In Podcast Episode 131, “Exchanging Healthy Relationships for Human Stepping-Stones,” Kim discusses the health of a relationship with God and how the health of that relationship is often seen in how we treat others. The primary scripture text for this episode is 1 Samuel 18:17-30 with focal verses 20-22: 20 In the meantime, Saul's daughter Michal had fallen in love with David, and Saul was delighted when he heard about it. 21 “Here's another chance to see him killed by the Philistines!” Saul said to himself. But to David he said, “Today you have a second chance to become my son-in-law!” 22 Then Saul told his men to say to David, “The king really likes you, and so do we. Why don't you accept the king's offer and become his son-in-law?” Additional Verses: 9 Don't just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good. 10 Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other. (Romans 12:9-10) Weekly Assignment Feature: Prayerfully examine your relationships. Welcome to the #SPAITGIRL Talk Show with Yvette Le Blowitz EP.138 - When We Become Strangers with Maggie Hamilton, Social Researcher, Author How Loneliness Leaks into our Lives and What We Can Do About It Maggie Hamilton is a Sydney based Author and Social Researcher. Maggie writes books and for magazines. She gives frequent talks and lectures and is a regular media commentator and a keen observer of social trends. Maggie Hamilton has held a number of senior roles in publishing and at the ABC. Her professional memberships include serving on the Executive of the Sydney Peace Foundation, as a Member of the Organising Committee for the Federation Australian Women Speak Conference, Office for the Status of Women, set up to examine the future of Australian women, and Member of the Organising Committee for the Federation Australian Women's History Project, Office for the Status of Women, Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. While immersing herself in a world of ideas and possibilities, Maggie Hamilton has written a handful of books for children and feels so lucky to work with so many brilliant writers and thinkers. In between times she loves to travel off the beaten track (well pre-covid) to recover those parts of her that are silenced in everyday. One of her most memorable journeys was through Amercia's southwestern desert, as it made her feel so liberated while traversing those breath-taking landscapes. Returning, Maggie always yearned for more space in her life, in her head. Eventually she left work to write and explore more soulful topics. Three years later in 2005 she was invited to set up Allen & Unwin's Inspired Living imprint, which she managed until 2012. Three huge bodies of research followed alongside this work, culminating in her books What Men Don't Talk About, What's Happening to Our Girls? and What's Happening to Our Boys? which all had a huge reception, each striking a chord with many. Her latest research, captured in When We Become Strangers, looks at our growing estrangement from ourselves and each other - as seen in our children, wider relationships and workplaces, in our communities, and towns and cities. And, most importantly, what we can do about this. Everything Maggie Hamilton does is informed by an insatiable curiosity about life, about people. She is passionate about exploring the possibilities before us, and how we can create a better tomorrow. Her toes still curl at the possibility of more travel to out-of-the-way places. Maggie also loves film and vintage clothing, new projects, theatre and dance, and endless soulful moments that present themselves daily. Yvette Le Blowitz, Podcast Host sits down with Maggie Hamilton to find out more about her brand new book: When We Become Strangers - how loneliness leaks into our lives and what we can do about it. After decades of affluence, we're busy renovating our homes, buffing and botoxing our bodies, and losing ourselves in passive entertainment and shopping, as depression and anxiety soar. And with the arrival of Netflix and Uber Eats, there's less and less incentive to leave home. Could our constant need for connection be messing with our brains? Is this why we're losing our ability to strike up a conversation with anyone we don't know? And given the so many of our kids lack one-on-one attention and regular touch, are we raising this new generation to be profoundly lonely? Right now, many of our relationships at home and at work, as well as in our communities are struggling. What, then, are the best ways back to belonging, and what might a more engaged community look like? Find Out.......... In Podcast Episode 138 Maggie Hamilton shares: - a little bit about herself - her brand new book - When We Become