My conversation today is with Joel Monk, the co-founder of Coaches Rising which is a global community of over 6000 coaches dedicated to having the biggest impact they can have. He co-founded Coaches Rising nearly 15 years ago and has done extensive training in multiple different modalities in order to better understand how to help his clients truly thrive, both personally and professionally, in their lives.Based on my own experiences in leadership and in coaching a variety of people from different backgrounds and fields of work, from what I have seen and observed, the ones that are most successful are usually the ones who have gone through a deep process of personal transformation and growth in their own lives. Simply put, they have done a great deal of inner work in order to better understand themselves, their strengths and their areas in need of improvement. The most impactful coaches and educators out there are the ones who have gone through this process themselves and Joel Monk embodies exactly what it means to do the very difficult and deeply challenging internal work needed to continually transform himself so that he can help coach his clients through the turbulent times they face in this ever-changing and unpredictable world. What I truly appreciate about Joel is his ability to continually make himself vulnerable, sharing his real truth without fear of judgement, while demonstrating a strong sense of self-compassion which is the same attuned approach he brings to the clients he coaches and the amazing guests he interviews on his Coaches Rising podcast. In our conversation today, despite only having an hour, Joel and I go quite deep around a number of themes including:The importance of honoring the intelligence inside each of us in order to bring out our bestExploring and identifying our deeper sense of calling in our livesBetter understanding how to cope with emotional triggers Better dealing with difficult moments in our life in a way that allows us to come out better on the other side of the hardshipWe also discuss several other themes in our podcast that I hope will spark you to reflect more deeply about your own life in ways that have you thinking about what might be possible. Thanks for tuning in and I sincerely hope you share this episode with anyone who you feel will benefit from listening. Described as visionary, forward-thinking, influential, inspiring, innovative, dynamic, dashing, unconventional, ambitious, respected, results-oriented, motivating, competitive, entertaining, and striving for excellence. Mimika's vivacious energy will bring dynamic differences and enlighten an audience so that they feel inspired and motivated to take on any challenge! When she is not dreaming up creative concepts, coaching, training, speaking, writing books, or hosting her podcast; she will be found perfecting her spins on the ice as a competitive adult figure skater. As a personal challenge, Mimika took up skating as an adult at age 31. She has made it her mission to retrain her brain and muscle memory to learn this new skill. She has gone on to win several skating medals, which goes to show that you can teach an old dog new tricks! Cooney shares her personal experiences which led her to become passionate about mindset transformation. God took her through an inner healing process that revealed her mental programming. Mimika explains that mental programming might not be true, but we're not taught to challenge it. She advises aligning with purpose to reset yourself to who God created you to be. Cooney states we must retrain ourselves by renewing our minds daily. She highlights the power that is unlocked by living in our full potential. Mimika defines the term "grit" as the combination of resilience and perseverance. She says we give up too easily. Our society promotes avoidance. Cooney advises we must embrace the season we're in and recognize the possibility of change. You're not stuck with the brain you have. She emphasizes persistence when we cannot see immediate results. God rewards our faith and rewards the faithful. We discuss the worship of comfort. Cooney states that we need long-lasting solutions instead of quick fixes. She describes the discipleship process as a journey. Signs of a stuck mindset include: unwillingness to change defensiveness denial pride frustration Mimika notes awareness is key. She says we need to be willing to be challenged and open to criticism. The starting point to breaking barriers and unsticking your mind is the awareness you're stuck. Be open to seeing the signs and remain objective. Mimika encourages us to have the objective vision of an eagle instead of the limited viewpoint of a chicken. We must remove ourselves from emotion and become teachable. Cooney encourages the following tips to unstick your mind: document where you are journal with pen and paper review your journal later to see problems objectively start slowly remain consistent celebrate small steps count your blessings take time to rest let go of perfectionism Cooney declares grit as a product of experience, not something born into a select few. When facing discouragement, Cooney says we must choose to believe where you want to go is possible. Hold onto a vision. Reread where God has been faithful in the past. Believe you can change. Mimika notes that where faith and grit meet, we find persistence. Jennifer Garvey Berger has a new book out, called Unleash Your Complexity Genius. It is the fourth published work by the co-founder and CEO of Cultivating Leadership, and when she says that her books are getting shorter there is a sense that it's because she's honing in on the rich essence of