingency for the athletic mecca of Boulder, Colorado, we were inspired to get these two on together. They eagerly said yes because they are amazing and love this community, and we love listening to the passion they have for everyone to realize free movement in their body.