Strangers - our growing estrangement from ourselves and each other - how loneliness leaks into our lives and what we can do about it - powerful ways to bring back connection - practical to our increasing social isolation in our families and communities - effective ways to engage with iGEN - ways to help our iGEN feel connected and less lonely - how to connect within your community in simple ways - the importance of connecting to nature and our natural environment - how to bring back a more engage community lifestyle - how we can create a better tomorrow and future - the changing workplace and space - some of the mental health challenges that come with loneliness - what her self-care rituals are and of course we talk about so much more, because it's TALK SHOW...... In Podcast Episode 126, “More Than Conquerors: The Giant of Death vs. The Lord of Heaven's Armies,” Kim discusses the giant of death. It has been said we live in a death-defying society. Of all the giants we will discuss, death will probably be the one that brings the most discomfort. Yet, as long as your fears regarding death stay in the shadows they will rob you of the life God has for you. Force your fears into the light and compare them to the power of the Lord of Heaven's Armies. The primary scripture text for this episode is 1 Samuel 17:1-58. Additional Verses: 1 Corinthians 15:21-28, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 51 But let me reveal to you a wonderful secret. We will not all die, but we will all be transformed! 52 It will happen in a moment, in the blink of an eye, when the last trumpet is blown. For when the trumpet sounds, those who have died will be raised to live forever. And we who are living will also be transformed. 53 For our dying bodies must be transformed into bodies that will never die; our mortal bodies must be transformed into immortal bodies. 54 Then, when our dying bodies have been transformed into bodies that will never die, this Scripture will be fulfilled: “Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?” 56 For sin is the sting that results in death, and the law gives sin its power. 57 But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Corinthians 15:51-57) 14 Because God's children are human beings—made of flesh and blood—the Son also became flesh and blood. For only as a human being could he die, and only by dying could he break the power of the devil, who had the power of death. 15 Only in this way could he set free all who have lived their lives as slaves to the fear of dying. (Hebrews 2:14-15) Weekly Assignment Feature: Do you struggle with the giant of death? Bring your concerns into the light and express them to the Lord, who overcame death, hell, & the grave. In Podcast Episode 124, “More Than Conquerors: The Giant of Hopelessness vs. The Lord of Heaven's Armies,” Kim discusses the giant of hopelessness that seeks to envelop so many in a thick blanket of darkness. In Podcast Episode 39 of the podcast, I am talking with Matthew Pimental. Matthew has 15 years experience in education. He is the Supervisor of gifted education, professional development and project-based learning at the Cheltenham School District. In this episode we are discussing progressive education, project-based learning, and the actions that need to be taken to incorporate project-based learning. Project based learning isn't just about getting rid of everything that we have been teaching over the years, it's more about evaluating what we should keep and what needs to be adjusted. Matt discusses his own experience in two very different school systems and how it has shaped his teaching methods today. I hope you find this episode helpful and inspiring. In Podcast Episode 123, “More Than Conquerors: The Giant of Pride vs. The Lord of Heaven's Armies,” Kim discusses the many faces of the giant of pride. Many equate the sin of pride to someone like Goliath, who is so obviously full of himself and his perceived self-worth. Yet, loud proclamations of how great you think you are is not the only manifestation of pride. We see another element of pride in Eliab, David's older brother, and we will also look at the faces of pride from the two sons described in the story most commonly referred to as “The Prodigal Son” in the Gospel of Luke. The primary scripture text for this episode is 1 Samuel 17:1-58 with the key verses 8-11, 28. 8 Goliath stood and shouted a taunt across to the Israelites. “Why are you all coming out to fight?” he called. “I am the Philistine champion, but you are only the servants of Saul. Choose one man to come down here and fight me! 9 If he kills me, then we will be your slaves. But if I kill him, you will be our slaves! 