Chris Paterson emailed Claire Pedrick:   I wonder if there is a podcast around the title “What can't I bring to supervision?” which could be interesting to explore. My sense is that lots of coaches will have things that would be valuable for them to discuss but they either don't trust their supervisor enough or don't feel they would be allowed to discuss things that might not be directly related to their coaching practice. Of course, this comes down to the contracting between them and their supervisor and I wonder if a conversation which included examples of topics such as grief and loss, forgiveness, caring responsibilities, life events and choices might give coaches more permission to discuss what really matters to them in supervision rather than having to perform in some way.   Listen to find out more!   Resources & Links: Talk to Claire or Chris about coaching supervision The Road Less Travelled by M.
