I detta avsnitt träffar vi Mikael Kroon, tränaren bakom Martin Regborn. Han har varit tränare i stort sett hela sitt liv och var själv en duktig löpare och det är just inom löpningen har tränar Regborn. Samarbetet och satsningen började någonstans 2014-2015 men redan tidigare var Martin en del av Mikaels löpargrupp så de har hängt ihop länge. Samarbetet ledde till snabb utveckling och redan 2016 kom det ett EM-brons för Regborn på långdistans i Tjeckien. En glädje så klart men satsningen behövde vara långsiktig och ta tid för att vara hållbar och målet var världstoppen. Intressant med Regborn är att han är duktig i både skog där EM-medaljen kom men också i sprint där han 2023 fick ett efterlängtat VM-guld. Att han springer cirka 20 mil i veckan gör att han bygger upp en uthållighet som skapar förutsättningar för båda grenarna. Lyssna på ett samtal om träningsupplägg, drömmar och att hitta bra feeling!