10 I defy the armies of Israel today! Send me a man who will fight me!” 11 When Saul and the Israelites heard this, they were terrified and deeply shaken. 28 But when David's oldest brother, Eliab, heard David talking to the men, he was angry. “What are you doing around here anyway?” he demanded. “What about those few sheep you're supposed to be taking care of? I know about your pride and deceit. You just want to see the battle!” Additional Verses: Luke 15:11-32 The Parable of the Prodigal Son Weekly Assignment Feature: Humble yourself before the Lord and invite Him to search you and know your heart, point out any offensive way, and lead you in the way everlasting (ref. 139:23-24). In Podcast Episode 122, “More Than Conquerors: The Giant of “Refusing to Forgive” vs. The Lord of Heaven's Armies,” Kim discusses the giant of “Refusing to Forgive.” One of Satan's greatest weapons is convincing us to hold on to the poison of bitterness. The primary scripture text for this episode is 1 Samuel 17:1-58 with the key verses 4-7, 33. Additional Verses: “Then Peter came to him and asked, “Lord, how often should I forgive someone who sins against me? Seven times?” “No, not seven times,” Jesus replied, “but seventy times seven! “Therefore, the Kingdom of Heaven can be compared to a king who decided to bring his accounts up to date with servants who had borrowed money from him. In the process, one of his debtors was brought in who owed him millions of dollars. He couldn't pay, so his master ordered that he be sold—along with his wife, his children, and everything he owned—to pay the debt. “But the man fell down before his master and begged him, ‘Please, be patient with me, and I will pay it all.' Then his master was filled with pity for him, and he released him and forgave his debt. “But when the man left the king, he went to a fellow servant who owed him a few thousand dollars. He grabbed him by the throat and demanded instant payment. “His fellow servant fell down before him and begged for a little more time. ‘Be patient with me, and I will pay it,' he pleaded. But his creditor wouldn't wait. He had the man arrested and put in prison until the debt could be paid in full. “When some of the other servants saw this, they were very upset. They went to the king and told him everything that had happened. Then the king called in the man he had forgiven and said, ‘You evil servant! I forgave you that tremendous debt because you pleaded with me. Shouldn't you have mercy on your fellow servant, just as I had mercy on you?' Then the angry king sent the man to prison to be tortured until he had paid his entire debt. “That's what my heavenly Father will do to you if you refuse to forgive your brothers and sisters” Matthew 18:21-35 Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they don't know what they are doing.” (Luke 23:34a) Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you. (Ephesians 4:32) Weekly Assignment Feature: Commit to draining the poison of bitterness from your heart by choosing to forgive at least one person. Additional Resources: “Facing Your Giants: God Still Does the Impossible” by Max Lucado “Goliath Must Fall: Winning the Battle Against Your Giants” by Louie Giglio "Dear Lord. Only you know the intensity of the poison of bitterness running through my veins. I understand this poison should not reside in the presence of Your Holy Spirit. Please use Your Word to open my spiritual eyes to the ground Satan holds in my heart, Your plan for my life, and how I can release this poison TODAY in the healthiest manner. Amen." In Podcast Episode 121, “More Than Conquerors: The Giant of ‘Not As I Planned' vs. The Lord of Heaven's Armies,” Kim discusses the giant of “not as I planned.” All of us have experienced disappointments and ended up in places that are not as we had planned. Focusing on the closed-door can keep you from becoming who God created you to be. The primary scripture text for this episode is 1 Samuel 17:1-58 with the key verses 4-7, 33: 4 Then Goliath, a Philistine champion from Gath, came out of the Philistine ranks to face the forces of Israel. He was over nine feet tall! 5 He wore a bronze helmet, and his bronze coat of mail weighed 125 pounds. 6 He also wore bronze leg armor, and he carried a bronze javelin on his shoulder. 7 The shaft of his spear was as heavy and thick as a weaver's beam, tipped with an iron spearhead that weighed 15 pounds. His armor bearer walked ahead of him carrying a shield. 