her life's work.In this episode of The Coach's Journey Podcast, Jennifer and I share a conversation that traverses adult developmental theory, complexity, vulnerability, and the transformative power of community and of "fierce friendship". We explore the junctures of growth that often appear as binary choices, and how the way forward tends to spring from a more balanced or holistic approach.Jennifer pulls these strands together into something of a manifesto for the power of connection between coaches, leaders and people who together can hold uncertainty, and support each other to dream bigger and create a future filled with possibility – even as the world around us changes beyond recognition. In this episode, we talk about:The necessary terror of changeDevelopmental theoryThe trap we fall into when comparing ourselves to othersThe simplicity on the far side of complexityPolished and unpolished vulnerability, and how to create more love in organisationsJennifer also shares personal reflections on growth, and the inspiring story of how she came to live and work with her friends in a shared house in France. To learn more about Jennifer, visit https://www.cultivatingleadership.com/team-member/jennifer-garvey-berger or https://twitter.com/jgberger.For information about my wider work, my writing or to buy my books, visit www.robbieswale.com.Music by My Good Man William: listen on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/4KmeQUcTbeE31uFynHQLQgTo support the Coach's Journey, visit www.patreon.com/thecoachsjourney and to join the Coach's Journey Community visit www.thecoachsjourney.com/community. Continuing my celebration with past guests are Joel Monk (founder of Coaches Rising) and Ishita Sharma (founder of Come to Center). Coaches Rising is an amazing resource for practitioners who are working to evolve the field of coaching, exploring how to show up for our clients with deep questions, presence, openness. And Ishita is a faculty member for one of their more recent programs, The Power of Presence. Our conversation centers around the questions: What is presence, and why does it matter? Why did Joel decide to build a whole program around presence? Why is presence the difference that makes the difference? The three of us play in that space in an attempt to be present with each other, to let go of a particular agenda for this conversation, and laugh, share, and learn from each other.NOTE: In the last 15 minutes or so, Ishita invites you as the listener to get in touch with a moment where you really felt in flow or felt most like yourself. When that moment comes, prepare yourself to pause and really get into your mind and body and evoke that experience. And when you press play again, listen to the way we use that invitation to bring our conversation to its conclusion. ALSO, NOTE: Toward the end, we also got interrupted by a VERY loud lawnmower. We decided to let that be part of our dance with presence and distraction. Hopefully, I've edited it enough that it isn't too jarring as you listen in, and you can join us in the perfect humor of that moment :-)Connect with Us:The Wonder Dome Newsletter http://bit.ly/3dTfdPiFollow Andy on Twitter http://twitter.com/cahillaguerillaFollow us on Instagram http://instagram.com/thewonderdomepodLike us on Facebook http://facebook.com/mindfulcreative.coachConnect with Joel and Ishita:#17 Waking Down and Spiraling Up (with Joel Monk)coachesrising.com#19 Embracing Your Wholeness (with Ishita Sharma)cometocenter.comListen to Ishita's free, guided call to explore inner coherence: bit.ly/3KvIqjcJoin Murmurations, a 6 month program to help usher you into the next stage of evolution and alignment with your Higher Purpose: cometocenter.com/groupintensive

Last year I was totally delighted to appear on a podcast called The Coach's Compass, giving me an opportunity to dive deep into all things coaching with host Clark Luby.In the episode, Clark - a listener to The Coach's Journey - turns my favourite starter question back on me by asking me to recall when I first came across coaching, and that takes me back to a crucial juncture in my life and career. From there, we talk through the support structures and containers that helped me through early coaching challenges such as finding clients and talking about money, and I offer up some practical tools that can help you to establish the kind of coach you really want to be, factoring in the styles of coaching you admire and personalities you aspire to emulate. We also explore the importance of Rich Litvin's work to the evolution of coaching and to my own practice, and I share one of the exercises he taught me that led me to do some of my best work.In this episode, we talk about:The shift that happens after your first attempt at being an adultMaking the process of your work something that you really enjoyBeing a player in the game of your businessThe point at which coaching businesses start to carry themselves forwardHow to stay authentic while taking influence from other coachesWhy I think it's okay to steal from people*We also talk about the best times to break the rules of coaching, or the rules of anything for that matter! To hear other episodes of the Coach's Compass Podcast, visit https://thecoachscompass.libsyn.com/For information about my wider work and writing, visit www.robbieswale.com, and to buy my book, click here.Join the WBECS Free Pre-Summit: https://share.coaching.com/6d3qN2Music by My Good Man William: listen on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/4KmeQUcTbeE31uFynHQLQgTo support the Coach's Journey, visit www.patreon.com/thecoachsjourney and to join the Coach's Journey Community