Starlight Thursdays Episode 213 Welcome WAY ØUT to the series! We put together a short interview to get to know a little more about them. How long have you been DJing?  2 years Why did you get into it? Attended an Illenium festival at the Gorge in Washington and saw John Summit and James Hype in Vegas, and knew that I wanted to pursue DJing, and hopefully make a career out of it. What events have you played? I have played several birthday parties, as well as a couple times at Bozeman bars(Pour House, Bar IX, and Rocking R). My favorite set I played was at the Club Zebra for an open deck night. Where do you live?  Bozeman, MT Where are you from originally? Breckenridge, CO What inspires you to DJ?  I love to bring music to people, and play songs that people love and enjoy. I also am very passionate when I perform my sets. I strive to get everyone around me engaged with the music, and give people a fun and memorable experience that they will always remember and find happiness in for years to come. What inspires you about electronic music culture? The camaraderie of electronic music is so inspiring, as it is so inclusive. It gives me, as well as many others, an escape from the hustle and stress of the world, and allows for me to let go and just enjoy the company of like minded people. What genres are in your mix?  Stutter House, Alternative, Melodic House, and EDM A few words about your mix?   This mix is a compilation of many songs and artists that have impacted my life in so many ways. It is meant to be a journey through a handful of genres and electronic music styles that represent my passion and love for electronic music and simply music as a whole. Whether it be an artist original, or a remix of a popular nostalgic hip hop song. I also try to incorporate different mixing styles, from Fred again..'s complex and thorough mixes, to John Summit's classic festival style mixes. Thank you to everyone at Starlight Reunion for giving me this opportunity to share my mix and dj skills with the world! I really hope this mix takes off and that this won't be the last mix I make for you all! - WAY ØUT - For More WAY ØUT check out https://soundcloud.com/user-683273936?utm_source=clipboard&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=social_sharing

St. Patrick's Day at Walt Disney World is a fun celebration. From food to festivities and fashion, Disney does a great job of celebrating the Irish spirit every March. We share our top picks for food, plus the best places to be and what to wear to join in the fun. What to Wear, Where to Go and What to Eat for St. Patrick's Day at Walt Disney World The Best Things to Do For St. Patrick's Day at Disney World While St. Patrick's Day officially falls on Sunday, March 17 in 2024, the festivities at Disney World are already under way and many of the Disney treats and drinks extend to the end of March. So even if you won't be there on the exact day, there are still opportunities to enjoy the spirit of the celebration. Top Picks for St. Patrick's Day Food at Walt Disney World You can find specialty food items for St. Patrick's Day across much of Walt Disney World. Disney Springs the Disney resort hotels are your best bet for St. Patrick's Day specialty food items. For 2024, our top foodie pick from what's new for Disney's St. Patrick's Day food is found at Gasparilla Island Grill at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. Head to this quick service dining spot and get your hands on the Irish Cream Cheesecake. Not only is this a photo-worthy dessert (featuring the Grand Floridian's trademark logo on top), but it's also a delicious Bailey's Irish Cream Cheesecake with Chantilly cream and gold "coins," which are edible of course. This is a true pot of gold and our top pick for St. Patrick's Day 2024. You'll find more St. Patrick's Day treats at Beaches and Cream (Shamrock Shake anyone?), Roaring Fork and more Disney hotel establishments. Disney Springs is the best all-in-one spot for St. Patrick's Day specialty treats. Start at Amorette's Patisserie, the Ganachery and Ghirardelli for sweet treats and don't forget the City Works Eatery and Pour House for a St. Patrick's Day cocktail and D-Luxe Burger for another shake.  This is only scratching the surface, so come hungry and enjoy a little spirit of the Irish! Where to Go to Celebrate St. Patrick's Day at Walt Disney World As you can tell from the food offerings, Disney Springs is party central for St. Patrick's Day festivities. From food, to fun to decorations and festivities, if you really want to get into the spirit of St. Patrick's Day, then head to Disney Springs. Raglan Road is extremely popular on St. Patrick's Day. If you're hoping to walk up and grab a seat inside, you'll likely be disappointed. However, they do have patio space available usually and while it's very busy it is possible to find a place if you come early (as in the afternoon) or if you don't mind waiting.  But it's not the only game in town.  The Best Park at Walt Disney World for St. Patrick's Day Celebrations If you want to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in a Disney World park, Disney's Hollywood Studios is the place to be. In past years the fun has begun outside of the gates, with upbeat humor and a live host ringing in St. Patrick's Day. EPCOT is another good park option for St. Patrick's Day, particularly in World Showcase around the U.K. pavilion area. What to Wear to Celebrate St. Patrick's Day at Walt Disney World If you really want to get into the spirit of St. Patrick's Day at Walt Disney World by dressing for the occasion, you won't be alone. Wearing any sort of green is a good bet if you don't want to go all out. But if you do like to dress for the occasion, you won't be alone.  At Disney Springs you'll see lots of St. Paddy's day accessories, from hats, to shamrock necklaces and more. So this is a great place to go if you want to dress up for St. Patrick's Day and feel like you're part of a big Disney Irish party.  