Arafura Rare Earths CEO Darryl Cuzzubbo talked with Proactive about the company's construction-ready Nolans rare earths project. Arafura plans to produce Neodymium-Praseodymium (NdPr) oxide, a key material for electric vehicles and wind turbines. Cuzzubbo emphasised that the company is well-positioned as it bypasses the China supply chain by processing 95% towards the final metal. Cuzzubbo noted that demand for these critical rare earths is expected to double in the next decade, driven by EVs, wind turbines, and robotics. He highlighted that Arafura has secured binding offtake agreements with Hyundai, Kia, and Siemens Gamesa. The company is in the final stages of securing equity funding, with the Australian government's National Reconstruction Fund Corporation committing 200 million Australian dollars to support the project. Arafura expects to start construction later this year, with a three-year build time followed by a two-year ramp-up. Once operational, the Nolans project could supply approximately 4% of global demand. For more interviews like this, visit Proactive's YouTube channel. If her tales of scaling peaks in cocktail dresses and high heels don't grab your attention, her principled stand to preserve the integrity of outdoor sportsmanship will. Erin's journey is anything but ordinary, and her story of self-supported endurance running, complete with living out of a Jeep Wrangler and strategically excluding Culebra Peak from her records, is both captivating and inspiring.Facing the unpredictable wrath of nature, Erin narrates a particularly chilling encounter with a lightning storm during the Crestone Traverse and the eerie discovery of a reminder from a previous rescue attempt. While unpacking the controversies and complexities of private land ownership in the outdoor community, Erin exemplifies the essence of sticking to one's values amidst backlash. As she gears up for the Nolans 14 line and the Colorado Trail, we dissect the unique demands each challenge presents and share the strategy behind her ambitious goal to set new benchmarks in a single summer.Beyond the adrenaline-fueled escapades, our conversation with Erin ventures into the realm of wildlife conservation and the political delicacies surrounding the reintroduction of predators like wolves in Colorado. Erin's innovative high-heel 14ers challenge not only breaks norms but also fosters intriguing collaborations, inviting us to rethink our approach to adventure. God lytting!

Brenden Schaeffer discusses the Cardinals' 5-3 loss to the Phillies in extra innings on Monday, April 8, 2024 at Busch Stadium. The Cardinals just didn't get much production from their lineup backing Miles Mikolas' strong start in this one. The problems are particularly noticeable as it pertains to 2-3-4 in the lineup with Goldschmidt, Gorman and Arenado combining to for 2-for-15 with 7 strikeouts. With runners at the corners in the 10th, the Nolans whiffed back-to-back to end the game. If the Cardinals don't have their best hitters playing like their best hitters, what's the upside for this team to contend? And is it too early to be worried about guys who have historically been studs their whole careers or could there be something to these early woes? What started as a small basement neighborhood and family gathering place in 2009, has grown into a company geared to support all of our Emergency Service and First Responder Family and Friends.  We want everyone to be able to sit, talk candidly and vent over some of the best coffee available.  In a way, it is better than "real" therapy.  We want everyone to spend more time with their family and friends, especially in these times.  So grab some Nolan's Pour House coffee, sit and spend that time with your family and friends.  We are all family and we do not fight this battle alone. Our end goal is to start giving back to the youth that plan on going to the colleges and academies to follow along in these career fields and military.  Our youth is our future.  We also have a 110% satisfaction guarantee.  If you don't like what you ordered, for any reason or the product has a defect, we will replace it or return your money.  No questions asked, it's just that simple.  Trust us, we are not “making tons of money” on these products.  We make every effort we can to offer American made products and those products that aren't made in America; they will be replaced as American made products become available.  We will pay higher costs to offer them, period, there is no other option in our minds. https://nolanspourhouse.com/

While on hiatus, Enrique decided to take things into his ow hands to guarantee that DBB Inc, has never missed out on a week in their entire damn career! After declaring, Robert Pattison's The Batman is the best single Batman movie, he goes back and watches what people consider the definitive trilogy to decide once and for all, for himself of course. Movie Summary: The Dark Knight is a 2008 superhero film directed by Christopher Nolan from a screenplay co-written with his brother Jonathan. Based on the DC Comics superhero Batman, it is the sequel to Batman Begins (2005) and the second installment in The Dark Knight Trilogy. The plot follows the vigilante Batman, police lieutenant James Gordon, and district attorney Harvey Dent, who form an alliance to dismantle organized crime in Gotham City. Their efforts are derailed by the Joker, an anarchistic mastermind who seeks to test how far the Batman will go to save the city from chaos. The ensemble cast includes Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Heath Ledger, Gary Oldman, Aaron Eckhart, Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Morgan Freeman. Warner Bros. Pictures prioritized a sequel following the successful reinvention of the Batman film series with Batman Begins. Christopher and Batman Begins co-writer David S. Goyer developed the story elements, making Dent the central protagonist caught up in the battle between the Batman and the Joker. In writing the screenplay, the Nolans were influenced by 1980s Batman comics and crime drama films, and sought to continue Batman Begins' heightened sense of realism. From April to November 2007, filming took place with a $185 million budget in Chicago and Hong Kong, and on sets in England. The Dark Knight was the first major motion picture to be filmed with high-resolution IMAX cameras. Christopher avoided using computer-generated imagery unless necessary, insisting on practical stunts such as flipping an 18-wheel truck and blowing up a factory.

