Anthony's running journey began back in 2007 while he was working in IT. Unhappy with his weight, he laced up for a change, and just two months later he was on the start line of his first 10K. By 2009 he'd run his first marathon, and by 2011 he was fully immersed in the world of ultrarunning.Years of racing and experimenting with his own fuelling strategies sparked a deeper interest in sports nutrition. Anthony went on to earn an Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management, followed by a Nutrition Specialist Diploma.
