Dr. Gordon is the Global Strategist for LaSalle Investment Management (LaSalle). He is responsible for the macro strategy and micro research used to guide all investment decisions in 30 countries. He serves on the Management and Investment Committees of LaSalle and directs the investment strategy group, which analyzes capital markets, regional economies and property markets. Jacques received the “Graaskamp Award” from the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) for his contributions to real estate research and education. He originated the Jones Lang LaSalle Transparency Index in 1999, which has become the world standard for understanding international real estate. Jacques received his PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Masters degree from the London School of Economics and an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He also teaches “International Real Estate” at the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University. Jacques serves on the Boards of the JLL Income Property Trust, The Homer Hoyt Institute, The Institute for Urban Research at the University of Pennsylvania, and the Metropolitan Planning Council (Chicago, non-profit). He is active in NAREIT, PREA, the Urban Land Institute, and he is an honorary fellow of the Real Estate Research Institute.

Sandy Doyle-Ahern is the President of EMH&T, one of Ohio's largest professional engineering and survey firms. Sandy joined EMH&T in 1997, leading the company's first Environmental Department. Over the course of her 20 years with EMH&T, she worked to grow the environmental division as well as her career, and became EMH&T's first female shareholder in 2006 and vice president in 2008. Sandy was named president of the company in 2012. Today Sandy is responsible for overall company management and focuses on client relationships, business development, quality control, and employee engagement. She guides the activities of almost 350 professionals and technical personnel – including civil engineers, surveyors, construction managers, environmental scientists, and land planners. Her external leadership focus has allowed the company to be a part of many remarkable projects. From public infrastructure improvements and urban revitalization, to single- and multi-family developments, to design services for projects in healthcare, education, and energy, Sandy has guided EMH&T to leadership in both the public and private sectors in a diverse array of markets. Sandy has always recognized that one of the fundamental elements of a community's prosperity is reliable, modern infrastructure surrounding transportation and housing. Her work within EMH&T and her dedication to social and civic organizations to address poverty disparity and homelessness, racial inequality, and affordable housing, combined with her commitment to helping the leadership in Central Ohio address these issues, make her an integral member of the Rise Together Steering Committee. Daniel Walsh is the founder and CEO of Citymark Capital. Prior to founding Citymark Capital, Mr. Walsh was President, Northeast Ohio for Huntington National Bank, joining the company in May 2010. Mr. Walsh's responsibilities included management and oversight of all Huntington business activities in the Northeast Ohio metropolitan market. Prior to Huntington, Mr. Walsh led KeyBank's Real Estate Capital Markets businesses nationally, including Fund Management, CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and Life Company whole loan placement business conducted by more than 100 professionals in 16 offices in major metropolitan areas across the United States. Mr. Walsh was promoted to lead Real Estate Capital Markets for KeyBank starting in 2008. In this position, he restructured KeyBank's real estate capital markets businesses and oversaw portfolio hedging and valuation of a $22 billion real estate portfolio. He also served on the board of the National Multi-Housing Council and as Treasurer of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council, two national real estate organizations. In 1998, Mr. Walsh co-founded and built KeyBank's real estate Private Equity Group, a group that invested in real estate projects throughout the United States on behalf of third-party institutional equity and mezzanine debt investors throughout the world. Mr. Walsh serves, or has served, on the following boards: Cleveland Foundation (Chair, Investment Committee); Cleveland Orchestra; Cleveland Museum of Art (Chair, Building and Grounds Committee and Executive Committee Member); Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (past Chair, Finance Committee); Destination Cleveland (past Chair of the Board); as a Mayoral appointee on the Group Plan Commission (overseeing the redevelopment of Public Square); United Way of Greater Cleveland (Co-Chair of the 2012 Annual Campaign); Playhouse Square (past Chair, Real Estate Committee); ideastream (Emeritus Board Member; past Chair, Finance Committee); and the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission (Co-Chair, 2011 Sports Awards). Mr. Walsh is the past board chair for the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation, and he helped launch Global Cleveland. He is also a member of the Cleveland Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO). He received his B.A. in Management and MBA from the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management in Cleveland, Ohio. James "Jim" D. Klingbeil established the Klingbeil family real estate business in 1959 in Columbus, Ohio. Today, the operating company, known as Klingbeil Capital Management (KCM) is a multi-faceted, national real estate company with holdings throughout the United States. Mr. Klingbeil serves as CEO Emeritus of KCM and The Klingbeil Company, headquartered in San Francisco. Throughout his 60-year real estate career, Mr. Klingbeil has been an industry leader. He served as president and as a trustee for the Urban Land Institute for more than 40 years, and is now chairman emeritus and a lifetime member of the Urban Land Institute Foundation. He currently serves as lead independent director and non-executive chairman of the Board of Directors of UDR, Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust. Mr. Klingbeil also served as co-founder and chairman of the Anden Group from 1975-85, which built housing in the United States, Paris and London. A native of Painesville, Ohio, Mr. Klingbeil earned his Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and continues to play an active role in the university. In addition to being a charter member of the Board of Trustees, he has served on the Ohio State Foundation Board of Directors and chaired its Development Committee. He and his wife, Sally, live in San Francisco and have four adult children.