Aliens. They're everywhere these days. Alien summer has officially arrived from conspiracies to certainty, skeptics to scientists...Or... has it been here for longer than we think? Today's episode is inspired by a recent article in Popular Mechanics (May 2023), where Garry Nolan, Professor of Pathology School of Medicine at Stanford University, says, without a doubt, Aliens have 100% already arrived. What makes this declaration so unusual is never before has a member of academia publicly acknowledged Alien existence. It turns out, few believe the conspiracies, even fewer believe the government... but a man of Stanford? He has space cred. Today we'll discuss Dr. Nolans' research and beliefs. You'll learn what a WOW is, what a UAP is, and what happens to the pilots who get a little too curious about unidentified spacecraft. We'll also explore the legend of the Roswell Alien Wood and apply it to some home decorating tips courtesy of Julie. So tune in, buckle up, and enjoy the ride... because Earth School is hard, and the Aliens are here.

The latest episode of the podcast which asks; have any of Chart Music ever had to deal with a Hard Lovin' Woman? As listeners to the World's Greatest Podcast About Middle-Aged Hacks Banging On About Old Episodes Of Top Of The Pops, you'll be fully aware of the general consensus on Nineteen Eighty, Pop-Crazed Youngsters; that it was the trough between the stratospheric peaks of '79 and '81. But in this episode, the case for the defence is comprehensively laid out, and if you're here for the coat-downs, you're going to be disappointed, because this episode is a bit SKILL.We're on the cusp of the Great Pop Famine of 1980 – which cost us six issues of NME and MM each and nine portions of our Favourite Thursday Evening Fizzy Pop Treat – and into the final month of the reign of Robin Nash. But although he's on his way out, he's already attempted to drag the show into the Aydeez by raiding the petty cash till for a new set – including a gun tower – and giving a debut cap to the Vicar of Rock himself, a 39 year-old Tommy Vance, who immediately puts himself about and makes a good account of himself, with one or two exceptions.Musicwise, it's a broad and diverse spread of 1980 fare. Leon Haywood gives the youth some timely advice about pegging. New Musik finally get their moment on Chart Music. There's a chance to see American Pipou on Soul Train. The Chords represent the Mod Revival by disguising themselves as Generation X, before we're hit by a megablast of Dadisfaction broadcast live from Bodie and Doyle's living room. Then it's a one-two-three punch of RRRROCKK from Whitesnake, Saxon and Motörhead, interrupted by Errol Brown's mashed potato-mountain of a single, an obligatory dollop of the Nolans, another chance for us to drool over the Beat, Kate Bush being a clingfilm foetus, and a thrilling Number One where the Kids get hit in the face with a holdall, which they deserve for being so sullen and bovine.Simon Price and Neil Kulkarni join Al Needham for a rampage through the middle of the Eighventies, and the tangents come thick and fast, including the correct way to modify a Harrington, the Nagasaki Hellblaster, Skinhead Discos, which living room accoutrements would make the best weapons against a home invasion of Street Punks, how Sham 69 got their name, tales of Machete Max, was Lemmy the Father Seamus Fitzpatrick of Metal, and the introduction of The BPT. A BIGGER BOAT: THE ERAS OF BEARDOWe are joined once again by cinema expert Rick Patt to discuss Spielberg's three eras, along with the successes and errors within each. 1. ASCENDENT: 1971-1993. DUEL - SCHINDLER'S LISTSpielberg's blatant need to be respected and lauded had a lot of speed bumps in the 1980s and early 1990s but Jurassic Park AND Schindler's List in the same year, 1993? Perhaps the greatest year financially, artistically and critically of any director ever. Our favorite guy-with-a-beard finally made it to the top! 2. RESPECTABLY RELEVANT: 1997-2008 LOST WORLD - CRYSTAL SKULLIn this second era we find Spielberg almost desperately trying to recreate the alchemic balance of '93 with varying results.  Some of his most adventurous material is nestled within in the 00s.3. RESPECTABLY IRRELEVENT: 2011-2022 TINTIN - THE FABLEMANSIn the third era, Spielberg, having made that hugely successful fourthquel to Raiders of the Lost Ark, simultaneously lost credibility and cachet with longtime fans. Like a balloon popped. We ghosted him and moved onto the Nolans, Reeves', Peeles, PTAs and Marvel nonsense of the mainstream film world. From there he has made stately dramas for the retirement home set or attempted to make the kinds of films he was known for decades ago (Tin Tin, Ready Player One) with, again, widely varying results. Longtime fans no longer talk of him reverently and rarely do his films tap into any sort of zeitgeist, a zeitgeist he at one time owned. With the promise of an autobiographical film later this year, he is not going anywhere, mining the mid 20th century like it was somehow in danger of being forgotten (Narrator: It wasn't). Rick helps us track it all.THEME SONG: WEIRD A.I.Email: thegoodthepodandtheugly@gmail.comFacebook: https://m.facebook.com/TGTPTUInstagram: https://instagram.com/thegoodthepodandtheugly?igshid=um92md09kjg0Twitter: https://twitter.com/thegoodthepoda1YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6mI2plrgJu-TB95bbJCW-gBuzzsprout: https://thegoodthepodandtheugly.buzzsprout.com/Letterboxd (follow us!):Ken: Ken KoralJack: jackk1096