33 “Don't be ridiculous!” Saul replied. “There's no way you can fight this Philistine and possibly win! You're only a boy, and he's been a man of war since his youth.” Additional Verses: 8 “My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the Lord. “And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine. 9 For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts. (Isaiah 55:8-9) 2 “I know that you can do anything, and no one can stop you. (Job 42:2) 27 The Lord of Heaven's Armies has spoken— who can change his plans? When his hand is raised, who can stop him?” (Isaiah 14:27) Weekly Assignment Feature: Is there a closed door in your life which still takes your focus from all God has for you now and beyond? Call it out, walk away, and fully surrender your life to God's unthwartable plan. In Podcast Episode 120, “More Than Conquerors: The Giant of Grief vs. The Lord of Heaven's Armies,” Kim discusses the giant of grief, which is a giant we all must face. Yet, even the largest and most painful giants of grief pale in comparison to the healing power of the Lord of heaven's armies. You're only a boy, and he's been a man of war since his youth.” Additional Verses: 37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. (Romans 8:37 NIV) “He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds.” (Ps. 147:3) 4 He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.” (Revelation 21:4) He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us. (2 Corinthians 1:4) 13 As soon as Jesus heard the news, he left in a boat to a remote area to be alone. But the crowds heard where he was headed and followed on foot from many towns. (Matthew 14:13) 33 When Jesus saw her weeping and saw the other people wailing with her, a deep anger welled up within him, and he was deeply troubled. 34 “Where have you put him?” he asked them. They told him, “Lord, come and see.” 35 Then Jesus wept. In Podcast Episode 118, “More Than Conquerors: The Lord of Heaven's Armies,” Kim discusses multiple foci in the story of David and Goliath. David was the one person to focus appropriately on the Lord of Heaven's Armies, and his focus made the biggest difference between utter defeat (or a no-show) and being a conduit for the Lord's victory. The primary scripture text for this episode is 1 Samuel 17:1-58 with the key verse 45-47: 45 David replied to the Philistine, “You come to me with sword, spear, and javelin, but I come to you in the name of the Lord of Heaven's Armies—the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. 46 Today the Lord will conquer you, and I will kill you and cut off your head. And then I will give the dead bodies of your men to the birds and wild animals, and the whole world will know that there is a God in Israel! 47 And everyone assembled here will know that the Lord rescues his people, but not with sword and spear. This is the Lord's battle, and he will give you to us!” (! Samuel 17:45-47) 37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. (Romans 8:37 NIV) Weekly Assignment Feature: Spend at least 5 minutes each day meditating on and praising the Lord of Heaven's Armies. "Where Was the Focus?" Saul and the Israelite army--Focused on "the Giant," both his huge body and his reputation as the "champion." Eliab (David's oldest brother)--Focused on his perception of his baby brother's abilities. Goliath--Focused on himself and what he believed he could do. In Podcast Episode 117, “More Than Conquerors: Introduction,” Kim kicks her newest multi-episode series inspired by the attitude and actions of young David in his encounter with the giant Goliath. For the next few weeks, Kim will discuss the importance of focusing more on the Lord of Heaven's Armies than any of the giants we face. In this introductory episode, she will introduce the two theme verses for this study: 1 Samuel 17:45 and Romans 8:37 from the NIV. The primary scripture text for this episode is 1 Samuel 17:1-58 with the key verse 45: 45 David replied to the Philistine, “You come to me with sword, spear, and javelin, but I come to you in the name of the Lord of Heaven's Armies—the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. (Romans 8:37 NIV) Weekly Assignment Feature: Read daily and memorize Romans 8:37. Additional Resources: “Facing Your Giants: God Still Does the Impossible” by Max Lucado “Goliath Must Fall: Winning the Battle Against Your Giants” by Louie Giglio “Victory in Jesus” by E. M. If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? 33 Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. 34 Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? 