Courtenay Turner is a podcast host, researcher, speaker and aerial acrobatic performer. Having spent her academic career largely seeped in the world of philosophical and psychological texts and being a passionate athlete and performing artist, paved the way for the world in which she is currently immersed. Many today know her as the host of “The Courtenay Turner Podcast” where she boldly seeks truth, diving into a myriad of deep topics surrounding issues of health, fitness, medicine, philosophy, psychology, politics, geopolitics & sociocultural zeitgeist. However, she was born with a rare set of circumstances that has greatly impacted her perspective on life. Courtenay was born with congenital rubella. Her mother had the German measles during first trimester of pregnancy. Some of the ramifications including but not limited to are unilateral blindness, severe bilateral hearing impairment, hypotonia affecting the limbs, heart complications, asymmetrical bone development, stunted growth, poor fine and graphic motor coordination and several other afflictions. They told her mother the best she could hope was to find a nice institution in which to spend her life. Surmounting that dire prognosis drove her fascination with the human psyche. She believes humans are capable of so much more than most realize and can defy the greatest odds! Through all of her content creation, writing, speaking and performing, she aims to inspire, inform and empower, and hopefully contribute to the preservation of the freewill of humanity!COURTENAY TURNERWebsite: https://courtenayturner.com/LinkTree: https://linktr.ee/courtenayturnerRumble: https://rumble.com/user/CourtenayTurner Substack: https://courtenayturner.substack.com/THE RIPPLE EFFECT PODCAST:WEBSITE: http://TheRippleEffectPodcast.comWebsite Host & Video Distributor: https://ContentSafe.co/SUPPORT:PATREON: https://www.patreon.com/TheRippleEffectPodcastPayPal: https://www.PayPal.com/paypalme/RvTheory6VENMO: https://venmo.com/code?user_id=3625073915201071418&created=1663262894MERCH Store: http://www.TheRippleEffectPodcastMerch.comMUSIC: https://music.apple.com/us/album/the-ripple-effect-ep/1057436436WATCH:RUMBLE: https://rumble.com/c/c-745495YOUTUBE: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVfy9MXhb5EIciYRIO9cKUwLISTEN:SPOTIFY: https://open.spotify.com/show/4lpFhHI6CqdZKW0QDyOicJiTUNES: http://apple.co/1xjWmlFCONNECT:TeleGram: https://t.me/TREpodcastX: https://x.com/RvTheory6IG: https://www.instagram.com/rvtheory6/THE UNION OF THE UNWANTED: https://linktr.ee/TheUnionOfTheUnwanted

Inarguably, Jacob stands out as one of the greatest spiritual heroes who engaged in the most courageous battles ✨ His struggles encompassed inner and outer conflicts stemming from a perceived lack of paternal love, sibling strife, discord among his children, a celestial encounter with an angel, and confrontations with his father-in-law. According to our Sages, Jacob faced seven significant battles, aligning with King Solomon's adage, "A Tzadik will fall seven times and rise." After a lifelong journey of spiritual elevation, Jacob's transition to the next world is depicted as a continuation of life in a different realm. Jacob insists on his burial in the Holy Land, while his son Joseph finds his resting place in Egypt. This week's Parsha, Vayechi, meaning "life," serves as the final Torah portion in the book of Beresheit-Genesis. Join us as we delve into the profound lessons embedded in Jacob's enduring spiritual legacy. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/livekabbalah/message
In this episode of "High Frequency," host Kapish Singla explores the state of transit funding with Yonah Freemark, senior research associate at the Urban Institute. Based on insights from the recent Urban Institute report, “Surmounting the Fiscal Cliff,” the interview delves into the reasons behind transit's current fiscal cliff, and the policy choices that have perpetually put transit agency finances on precarious footing. The episode advances sustainable funding solutions that could finally disrupt this vicious cycle of underinvestment, and ensure that the current crisis is transit's last fiscal cliff.