A successful tire launch seems to fall somewhere in the middle of innovation, customer satisfaction and dealer support. By that account, Hankook Tire seems to have followed the tire launch playbook to the letter with the recent debut of its all-season touring tire, the Dynapro HPX, designed for SUVs.According to Rob Williams, president of Hankook Tire America Corp., the R&D that went into the Dynapro HPX focuses on following the latest SUV trends while leaning into attributes that will meet the needs of a variety of drivers."I think we all know that the SUV segment has grown immensely in the last 10 years. When SUVs first came out, it was really looked upon as more of an off-road type vehicle. Today, SUVs have become the family vehicle," Williams says. "Maybe you take it off-road when you go camping, but we found out that consumers have a wide range of needs and that's where we had to look to ensure that we had products to meet all the different needs of those SUV owners. I'm going to say that today the HPX and the AT2 Xtreme are definitely our bestsellers for most of the consumers to drive SUVs."In this episode of What's Treading, we get the nitty-gritty details surrounding Hankook's Dynapro HPX tire, with Williams highlighting key features and new technology. Williams also discusses the value of the company's tire test track in Korea, dealer support initiatives and the state of the supply chain in regard to dealers in the North American market.Tire Review: www.tirereview.comAAPEX: www.AAPEXshow.com
I stedet: HPX. Amy Antonelli is the Chief Executive Officer of Humanitarian Experience (HXP, previously known as HEFY). This summer, HXP sent over 5,000 teenagers out on sustainable service expeditions to 47 global locations. Collectively they are driven by one clear purpose: to love God and love people. Prior to her work with HXP, Amy acted as a spokesperson for Apple's executive officers, including CEO Steve Jobs, and was instrumental in building PowerSchool, Inc., leading up to its acquisition by Apple. She subsequently led an initiative with the leadership team at Facebook to develop a more mission-driven internal community, and another with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to develop a global self-reliance mentoring strategy. Amy holds a Master's degree from Harvard and a Bachelor of Arts from BYU. She served a mission in Italy and Malta, and as the first Executive Director of Rising Star Outreach, she spent seven of the best years of her life living and working among the people of the leprosy colonies in rural India. She considers her life tangible proof of the promise she lives by: there will be miracles," and today I got to have an incredibly inspiring conversation with Amy all about how essential it is to really SEE people, both the teenagers she works with at HXP, and the people they serve in their various mission trips. Amy and I talk all about her experiences seeing these teenagers discover what it feels like to truly give your best self to the world and feel the ultimate fulfillment of the joy of living in the moment and being the Savior's hands. “Nerves are your body's way of expressing that you're about to do something heroic.” —Scott Welle. Show notes for this episode can be found at https://scottwelle.com/breding, you can visit Robb's website at https://rev-advisors.com/ and connect with him on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/robbbreding/. Enjoy! Robb Breding has spent most of his life and career seeking to inspire people and organizations to be the very best they can be! He spent the first eleven years of his career receiving a world class education as an executive leader at a prominent fortune 500 retail company. Subsequently, he ventured to start his own retail company selling wireless phones and accessories. As president and CEO, he grew the business from a single store to over fifty locations, employing over 250 people across five states in just 10 years. Hit hard by the “Great Recession” of 2008, Breding fought back and successfully transitioned the business from direct distribution to a franchise-like model empowering entrepreneurs to own and operate their own wireless retail stores. After selling the wireless business in 2014, Robb's wife, Pam was diagnosed with breast cancer. The cancer battle that ensued lasted over two years and together he and Pam fought not only the cancer, but also phenomena and heart failure caused by chemotherapy. This life altering experience was a wakeup call for Breding and helped to solidify what has become his “WHY” in life. That is “To empower people to understand and fulfill their God given purpose!” Since then, Breding has founded REV Advisory Group to carry out this mission. Breding is also an active member of his community serving on the local advisory board for Hope International; he commits his time, treasure and talent to his local church and various non-profits; and is currently the chair of his Rotary Club's Leadership Development program. Robb and Pam have been married for over 34 years and together they have two beautiful daughters and two grandsons. The couple currently resides in the Minneapolis, Minnesota metro area.