The same goes for Disney's Hollywood Studios. You'll see plenty of St. Paddy's Day revelers there as well. Plus, with the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival also happening at the same time, Amelia has some great fashion outfit tips for how to combine it all into the perfect and easy-to-pack outfits. Most guests think it's all about the parks and resort hotels when it comes to Christmas at Walt Disney World, but Disney Springs can give them all a run for their money (and even top one park as a must-do holiday destination). Here's why Disney Springs is a top pick for holiday spirit at Walt Disney World (and the fact that it's free for anyone to visit is just a bonus). The Complete Guide to Disney Springs Christmas 2023The best things to do at Disney Springs this Christmas holiday seasonDisney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll (Free)One of the most underrated traditions at Walt Disney World is the Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll. For 2023 the Christmas Tree Stroll has 19 Disney- decorated trees with themes from Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Super Heros. For the first time you can interact with six of the Christmas trees with your DIsneyBand+ (aka MagicBand+). Look for a DisneyBand+ icon to know which trees are active. There's also a Christmas tree map adventure. Get a map of the trees from City Works Eatery & Pour House, Crystal Arts, Joffrey's Coffee, The LEGO Store or Planet Hollywood. As you see each tree, match a sticker to the location on the map then bring your map to any of these same locations for a special surprise.Meet Santa at Once Upon a Toy (Free)You don't have to pay for a Disney Park to meet a Disney Santa. Santa Claus is at Once Upon a Toy in Disney Springs right up until Christmas Eve, December 24. There is a virtual queue to meet Santa: you cannot just wait in line. Queue spots open daily at 9:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m., 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. in the My Disney Experience app. You must be at Disney Springs to enter the queue. One person can do it for everyone in your group (up to a max of 10 people)Photo Memories of a Disney ChristmasChristmas photos are fun memories, especially when they're Disney vacation Christmas photos. The Disney PhotoPass Studio in the Marketplace at Disney Springs has several holiday-themed Disney virtual backdrops perfect for your Christmas card or however else you want to use them. It can be hit and miss with the photographers here, but it's still worth a try. Disney Snow falling and Holiday Entertainment (Free)The magic of snow falling on Walt Disney World does just happen in the parks. As sundown nears, head to the the Town Center tree and keep your eyes on the skies for a little holiday magic. Plus, watch for holiday-themed stilt walkers, rollerblading snowflakes, a Santa Sleigh DJ, and more surprises bringing a festive ambiance throughout all of Disney Springs.Christmas Holidays Means Festive Food and DrinkThere are over 60 places at Disney Springs to eat and drink, including Jock Lindsey's Holiday Bar, which is all spruced up for the holidays. So be sure to grab some cheer while visiting Disney Springs!Christmas Shopping at Disney SpringsWhether you need a gift someone on your list or something special for yourself, you'll find it all at Disney Springs. What started as a small basement neighborhood and family gathering place in 2009, has grown into a company geared to support all of our Emergency Service and First Responder Family and Friends.  We want everyone to be able to sit, talk candidly and vent over some of the best coffee available.  In a way, it is better than "real" therapy.  We want everyone to spend more time with their family and friends, especially in these times.  So grab some Nolan's Pour House coffee, sit and spend that time with your family and friends.  We are all family and we do not fight this battle alone. Our end goal is to start giving back to the youth that plan on going to the colleges and academies to follow along in these career fields and military.  Our youth is our future.  We also have a 110% satisfaction guarantee.  If you don't like what you ordered, for any reason or the product has a defect, we will replace it or return your money.  No questions asked, it's just that simple.  Trust us, we are not “making tons of money” on these products.  We make every effort we can to offer American made products and those products that aren't made in America; they will be replaced as American made products become available.  We will pay higher costs to offer them, period, there is no other option in our minds. https://nolanspourhouse.com/

Learn more here; https://bit.ly/3TSFYY4   Campfire Conversation:  Eric and Ana welcome both Josh Ostermann and Jared Schutz into The Cabin to discuss some favorite dive bars in southeastern Wisconsin. They discuss and define dive bars again – as they did in the first edition in this series – and then proceed to cover a number of bars that fit that definition in the state's SE corner. Jared discusses dive bars in the Pleasant Prairie and the Kenosha area where the mix of Cubs fans versus Brewers fans is a little higher before moving on to other parts of the region. Eric dives deeply into Cudahy and West Allis, where the concentration of “dive bars” is higher in part due to the longtime existence of factories that ran 24 hours and catered to multiple shifts of workers. Ana and Josh add a mixture of dive bars and breweries that have risen from traditional dive bars. Is this an exhaustive list? Not by any means – there are a TON of them in the area! But check out this discussion and feel free to message us with your favorites. Rick Lambert truly is as man of many talents including songwriting, playing guitar, entrepreneur who owns Red 55 Winery and the Pourhouse in Lindale Texas, outdoor chef who loves cooking in cast iron, fisherman, a consummate turkey hunter and hunter of many other things in North America and in Africa. He also happens to be the father of Miranda Lambert. However, to me more importantly, he is “Rick” a dear friend for numerous years. I caught up with my old friend while he, Jim Zumbo and I were in Oklahoma on the ranch that Miranda used to own. Our goal was to catch several “messes” of bluegills to send back to Wyoming with Zumbo, eat good, tell a few hunting yarns, and simply enjoy each other's company while kicking back and relaxing.