visit www.thecoachsjourney.com/community. At the end of last year I published a book called How to Start When You're Stuck, and since then I have found myself seeing everything through the frame the book presents. My book is about overcoming resistance, procrastination and fear through something I call 'The 12-Minute Method', and in this episode of The Coach's Journey Podcast I bring this idea into focus.I go back to the very start of my journey as a writer, to when I would find myself paralysed with my finger hovering over the 'post' button. You'll hear me describe five key principles for building your own 12-minute method and how maintaining a practice, forming habits, and committing to those things over time can lead to magical outcomes.Having applied the 12-Minute Method while I created it, I can now advise people how to build a 12-minute practice for their coaching business, and that is covered here, along with a lot of what I've learned about the Prosperous Coach approach and the developed thinking I've done around that.In this episode, I talk about:How to combine the 12-minute method with the Prosperous Coach to grow your coaching businessWhat I would recommend if I had to choose a 12-minute practice for coaches who want to grow their businessHow to nurture an authenticity practice that touches every aspect of your workSome specific 12-minute practices that you might choose, including the one I recommend most of allWhat represents real success, and how to identify it for yourselfI also talk about the impact that not starting something that you want to do can have on your life, and how that can be a vital driving factor in starting when you are stuck.Ultimately, this episode is about exploring who we want to become, how we become what we practise, and how we are always practising something. For information about my wider work and writing, visit www.robbieswale.com, and to buy his book, click here.Music by My Good Man William: listen on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/4KmeQUcTbeE31uFynHQLQgTo support the Coach's Journey, visit www.patreon.com/thecoachsjourney and to join the Coach's Journey Community visit www.thecoachsjourney.com/communityThings and people we mentioned (that you might be interested in):- Mastering your personal brand https://www.robbieswale.com/mastering-your-personal-brand - The name listening ALCHEMY came to Raquel Ark in the middle of the night, evoking ideas of how art and science could combine to distil and purify the act of listening.Soon after, she was asked to deliver a number of workshops on listening, giving her the confidence to build a career around the subject to which she has devoted her life and turn listening ALCHEMY into a business. As her recent TED talk testifies, listening is the centre of Raquel's work as a communications coach, public speaker, mentor of leaders, and host of the Listen IN podcast. Raquel's mission is to give listening a voice, and she teaches people how to listen in a way that creates true connection, leading to change and action at an individual level and a broader, systemic level. In our conversation, Raquel shares powerful insights about her life and work, including a metaphorical tool for getting present in coaching sessions, and wisdom about how people's minds really work when they are listening. In this episode, we talk about:The power of playfulness in opening doors to new coaching methodsCoaching as a meditation on presenceHow to make sure you are understood in the way that's important to youListening circles and how to ensure everyone's voice is heardRaquel explains how listening is about more than words, and you will learn how to allow your clients to listen to themselves. For more information about Raquel, visit https://listeningalchemy.com/ or email her at contact@listeningalchemy.com.For information about Robbie's wider work and writing, visit www.robbieswale.com, and to buy his book, click here.Music by My Good Man William: listen on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/4KmeQUcTbeE31uFynHQLQgTo support the Coach's Journey, visit www.patreon.com/thecoachsjourney and to join the Coach's Journey Community visit www.thecoachsjourney.com/communityThings and people we mentioned (that you might be interested in):- Robbie's book, How to Start (a book, business or creative project) When You're Stuck https://geni.us/startwhenyourestuck - Vera Janke https://www.linkedin.com/in/verajanke/- International Coaching Federation (ICF) https://coachingfederation.org/ - Transformational Presence: How to Make a Difference in a Rapidly Changing World, by Alan Seale https://transformationalpresence.org/transformational-presence-book/ - Coaches Rising, The Power of Presence https://www.coachesrising.com/powerofpresence/ - Robbie's article on recommitting https://www.robbieswale.com/writing/2018/5/23/recommitting-is-the-journey - Raquel's TED talk on Growing your Listening Superpower https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7wgFrKRjYiA - Raquel's conversation with Colin Smith https://listeningalchemy.com/2021/11/15/stop-doing-listening-and-start-being-a-listener-with-colin-smith-2/ - Presencing Institute https://www.presencing.org/ - Jodie Goulden https://keynotewomen.com/speaker/jodiegoulden - Niels Van Quaquebeke https://www.the-klu.org/faculty-research/faculty/resident-faculty/niels-van-quaquebeke/- Mike Toller https://www.thecoachsjourney.com/podcast/episode-32-mike-toller - Myles Downey https://www.thecoachsjourney.com/podcast/episode-31-myles-downey - Guy Itzchakov https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Guy-Itzchakov-2- Templeton Foundation's Listening and Learning study https://www.templetonworldcharity.org/blog/listening-and-learning-changing-mindsets-and-emotional-responses-promote-human-flourishing - Avi Kluger https://www.avi-kluger.com/about-me- Raquel's podcast, Listen In https://podcasts.apple.com/br/podcast/listen-in/id1457489060?l=en- Listen In episode with Corine Jansen https://listeningalchemy.com/2019/08/12/practical-insights-for-leaders-to-bring-listening-into-their-organizations-that-have-real-impact-with-corine-jansen-part-2/ - Raquel's Listening Playgrounds https://listeningalchemy.com/listening-playgrounds/- Rebel Wisdom https://rebelwisdom.co.uk/