Can you find success by serving others? On this episode of the Making Bank Podcast, Brendon Burchard chats about the importance of service. A high-performance coach for people like Oprah, Brendon understands the traits and tasks it takes to find great success. That success can be found in serving others, self-evaluation and more. Brendon breaks down the steps you need to take to trigger an authentic flow. Finding the right balance between challenging yourself and recharging, he walks us through how to be able to activate creativity to perform at your best. Listen to the episode to hear more on the tips and tricks you can utilize to find success in your business and life. Listen to Josh and Brendon discuss high performance: Acts of Service (3:11) Brendon believes that serving others is the key to long term success. When your motivation falters, business fails, or the market crashes, your desire to serve others will keep you going. You don't need to change the world or help a million people. Rather, serve the people around you and your community and you will find success in life and business. Serving Beyond Your Strengths (7:15) A hazard Brendon fell into was only providing services that he excelled in. Many business owners do this. However, Brendon encourages entrepreneurs to look to what their customers need and provide services for those pain points. Mindset Prompts (9:13) Brendon is not a morning person. He knows this—but still needs to function when he gets up. He talks about journaling and answering mindset prompts that set him up for the day. By focusing on people and things he's grateful for, he gets into the right mood to make business decisions. Be Your Best to Feel the Best (10:58) Brendon believes the reason why so many people feel unfulfilled is that they're talented enough to go through the motions. They can wing it, but at the end of the day, they will feel unhappy with their work. Instead, Brendon believes in preparing yourself to be your best to feel your best. Finding Your Flow (13:34) In order to grow, you must challenge yourself. Brendon talks about how to find the right balance of recharging yourself and pushing yourself. For every entrepreneur—and creative—it's important to facilitate an authentic flow. Avoiding Avoidance (15:17) Brendon chats about how sometimes we avoid what we really love or need to address. While avoidance can feel good in the moment, it never helps in the long run. He talks about how to engage with your best and how self-evaluation can eventually lead you to your goals. Self-Evaluation (19:27) Sometimes self-evaluation can bring dissatisfaction and discouragement. However, if you do it often enough, you can move beyond that discouragement to motivation. Brendon evaluates himself and his performance at the end of each day, each week and each month. Mission Driven Action (24:24) Brendon discusses how sometimes the key to change is not changing for yourself, but your loved ones. For him, he changed to provide a better life for his wife. Once he started on that track of motivation and success, he never got off. Traits of Leaders (26:47) After coaching high performers like Oprah, Brendon chats about the common traits of the most successful people of our time. Not only do they have ambition and resiliency, they give themselves the permission to be success. In addition to vision, Brendon also touches on the importance of community. New Projects (32:20) Before wrapping up, Brendon chats about his new projects, such as hosting the podcast HPX with his wife, mentoring, and more. “Look at pressure through the correct lens of ‘I want this pressure, I love this pressure, I can handle this pressure, this pressure will help me play and perform my best, and I am BUILT for this pressure.’” —Scott Welle. Text OUTPERFORM to 38470. This solocast is a sneak peek into my upcoming book, OUTPERFORM for Golf (don’t worry, you DO NOT need to be a golfer to get something out of this). The specific chapter I’m sharing is from the audiobook and is titled, “Do THIS or Nothing Else Matters.” It’s from the Performing Under Pressure section of the book and the concept of the label and meaning we attach to pressure is something that is universally applicable to our personal and professional lives, as we stretch ourselves to do great things and Outperform in the world. Space is really big, but when a collision happens it's incredibly complicated. Studying and predicting collisions between stars is hard even for super computers. How can you speed up the modelling of stellar collisions? A neutron star and a black hole colliding may not be as rare as you think. The collision of two heavyweights could give us the data we need to crack a century old question. The merger of a black hole and a neutron star gives off