In this episode of the Grip Strip Podcast, the discussion revolves around various racing events, including the Indianapolis 500, NASCAR Cup & Trucks at Kansas City, and the GSP Roundup. Palou dominates the second half of the race after starting on pole, while Grahayme Raehaul and RLL have a solid start but the race doesn't end as they wanted it to. A caution and a waved off start are also mentioned. The podcast also covers the NASCAR Cup & Trucks at Kansas City, where Larson destroys the field in the Cup. Bell and Blaney are the closest pursuers, while Brad K, Bubba, and others leave wondering what could have been. The podcast also covers other racing events, such as the IMSA at Laguna Seca, WEC at Spa, MotoGP/Moto2 at Le Mans, Supercars at Tasmania, Formula E Tokyo E Prix, WRC Rally Portugal, WSBK Czech Republic, NHRA Route 66 Nationals, Formula 2/Formula 3 at Imola, and Formula 1 San Marino Grand Prix Preview and Picks.
Jack Harvey had a stellar run in the junior categories of open-wheel racing on his way up to the NTT INDYCAR SERIES. He's a former British F3 champ and is a winner on both the oval and road course at Indianapolis in the INDY NXT by Firestone series. In the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, he spent the majority of his time at Meyer Shank Racing before he moved to the Rahal Letterman Lannigan team. Unfortunately, the promise showed at MSR was never realized at RLL. In 2024, Dale Coyne rang up Harvey to offer him a ride which he happily took alongside a revolving line-up of co-drivers. We caught up with him at the 2024 Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach where he was celebrating his birthday and his new ride. In this interview, he talks about the importance of how to develop relationships within a team. He also recalls the incredible run to be the final Indy 500 qualifier the year prior. Fast forward to 2025, and he's now a pit reporter on the Fox TV race broadcasts, however, he'll also be back behind the wheel for this year's Indianapolis 500 with Dreyer and Reinbold Racing with Cusick Motorsports. A talented driver, a true gentleman of the sport, and also quite talented behind the microphone, Jack Harvey is one to watch both on the track and off. Enjoy!
Welcome to our motorsports podcast where we discuss F1, IndyCar, IMSA, NASCAR, our own racing adventures, and some other adventures!Palou does it again! RLL puts up a great qualifying performance for the Sonsio Grand Prix but Palou and Chip Ganassi put together another masterclass to get the win. That's 4 wins out of the 5 races so far this season and Palou's worst finish on the year is a 2nd place....WOW! Amazing season for him so far. Looking ahead to this upcoming weekend, Indycar has its qualifying session for the Indy 500. One entry will be BUMPED from the field on Sunday. Who will be the 33 competing for this year's Borg-Warner trophy?IMSA and WEC raced this weekend as well at Laguna Seca and Spa respectively. Porsche and Ferrari may have won their respective races in convincing fashion but it was action packed, in a good way, with plenty of on track battles! Really worth a watch if you haven't seen the races. Some great stuff up and down the field. IMSA's next race is on the streets of Detroit and then after that it's Le Mans for WEC and some IMSA teams that were invited.Larson dominates in NASCAR at Kansas. Coming up this weekend: NASCAR is at North Wilkesboro, IndyCar has the Indy 500 Qualifying, F1 is at Imola, and Super Formula is at Autopolis.

A strengths-based approach to learning is exactly what our asynchronous kids need. We may be tempted to focus on remediation in areas where they are “behind,” but remember there is no behind; our kids learn every day. It is so important to teach our children to use their strengths to help them overcome their weaknesses instead of allowing them to feel behind, always trying to catch up. In today's episode, Colleen talks specifically about why we should implement a strengths-based approach with our kids, and let go of the traditional, deficit-based model. We've got an interview double header on this episode of The Race IndyCar Podcast, as host Jack Benyon (without regular co-host JR Hildebrand!) chats to both former Indy 500 champion Marcus Ericsson and IndyCar newcomer Juri Vips.First up, Ericsson discusses his big off-season switch from Ganassi to Andretti, explaining why he's so excited about the move, how his strengths could help Andretti's perceived weakness, and the possibility of one day driving an Andretti F1 car. The Swede also gives Jack a brilliant behind-the-visor insight into what IndyCar's new hybrid package is like at 240mph on the Indianapolis oval, after running the system recently ahead of its 2024 introduction.Following that, Jack chats to Juri Vips about being parachuted into RLL for the final two races of 2023, with the Estonian discussing his transition from F2, his stunning Laguna qualifying performance, and being thrust into a battle for nearly $1 million in the championship. He also discusses how he hopes to learn from the second chance he's been given, following a turbulent 2022 in which he was axed from Red Bull's F1 programme for using a racial slur, meaning the Portland IndyCar race in September was his first competitive outing in over a year.Jack rounds off the episode with a news round-up, bringing listeners up to date on the latest on Romain Grosjean's arbitration process with Andretti, amongst other topics.Follow The Race on Instagram, Twitter and FacebookCheck out our latest videos on YouTubeDownload our app on iOS or Android Hosted on Acast. One of the most beautiful things about homeschooling is how we can adjust kid-to-kid, and year-to-year. It's also one of the things that messes with us as parents. It's inevitable when everything is functioning well, there's another change: developmentally, emotionally, physically and we find ourselves reevaluating again. It can be hard, tiring, and wear us out. That is why self-care is essential for those of us homeschooling differently-wired kids. The Raising Lifelong Learners Podcast is brought to you by CTCMath.
