The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Show (11/05/2025): 3:05pm- On Tuesday night, Democrat Mikie Sherrill defeated Republican Jack Ciattarelli in their New Jersey gubernatorial race. With 95% of the vote reported, Sherrill leads by 13%—56.2 to 43.2%. Prior to election day, most pollsters—including Trafalgar—published data showing the race would be significantly closer. What happened? Is NJ, simply put, just a blue state? Did President Donald Trump's absence from the ticket depress Republican turnout? 3:30pm-Listeners call into the show and voice their frustrations with last night's results. One caller notes that Democrats managed to get 60% of their voters to the polls—but Republicans managed a mere 54%. Is New Jersey now east coast California, as one listener suggests? 3:40pm- Rich continues to take calls—with a listener explaining that she knew NJ was progressive, but she had no idea the state was THIS deep blue. Others said they are still “stunned” by the results. Plus, people are disappointed that Larry Krasner won another term as district attorney of Philadelphia. What were voters thinking? 4:05pm- Rich keeps the phone lines open. Was candidate quality an issue? Unlikely. Jack Ciattarelli won all 21 counties across the state of New Jersey during the Republican primary. Why did 30% of Republican voters who cast their ballots for Trump in 2024 not show up? 4:10pm- Did the Trump administration's decision to halt federal funding for the Gateway Tunnel project between New Jersey and New York help Mikie Sherrill? Should President Trump have held an in-person rally for Ciattarelli in NJ? Rich notes, if we don't fix the problem now—we're in major trouble heading into the 2026 midterm elections. 4:25pm- A listener points out that young female voters overwhelmingly voted for Mikie Sherrill. Can Republicans reverse this trend? 4:30pm- First, the GOP had to deal with the “Never Trumpers”—but now the Republican Party's biggest problem appears to be the “Only Trumpers,” voters who will only show up to vote if President Donald Trump himself is on the ballot. 5:05pm- On Wednesday, Sen. Bernie Sanders hilariously hijacked a press conference held by Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer. One listener says Sanders has been “emboldened” by socialist Zohran Mamdani's win in New York City. 5:30pm- Are all Trump voters also Republican voters? One caller suggests that Trump voters are not emotionally invested in the rest of the party—and we shouldn't ever expect them to show up for an election where President Trump's name isn't on the ballot. 5:45pm- Was yesterday the worst polling disaster since 2016? 5:50pm- Following Zohran Mamdani's election win, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez said the “Democratic Party cannot last much longer by denying the future” of democratic-socialism. 6:05pm- Rich celebrates his 11th year on 1210 WPHT! 6:10pm- Linda Kerns—Attorney & Pennsylvania Election Integrity Counsel for the Republican National Committee and Donald Trump—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to recap Election Day. Plus, she attempts to cheer up Rich! 6:15pm- In her victory speech, New Jersey governor-elect Mikie Sherrill baselessly accused President Trump of “running a worldwide extortion racket.” 6:30pm- Matt Rooney—Founder of SaveJersey.com, State Director of the America First Policy Institute of New Jersey, & host of The Matt Rooney Show on 1210 WPHT (Saturday's 7pm to 10pm)—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to recap Election Day in NJ. Will the Garden State ever become a truly “purple” state? Despite the blowout loss, perhaps there is still reason for optimism long-term.

Kada Scott should still be alive. But under Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, justice isn't blind — it's asleep. In this in-depth investigation, Tony Brueski breaks down the horrific chain of failures that allowed Keon King, a man already charged with kidnapping and strangulation, to walk free on low bail… and allegedly kill Kada Scott just months later. This episode exposes how Larry Krasner's so-called “progressive reform” has turned Philadelphia's justice system into a revolving door — where violent offenders walk, victims die, and the DA's office hides behind slogans about compassion and root causes. We follow the trail from the earlier dropped case against King, to the bail “error” that Krasner now calls “probably incorrect,” to the chilling truth: this death was preventable. And Kada Scott isn't the only casualty. From the slaying of Philadelphia Police Corporal James O'Connor by another released gun offender, to the hundreds of violent cases dismissed or lost, the pattern is clear — ideology has replaced accountability. Philadelphia deserves a DA who protects the innocent, not excuses the guilty.  If you believe in justice, in public safety, in the idea that compassion means protecting the next victim before it's too late — then listen to this. Larry Krasner's record isn't about reform. It's about failure. And if you live in Philadelphia, the power to stop it is in your hands. Vote. Demand better. Because Kada Scott deserved better.