“Transit is key to our society, and transit is going to come back from the pandemic at higher ridership levels if we give our transit systems the opportunity to provide the services they need. Transit systems that have invested in improved quality of service have benefited from increased ridership, including higher levels of ridership than pre-pandemic, and a number of systems. We don't have to give up on transit. In fact, we should be thinking about the future as a more transit-heavy future than even before the pandemic.” - Yonah FreemarkTo read “Surmounting the Fiscal Cliff,” click here. In this episode of the GASB Podcast, hosted by Michael Denehey and Troy Trewin, former Australian rules football captain Nick Maxwell, founder of Eclat shares valuable insights on the parallels between sports and business leadership. He highlights the importance of consistency, adaptability, and the power of asking questions. Maxwell's experiences provide a unique perspective on effective team dynamics in both sports and the business world. Why would you wait any longer to start living the lifestyle you signed up for? Balance your health, wealth, relationships and business growth. And focus your time and energy and make the most of this year. Let's get into it by clicking here. Troy delves into our guest's startup journey, their perception of success, industry reconsideration, and the pivotal stress point during business expansion. They discuss the joys of small business growth, vital entrepreneurial habits, and strategies for team building, encompassing wins, blunders, and invaluable advice. And a snapshot of the the final five Grow A Small Business Questions: Nick shares that the hardest thing in Growing a Small Business is the importance of not trying to be everything to everyone. It's okay for leaders not to have all the answers. Collaboration and seeking input can lead to more informed decisions. Nick's recommendation for favorite business Book is "The Starfish and the Spider." It explores adaptability and the concept of whether your business operates like a starfish or a spider. This book challenges the idea of being the "be all and end all." For personal development, Nick enjoys podcasts that allow him to unwind during his commute. He explores true crime and stays connected with friends through American football and fantasy football discussions. Nick's go-to tool for small business growth is the remarkable device for note-taking. Keeping everything in one place and being organized can significantly help small businesses. Nick's advice for day one of starting out is to ask more questions and look at both sides of the equation. Educate yourself to make well-informed decisions. Book a 20-minute Growth Chat with Troy Trewin to see if you qualify for our upcoming course. Don't miss out on this opportunity to take your small business to new heights! Enjoyed the podcast? Courtenay Turner is the host of “The Courtenay Turner Podcast”, “WIM what is movement”, & her new show coming soon “The Right Voices”. She is also a speaker and aerial acrobatic performer. Through all of her content creation, writing, speaking and performing, she aims to inspire, inform and empower, and hopefully contribute to the preservation of the freewill of humanity!COURTENAY TURNERWebsite: https://courtenayturner.com/ROKFIN: https://rokfin.com/courtenayturnerInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/kineticcourtz/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/courtenay.turner.1THE RIPPLE EFFECT PODCASTWEBSITE: http://TheRippleEffectPodcast.comWebsite Host & Video Distributor: https://ContentSafe.co/SUPPORT:PATREON: https://www.patreon.com/TheRippleEffectPodcastPayPal: https://www.PayPal.com/paypalme/RvTheory6MERCH Store: http://www.TheRippleEffectPodcastMerch.comMUSIC: https://music.apple.com/us/album/the-ripple-effect-ep/1057436436 ROKFIN: https://rokfin.com/RippleEffectSPONSORS:LMNT Electrolyte Drink Mix (Free Gift With Purchase): http://DrinkLMNT.com/TheRippleEffectTHE UNIVERSITY OF REASON (Autonomy Course): https://www.universityofreason.com/a/29887/ouiRXFoLIPAK-EDU Classes (10% OFF Link): https://ipak-edu.org/?afmc=RVIPAKHealth Products & Supplements: https://shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=895844&u=3238711&m=53676&urllink=&afftrack=%22%3EVisitJohnny Larson (Artist): https://linktr.ee/johnnylarsonWATCH:ROKFIN: https://rokfin.com/RippleEffectODYSEE: https://odysee.com/@therippleeffectpodcast:dBITCHUTE: https://www.bitchute.com/channel/6bOtjURD1rds/FLOTE: https://flote.app/trepodcastRUMBLE: https://rumble.com/c/c-745495Banned.VIDEO: https://banned.video/channel/the-ripple-effect-podcastYOUTUBE: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVfy9MXhb5EIciYRIO9cKUwLISTEN:SPOTIFY: https://open.spotify.com/show/4lpFhHI6CqdZKW0QDyOicJGOOGLE PLAY/PODCASTS: https://podcasts.google.com/search/the%20ripple%20effect%20podcastiTUNES: http://apple.co/1xjWmlFSTITCHER RADIO: https://www.stitcher.com/show/the-ripple-effect-podcastSUBSTACK: https://TheRippleEffectPodcast.substack.com/Fringe.FM: https://fringe.fm/shows/the-ripple-effect-podcast/CONNECT:TeleGram: https://t.me/TREpodcast TWITTER: https://twitter.com/RvTheory6INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/rvtheory6/ FLOTE: https://flote.app/user/RvTheory6GETTR: https://www.gettr.com/rickyvarandasPARLER: https://parler.com/#/user/RvTheory6FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/TheRippleEffectPodcast/LOCALS: https://locals.com/member/RickyVarandasTHE UNION OF THE UNWANTEDLinkTree: https://linktr.ee/uotuwRSS FEED: https://uotuw.podbean.com/Merch Store: https://www.teepublic.com/stores/union-of-the-unwanted?ref_id=22643&utm_campaign=22643&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_source

This episode puts forth a great deal of discussion in Hindi with my friend Varun Mehta. We discover and try to rectify our habits, culture, and lives. Charlie and Rudy join Carolyn Eichner, author of The Paris Commune: A Brief History and Surmounting the Barricades: Women in the Paris Commune for a discussion on the Paris Commune, its origins, its place as a transitional state in a civil war, its tragic end as well as its legacies. We talk about the situation of Paris in 1871, the forming of the Commune, the meaning of "social republic" and how women had to fight for a place in it, the political tendencies in the Commune, the cooperatives and their contradictions, and the grassroots movements in the form of political clubs. We discuss the Union des Femmes (Women's Union), the struggle against patriarchy and the Catholic church, how public space was reclaimed and how education and culture were re-imagined. We continue with the end of the commune in the Bloody Week, how women were particularly demonized through the myth of the pétroleuses, and the mass executions. We end by discussing the legacies of the Commune in feminisms and political thought, as well as the more negative episodes with the deportation of communards to New Caledonia and their role in upholding settler-colonialism.
Dr. John Demartini, known as the "Godfather Of Personal Development", is a polymath and a world-renowned human behaviour expert, with a four-decade body of work and studies into the human condition that has been described as "an extensive library of wisdom" and "wisdom of the highest and most valuable order". In this very special episode, Ellie is on a mission to get to know the man whose own mission in life has always been to share knowledge and wisdom that empowers the world, enabling all to become masters of their own lives and destinies. KEY TAKEAWAYS Challenges are there to be overcome, with each providing lessons that help us throughout life, and opportunities to show gratitude. Surmounting these obstacles provides fuel for future growth. What we think about ourselves, what we visualise for ourselves, and what we say to ourselves, followed by the actions and directions we take, determine our personal destinies. Prioritising is crucial in self-development. We only have so much time in a day, and so many years of life to enjoy. It is incumbent upon us to make sure that the knowledge we use to feed our minds is of the highest quality. We must ask questions so as to reveal the downsides of what we admire and the upsides of what we despise, and hold ourselves accountable, then we balance the equation and cease to be controlled by the world around us. BEST MOMENTS 'Whatever happens in your life is ultimately on the way, not in the way' 'You have a body, you have a mind, and you have a soul' 'My dream is to make a contribution on the planet' 'The voice and the vision on the inside has got to be louder than all the opinions on the outside' VALUABLE RESOURCES On A Mission - https://omny.fm/shows/on-a-mission Dr John Demartini - https://drdemartini.com ABOUT THE HOST The On A Mission Podcast brings you Ellie Mckay's no holds barred chats with some of the UK's top business leaders, entrepreneurs, celebrities, athletes, top thought leaders, influencers and mindset experts. Let's talk about getting stuck. There are a lot of different reasons why you might be stuck, whether it's creatively, financially, or