tremendous amounts of energy and may be more common than we thought. By 2030 we should have enough data captured on LIGO and other instruments to solve Hubble's dilema. After doing the HPX series featuring Brendon Burchard, there were several other coaches on there. I clicked on Dr. Mark Hyman and Deepak, but after two minutes and listening to Brendon for such a long time, I wasn't attracted to the energy they were giving out. So, I clicked on Danielle LaPorte, and there it was! The calmest person I had ever heard in my life who had an aura of magic around her. I dove into her map book and realized that this is a true gift to the world, so in this series; calling it season 7, we're going to figure out our Core Desired Feelings.Buzzsprout Affiliate Link: https://www.buzzsprout.com/?referrer_id=1242398Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/thearseniobucksperspectiveSpotify - https://open.spotify.com/show/0x39CEN5tHvfRtfZaAMTgQPodcast - https://www.spreaker.com/show/arsenio...Podcast on iTunes - https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/t...YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIzp...Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/thearseniobuckshow/Website - https://thearseniobuckshow.com/Q & A - ArsenioBuck@icloud.comLinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/arsenio-b...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniobuckshow/?hl=enThe Arsenio Buck Foundation: https://thearseniobuckshow.com/?p=8676Calendar - https://calendly.com/arseniobuck/45minTwitter: https://twitter.com/ArseniosESLPod

“Your beliefs come from you subconscious. All the actions come from what you see, what you speak and the words others speak.” Text OUTPERFORM to 38470. In this episode, Brad Lantz and I discuss unlocking the power of the human mind by removing our self-limiting beliefs, hypnotherapy and the role of the subconscious in peak performance. Show notes for this episode can be found at https://scottwelle.com/brad-lantz and you can learn more about Brad’s great work at www.MindSyncpro.com. Enjoy and please see Brad’s bio below! Brad started his career in corporate marketing where he achieved success as a marketing executive with advertising agencies and as a Director of Marketing of a Fortune 500 company. He led Inner Circle, (CEO/Owner peer groups), where he facilitated meetings and coached over 130 CEOs to grow their businesses on average by 20%. COVID changed his direction, and he became a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Mind Health Coach. His company, MindSync, shows clients how to defrag their minds to allow the software they were born with to run better. They can then turn down their emotions in the moment rather than regret that time when they lost it. They can calm their minds to achieve better focus, health, reduced stress and anxiety and achieve greater performance. We lead a nine-step program to better sleep, more energy, and less stress. It can even lower your golf score. Mind Health Coach, Bibliophile, Golfer, Proud Husband and Grandfather, Veteran and Wine and Food Enthusiast.

“The daily execution of doing something is the boring part of excellence that no one wants to talk about.” —Scott Welle. Text OUTPERFORM to 38470. This solocast is about one of my favorite strategies for peak performance: The Seinfeld Strategy. Years ago, Brad Isaac, an aspiring comedian, asked Seinfeld backstage at one of his shows how he could become a better at comedy. The simplicity and GENIUS in his answer is what I discuss during this podcast and The Seinfeld Strategy is something that you can apply to any area of your life to get extraordinary results. “If you can understand and grasp how this can play out in your personal and/or professional life, I promise you’ll go to the next level of performance and get better results in whatever area you’re looking to achieve them.” —Scott Welle. This solocast is an excerpt from a live virtual training event, where I discuss one of the most important concepts in Outperforming, the cycle of peak performance. We ALL have beliefs—about leadership, conflict, potential, value and the world around us in general—and the starting point to peak performance is uncovering our belief systems and recognizing whether they’re serving us in our quest to be our best. “In our psychology, we’re always looking for quick fixes to help us perform better immediately and there is POWER to wearing something that our brain associates with a given level of performance.” —Scott Welle. In this solocast, I discuss the concept of “Enclothed Cognition” and how the physical experience and the symbolic meaning of wearing something can have a tremendous impact on how we Outperform (very important in our current virtual world). This is part of a larger