When 23-year-old Kada Scott vanished after her nursing-home shift, she did everything right. She reported harassment. She said she felt unsafe. Two weeks later, she was found in a shallow grave behind an abandoned Philadelphia school. The man charged with her kidnapping — Keon King — was no stranger to the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. Earlier this year, King had been arrested for stalking and strangling another woman. There was video evidence. There was opportunity. And yet, District Attorney Larry Krasner's team dropped the case. Months later, Kada Scott was gone. Krasner admits, “We could have done better.” But that's not accountability — that's an obituary for justice. Under Larry Krasner's leadership, Philadelphia's conviction rate for violent crimes has plummeted to roughly 33 percent, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer. Officers call it a “revolving door.” Federal prosecutors have accused his office of leniency that costs lives. And the pattern keeps repeating: In 2019, Officer James O'Connor IV was shot and killed by a suspect whose earlier charges Krasner's office had dropped. In 2020, U.S. Attorney William McSwain cited ten other cases where defendants given light treatment by Krasner went on to commit new violent crimes. Gun-crime prosecutions have collapsed even as shootings soar. Krasner's defenders call it “reform.” But when entire neighborhoods live in fear, when families like the Scotts bury loved ones, that's not reform — that's failure disguised as progress. This isn't about politics. It's about competence, duty, and the lives lost because one office keeps choosing ideology over accountability. In this episode of Hidden Killers, Tony Brueski breaks down the numbers, the names, and the moral cost of a DA who promised fairness but delivered chaos. Because when justice becomes an experiment, real people become the test subjects — and Philadelphia keeps paying the price.

From one preventable death to a pattern of repeat-offender releases, this conversation exposes the difference between justice reform — and simply failing to prosecute.

Philadelphia's District Attorney Larry Krasner promised reform. Instead, he's delivered a revolving door for violent offenders. From Officer James O'Connor IV to Kada Scott, lives keep ending the same way — with suspects his office already had, and already let go. In this explosive interview, former prosecutor Eric Faddis joins Tony Brueski and Stacy Cole to expose how ideology, ego, and neglect turned Philadelphia into a test lab for failed justice: • Why Krasner's violent-crime conviction rate collapsed to 33%. • How dropped gun and assault cases fueled record homicides. • What internal culture protects prosecutors but abandons victims. • And whether this pattern amounts to prosecutorial malpractice. Krasner calls it progress. Philadelphia calls it survival. This is Hidden Killers — where reform meets reality, and the truth doesn't blink. #LarryKrasner #KadaScott #EricFaddis #HiddenKillers #PhiladelphiaCrime #DistrictAttorney #SystemicFailure #JusticeReform #KeonKing #TrueCrimePodcast Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video?

Maloney says Kirk was a “great man” and a “great messenger.” 4:30pm- Corey DeAngelis— Senior Fellow at the American Culture Project & Author of the book, “The Parent Revolution: Rescuing Your Kids from the Radicals Ruining Our Schools.”—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the title of President of the American Federation of Teachers Randi Weingarten's new book, “Why Fascists Fear Teachers.” Why is Weingarten ratcheting up the vitriolic political rhetoric less than one week after Charlie Kirk was murdered for his beliefs? Plus, DeAngelis reacts to Weingarten baselessly calling him “weird” and a “stalker” simply for advocating for school choice. She also accuses DeAngelis of being “obsessed.” He hilariously responds: “No, Randi Weingarten! I don't want to date you!!” 4:50pm- On Monday, October 13th at 7:30pm—Rich will host New York Times best-selling author Jack Carr at the Zlock Performing Arts Center (at Bucks County Community College) in Newtown, PA. They'll sit down for an engaging discussion about Jack's latest thriller, Cry Havoc—the newest installment in his acclaimed James Reece series. Known for his real-world military experience and gripping, action-packed storytelling, Jack Carr brings an unmatched authenticity to the world of political and military thrillers. For tickets visit: 1210wpht.com. 5:00pm- David Gelman— Criminal Defense Attorney, Former Prosecutor, & a Surrogate for Donald Trump's Legal Team—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss Utah County District Attorney Jeff Gray's Tuesday press conference where he announced charges against Tyler Robinson and confirmed he's seeking the death penalty for the murder of Charlie Kirk. Gray stated: “The defendant is believed to have targeted Charlie Kirk based on Charlie Kirk's political expression and did so knowing that children were present and would witness the homicide." 5:40pm- Embarrassing: Sen. Cory Booker lost his mind during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing with FBI Director Kash Patel—at one point continually screaming, “I'm not afraid of you!” 5:50pm- Congresswoman Lucy McBath (D-GA) accused FBI Director Kash Patel of making the U.S. less safe under his leadership. Patel rejected her accusation, destroying her claims with facts: “If we're failing...how are we arresting 23,000 violent felons? 2x as many as this time last year. How are we seizing 1,500 kg of meth, 25% increase from last year. We captured four top ten FBI most wanted from around the world in 7 months. That's more than the entirety of the last administration. We put 1,500 child predators in prison. We dismantled 300 human trafficking networks. So, which is it? You don't like me, that's fine. But don't you dare disparage the men and women of the FBI that are producing record results in historic fashion to protect this country. They are kicking ass ...
