A common claim is that the Voice to Parliament will have veto power - but does that have any basis in reality? What argument is there to be had over it? The answer is: none. The wording of the amendment prevents such an interpretation and clearly limits it to just being an advisory body, but on top of that we'd need to radically alter SEVERAL sections across multiple chapters of the constitution for the claim to make sense. Simply put: the idea it has any veto power over the decisions of Parliament, or could hold up/delay/introduce a bill, is just baseless. It's entirely up to Parliament whether or not to vote a bill through, or to send it off for consultation and examination with other groups/bodies (Voice or no Voice). On top of this: the idea that it could just manipulate the High Court for its own purposes fundamentally also misrepresents the role and powers of the High Court - and so this claim that such a constitutional or legal power exists requires us to ignore/misrepresent every single element involved in every single way. I can't be clearer about this. The only thing the Voice has is the ability to inform and, arguably, influence the decisions of Parliament - but ultimately it still rests in the general public as to whether or not that decision is accepted at the polls next election and so the voters nationwide remain, as always, the ones in control of the democratic process. Pamela Henkel and Yashica Mack first became acquainted while participating in Les Brown's Power Voice System training program and Jon Talarico's, Thinking Into Results coaching program. During an interview, Pamela revealed to Yashica that she had a vision of a book that would change the world. Pamela stated that this book was placed in her heart, but she had not yet acted upon it. Yashica was intrigued and inspired by Pamela's vision, and so it began; these two visionary authors were called to collaborate and create an anthology that would ultimately bring together more than 35 women to share their stories and offer hope. She talked about how she wouldn't give in to her pain, and give in to what the Devil was trying to do to her psyche. Lisa talks about an encounter in a salon where she had some women who would seem like angels who spoke encouragement to her and spoke life into her. She talks about getting certified with John Maxwell, and getting in Les Brown's course. God put her in all these positions in life that she had never imagined, like speaking on stage with Les at a summit. Purpose by Design welcomes my friend and best-selling author Kathy White who holds many titles. She is a funologist, a mindset mentor, an author, and owns a virtual reality company. She lives in Utah and loves to go snowshoeing and hiking the Utah mountains. She talks about living at a Happiness-level Frequency which naturally brings more abundance into your life. It is important to find our lost voice and bring it to the surface. She explains when you are having trouble going through stuff how wrong it is to feel like you cannot go to counseling due to outside pressure or opinions. Her former husband had some personal issues that led to him attempting to take his life. She explains how draining it was when she would have to drag him up to a good frequency where he was ok to be her husband and her kids' dad. This was the beginning of falling out of love with him. A couple years later - she filed for divorce as enough was enough. She met her now husband Jeff a bit later and is so incredibly happy. She talks about how God wants us to be happy and how life is not supposed to just be okay. He wants to prosper us. She talked about how she stayed in a marriage for so long due to believing that God was going to be so angry at her for separating from an emotionally abusive relationship as well as her mother who stayed in a suffering marriage for so long. She found out that Mike got the counseling he needed after she left him, as she found she was enabling his toxic dependency on her. Essentially and very probably - their divorce may have saved Mike's life. She immigrated to the United States from Cuba in 1970. After completing her formal education, Irma created a property management company, which she ran for 33 years. During an interview, Pamela revealed to Yashica that she had a vision of a book that would change the world. Pamela stated that this book was placed in her heart, but she had not yet acted upon it. Yashica was intrigued and inspired by Pamela's vision, and so it began; these two visionary authors were called to collaborate and create an anthology that would ultimately bring together more than 35 women to share their stories and offer hope. She believes that the man who unzipped the body bag was an encounter with an angel - something she will never forget.