field of psychological research called Embodied Cognition, where the body affects the brain and our thought patterns. “Our inability to coexist in the looong range of emotions is unfortunate. We’ve told people that anxiety is not good. Actually, it serves us really well as human beings and we’ve needed a degree of anxiety to be able to function and evolve. There is GOOD anxiety that exists.” —Brooke Buys. In this episode, Brooke and I discuss mental health, the challenges and the stigmas in the “traditional” model and her innovative and personalized approach that is getting clients better results, faster. Brooke has over 20 years in the field with experience in clinical outpatient therapy, residential treatment, and school counseling. She created BLND as an alternative to traditional, one-size-fits-all wellness models, with the vision of offering personalized, authentic support that works in real life and drives real change. Brooke studied English at Kalamazoo College and received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Michigan. Currently Brooke is completing a Ph.D. in Social Work and Psychology with her research focused on gender responsive approaches to addiction. She also serves as a part-time graduate instructor for the School of Social Work teaching course work in interpersonal practice, group theory, and trauma informed care. Many early experiences directly shaped her journey, from piloting reproductive health care services in Guatemala to guiding her social work career as a home-based interventionist, serving the community as a medical social worker, school-based counselor, and clinical therapist at a dual-diagnosis residential treatment program. Each experience offered reflective opportunities that eventually contributed to the BLND model, values, and mission to deliver accessible, yet personalized mental health care services. Show notes for this episode can be found at https://scottwelle.com/blnd. Brooke’s website is https://blndhealth.com/ and you can follow her on Instagram @blndhealth. Enjoy!
“Let’s say you thought of your company and your people as players on a professional team - as human capital. Every sporting team looks at their players as assets and they know that they need to take care of their assets.” —Pete Moore. In this episode, Pete and I discuss the health crisis, the healthcare crisis and why HALO (Health, Active Lifestyle and Outdoors) is a far superior term to “wellness.” Pete Moore is the founder of Integrity Square, an early-stage growth equity investor and the leading boutique financial advisory firm serving the Health, Active Lifestyle & Outdoors (“HALO™”) sector. Pete saw a need for a deeper and more useful level of education in the HALO sector. In response, he leveraged his network to start the HALO Talks podcast. Now with over 200 completed interviews and over 25,000 downloads, HALO Talks has become a “must listen” for anyone working in or investing in the HALO Sector. Pete graduated from Emory University (BBA, 1994) and received his MBA from Harvard Business School. (1999) While at HBS, he co-founded IRON PLANET, the leading B2B auction site for used heavy equipment, which was sold to Ritchie Bros for $758 million. His hobbies include: Football, basketball, tennis, podcasting, amateur ventriloquist, pro bono DJ and fitness enthusiast. I truly enjoyed this conversation with Pete - his rare blend of business and fitness expertise gives him unique insights into improving employee performance. “If you want to do something, chances are, somebody has done it before you. And this person is probably no smarter, no more educated, and no more experienced, than you are. If THEY can do it, YOU can do it, too.” —Scott Welle. In this solocast, I reveal the TRUTH about how Outperformers gain confidence towards getting started and keeping going, namely through prioritizing the process, reference points and vicarious experiences. Show notes and the video for this episode can be found at https://scottwelle.com/the-truth-about-confidence-2/. This is part of a 2-part confidence series, with the first installment detailing why you’re - probably - already an authority and how your competence SHOULD fuel your confidence: https://scottwelle.com/the-truth-about-confidence/. “When you wake up every day and reinforce this into your psychology, I PROMISE it will translate to more decisive action and better behaviors towards what it is that you say you want.” —Scott Welle. In this solocast, I discuss one of my FAVORITE topics: health and high performance. Especially during this time of COVID, we need our peak health if we want to be our very best and Outperform. But, sooo much of our ability to stay disciplined and dedicated comes from how we define health and our underlying psychology towards it.