36 As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” 37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. In Podcast Episode 116, “Leading with the Heart of a Servant,” Kim discusses the humble service of young David and the challenge to serve others issued by Jesus. Jesus definitely flipped the script on the earthly view of leadership. As humans, our human tendency is to seek to power over others. Yet, Jesus said to be a true leader you must be a servant. The primary scripture text for this episode is 1 Samuel 16:14-23 with the key verse 21: “So David went to Saul and began serving him. Saul loved David very much, and David became his armor bearer.” Weekly Assignment Feature: Pray for God to show you opportunities for service and then humbly serve others. Additional Resources: Mark 10:35-45 Philippians 2:1-11 “But among you it will be different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must be the slave of everyone else. In Podcast Episode 115, “Never Settle for Less Than God's Best,” Kim discusses the temptation we face to settle for less than God's best. There may be many reasons we settle. In today's story we see Samuel faced with one of those. What would have happened if he had attempted to settle for a king from David's brothers? What has happened in your life when you settled for less than God's best? The primary scripture text for this episode is 1 Samuel 16:8-13: with the key verses 10-11: “In the same way all seven of Jesse's sons were presented to Samuel. But Samuel said to Jesse, “The Lord has not chosen any of these.” Then Samuel asked, “Are these all the sons you have?” “There is still the youngest,” Jesse replied. “But he's out in the fields watching the sheep and goats.” “Send for him at once,” Samuel said. “We will not sit down to eat until he arrives.”” Weekly Assignment Feature: Identify any areas of life in which you have been settling for less than God's best. In Podcast Episode 113, “Fearing People, Failing God,” Kim discusses the temptation we face to put the fear of what others may think about us above the priority of fully obeying the Lord. Whose opinion truly matters most in your life? The primary scripture text for this episode is 1 Samuel 15:24-35 with the key verses 24, 30: 24 Then Saul admitted to Samuel, “Yes, I have sinned. I have disobeyed your instructions and the Lord's command, for I was afraid of the people and did what they demanded. 30 Then Saul pleaded again, “I know I have sinned. But please, at least honor me before the elders of my people and before Israel by coming back with me so that I may worship the Lord your God.” Weekly Assignment Feature: Ask the Lord to open your eyes to see whose opinion really matters most to you—His opinion or the opinion of others. In Podcast Episode 112, “Obedience Is Better Than Sacrifice,” Kim discusses the temptation we all face to less than total obedience to the Lord. The primary scripture text for this episode is 1 Samuel 15:1-23 with the key verses 22-23: 22 But Samuel replied, “What is more pleasing to the Lord: your burnt offerings and sacrifices or your obedience to his voice? The primary scripture text for this episode is 1 Samuel 13:1-23, with the key verses 8-9: 8 Saul waited there seven days for Samuel, as Samuel had instructed him earlier, but Samuel still didn't come. Saul realized that his troops were rapidly slipping away. 9 So he demanded, “Bring me the burnt offering and the peace offerings!” And Saul sacrificed the burnt offering himself. Weekly Assignment Feature: Identify one area in your life in which you need to have more patience in waiting on the Lord. Commit to trust Him and wait on Him to show you the next step to take. ADDITIONAL RESOURCES: 8 But you must not forget this one thing, dear friends: A day is like a thousand years to the Lord, and a thousand years is like a day. 9 The Lord isn't really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent. 10 But the day of the Lord will come as unexpectedly as a thief. Then the heavens will pass away with a terrible noise, and the very elements themselves will disappear in fire, and the earth and everything on it will be found to deserve judgment. In Podcast Episode 106, “Are Your Hands Clean?,” Kim discusses the importance of having clean hands and a pure heart before God. As the prophet Samuel was ready to say goodbye to the Israelite nation to whom he had ministered since his youth, he had some matters he wanted to address. He began his farewell address by making sure his conscience was clear before them and, most importantly, before God. Might today be a good day for each of us to see if our hands are clean and our hearts are pure before God? And, if not, might we choose to turn to God for cleansing? The primary scripture text for this episode is 1 Samuel 12:1-5, with the key verse 5: 1 Then Samuel addressed all Israel: “I have done as you asked and given you a king. 2 Your king is now your leader. I stand here before you—an old, gray-haired man—and my sons serve you. I have served as your leader from the time I was a boy to this very day. 3 Now testify against me in the presence of the Lord and before his anointed one. Whose ox or donkey have I stolen? Have I ever cheated any of you? Have I ever oppressed you? Have I ever taken a bribe and perverted justice? Tell me and I will make right whatever I have done wrong.” 