personally. The main reason you're probably stuck is because you've run into a problem that you made yourself. Surmounting a self-made problem is like trying to diagnose a prescription from inside the bottle. Or as Albert Einstein once said, “You can't solve a problem in the same mind that created it.” What that means is because you are the one stuck in the problem you have a flawed perspective of what your strategy should be. As long as you don't seek out a different mind with different ideas and different solutions, you will continue to be stuck. When I first started PT-Domination I had a $5000 business coaching program that I was selling for 12 weeks. I had 50 clients. Things were great. But my growth had slowed. I was stuck. I've mentioned my mentor, Taki Moore, before on the podcast. When I was building PT-Domination, I was going to every single event Taki was putting on. I didn't care what the cost was, or where it was located, I went. It was at one of these events Taki gave me the idea about developing a lower cost program spread out over a longer period of time. This would allow aspiring entrepreneurs to actually become entrepreneurs. That was the start of the 10K Academy. To give you an idea of how well this approach has worked, at the start of 2021 we had 90 10K Academy students earning $10K or more a month. Fast forward to today, and we have helped 160 students pass $10,000 a month. That's 70 more students who are crushing goals, shattering barriers, and changing lives! (Click here to listen to episode #455 and get unstuck.) I've Been There. I've Done That. Now Learn with Me. I know all the ins and outs of online fitness coaching. Even if you don't go looking for sensual content, it's looking for you. And in every sphere of life, we are exposed to material intended to entice us to voyeurism and addiction. Apathy will not secure victory. It's time to go the second mile in surmounting sensuality. Join a Gilbert Achcar, Carolyn Eichner, Phil Gasper, and Helen Scott to discuss the enduring legacy of the great Paris Commune and its lessons for today. In March 1871, in the aftermath of France's defeat in the Franco-Prussian War, ordinary Parisians rose up and took control of their city for themselves. The Paris Commune only lasted for a little over two months, but during that time the Communards enacted a remarkable number of far-reaching democratic measures. The Commune was eventually drowned in blood by the old regime, but it had an enormous impact on the international socialist and working-class movement. Marx wrote The Civil War in France praising the Commune's achievements, which remained inspirational for generations of later socialists. On its 150th anniversary, join us for a discussion of the Commune's accomplishments and weaknesses, and the lessons it holds for the radical left today. It's time to stop treating rapport building like a tedious, uncomfortable step in the sales process. This underappreciated technique can be the determining factor in whether or not you're able to close the sale. In this week's episode of ICommunicate, Mark discusses the importance of emotional intelligence during rapport building as well as how to understand and act on the wants, needs, and fears of a potential customer. Segment 1: As salespeople, our worst nightmare more often than not is time. We only have so long to build rapport and sell our product, so it's essential that we manage our priorities. How essential is rapport building and where can we find the time to incorporate it into our sales process? Segment 2: Surmounting that initial, awkward barrier that often presents itself during rapport building with a new client can be challenging, but not impossible with the right mindset. How do we proactively build rapport without coming off as a typical pushy salesperson? How can we utilize multi-generational intelligence to understand how to interact with members of different generations? Segment 3: The initial conversation with a potential prospect raises the questions: why you and why now? What are the most important pieces we need to retain from a sales call and how can we assess them? Segment 4: Connecting with a customer and empathizing with their situation is undervalued, especially given the impact it has on finding the right fit for them. How can we be memorable and make people feel heard? Why is it important that we empathize with our clients and how does it relate to the bigger picture?