4 “No,” they replied, “you have never cheated or oppressed us, and you have never taken even a single bribe.” 5 “The Lord and his anointed one are my witnesses today,” Samuel declared, “that my hands are clean.” “Yes, he is a witness,” they replied. ADDITIONAL RESOURCES: 1 The earth is the Lord's, and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to him. 2 For he laid the earth's foundation on the seas and built it on the ocean depths. 3 Who may climb the mountain of the Lord? Who may stand in his holy place? 4 Only those whose hands and hearts are pure, who do not worship idols and never tell lies. 5 They will receive the Lord's blessing and have a right relationship with God their savior. 6 Such people may seek you and worship in your presence, O God of Jacob. (Psalm 24:1-6) Matthew 27:11-2624 Pilate saw that he wasn't getting anywhere and that a riot was developing. So he sent for a bowl of water and washed his hands before the crowd, saying, “I am innocent of this man's blood. The responsibility is yours!” (Matthew 27:24) Psalm 51 “Nothing But the Blood of Jesus” RESOURCES USED FOR BOOK OF 1 & 2 Samuel PODCASTS: “The Wiersbe Bible Commentary: The Complete Old Testament OT in One Volume” “The Tony Evans Bible Commentary: Advancing God's Kingdom Agenda” “Life Application Study Bible” “The Swindoll Study Bible: NLT” by Charles R. In Podcast Episode 104, “Where Is Your Hiding Place?,” Kim discusses the unique hiding place used by King Saul when he tried to hide from God and others. How much better would it have been for him and Israel if he had looked for his hiding place IN GOD instead of AWAY FROM GOD. The primary scripture text for this episode is 1 Samuel 10:1-27, with the key verses 21-23: 21 Then he brought each family of the tribe of Benjamin before the Lord, and the family of the Matrites was chosen. And finally Saul son of Kish was chosen from among them. But when they looked for him, he had disappeared! 22 So they asked the Lord, “Where is he?” And the Lord replied, “He is hiding among the baggage.” 23 So they found him and brought him out, and he stood head and shoulders above anyone else. Why you're really not succeeding in network marketing - hype “If you want to build a real sustainable business, you’ve got to get skills, you have to get help, it’s not the hype.” Brooke Elder In Podcast Episode 123 Brooke delves into the reasons why you may not be succeeding in your network marketing business. The one thing that kills a business faster than anything else is hype. Companies want to build up this hype because when there’s hype, then people get excited. When they're excited, they push themselves out of their comfort zone. So of course, people know, companies know that if we can push people out of their comfort zone, it's going to be way easier for them to hit their goals and everything. And for them as a company to make more money, right? So that's why they build all the hype around everything. “It takes dedication, anything worth doing does, because if it didn’t, everyone would be doing it.” - Brooke Elder. Network marketing is an amazing vehicle. It takes care of all your customer service, product development, all of the legal issues. It takes care of all the “hard.” Your job as a consultant is to learn and get skills to know sales and marketing, because if you are just relying on hype, there is nothing really tangible behind it. It’s all about the user experience that you are actually providing people, whether it be through your products or through your opportunity. You need to talk about things in a way that will set the expectations the right way or it’s not going to work because you build up the hype and people have the wrong expectations. When expectations are set the right way customers will stay customers and team members will stay on the team long- term. The industry average for a consultant to join a network marketing company is to stay for three months, that’s it! The turnover is so high because most people join because of hype. Why would anyone have a nine to five job if you could just sign up for a network marketing company and just sit back and make money. Posts that promise a work from home job that’s easy, just sign up and make money. That’s selling based on hype. Everyone knows that’s too good to be true. Inside Social Tenacity’s Academy we teach how to recruit and build your business on a solid foundation with the tools and skills you need.