In today's podcast, we discuss expanding meditative practice using sound and feeling. A spiritual path can become stagnant on the cushion, and engaging with somatic awareness can renew the flow and provide the ground for the consistent experience of transcendent states. We link the neuroscience of safety and connection to the importance of moving practice beyond the thinking mind into the magic of acoustics and direct contact with nature, becoming Buddhas with muddy feet! Please get in contact and let us know what you thought of the episode or join the discussion. In our second episode, we discuss the holistic and individuated aspects of our spiritual process - what has brought us to where we are today. Joel Monk is a transformational coach and truth be told, a bit of a hero of mine. He's the founder of Coaches Rising, a community on the cutting edge of human development with over 6000 coaches across the world and counting. He also hosts the Coach's Rising podcast, a source of inspiration that helped me believe in my own podcast, The Wonder Dome.Joel brings together a beautiful combination of neuroscience, human developmental theory, and the best of ancient wisdom from cultures across the ages to help people tap into purpose, possibility, and presence. One of the most powerful things he does is show up attentively to whatever life brings him. You'll hear that attentiveness and focus in this conversation. We explore what it is to wake up to your calling, what it is to come to terms with letting go of parts of your life when it's time to say goodbye, and how to move forward when it seems as if everything is falling apart. The Wonder Dome Newsletter http://bit.ly/3dTfdPiFollow Andy on Twitter http://twitter.com/cahillaguerillaLike us on Facebook http://facebook.com/mindfulcreative.coachEPISODE #17 NOTEScoachesrising.comcoachesrising.com/podcastAdult Development Theory by Robert KeeganNo Boundary: Eastern and Western Approaches to Personal Growth by Ken Wilberdavidwhyte.comlinkedin.com/in/joel-monk-33952613 twitter.com/JoelMonk
This is another episode of the podcast where I (Robbie Swale) share some of my thoughts. Like in episode 8, I'm going back to some content I previously created and sharing it again here as a podcast episode. As I listen back (sometimes for the first time), I also provideupdates, extra ideas and extra links as I go.The content I (re)share in this episode is what I created when I sat down to think about this question: what have I learned about the most important parts, aspects, shifts or stages that coaches almost always go through if they are going to create a sustainable, successful coaching business, whatever that means for them?So many of the ideas that have been most helpful for me in my journey are contained in this episode; in some ways these videos turned out to be a summary of what I had learned from the first three years of having transforming people's lives as my work.In particular, I talk about:Why you need commitment if you are going to create a coaching business in line with your integrity (and why confidence is a con). The power of the shift to embodying the belief that you can create your own coaching business and how to make that shift. The many, many, many ways that doing your own work is fundamental to life as a coach, including what counts as doing work on yourself.Within that there are so many little details and nuggets in here, including: why I think the Prosperous Coach has been such an important book for so many coaches; how we slip into feeling under threat in our coaching work and how to move back into a sense of trust; and why, confusingly, making a commitment frees you rather than trapping you. Oh, and I dictate two invitations that any coach can use to jump-start their coaching business when they need to. Joel Monk is a coach whose work transforms leaders beyond the limits of conventional success, and the Co-Founder of Coaches Rising, a community of over 19,000 coaches dedicated to having the biggest impact they can. Working as a community artist - and after a difficult period in his life - he moved into a Bhuddist house. There he met a coach, his soul spoke to him and he set off on a journey which has led him to coaching bank CEOs, TV personalities and… well… me!Alongside that, Joel and his Co-Founder Laurens Van Aarle created Coaches Rising, a pioneering training organisation bringing together thought-leaders from across the world and empowering coaches to create ever-better results. Coaches Rising brings together tens of thousands of coaches, has an amazing podcast (hosted by Joel), and runs some of the best (and best value) coach trainings available. All this means that Joel has spent time with many (if not most) of the most forward-thinking people in the world of coaching, which gives him perspectives on everything from enrolling clients to myriad coaching techniques to the newest and most advanced ideas at the cutting edge of what makes great coaching. In this episode, we talk about:- How problem solving and goal-setting can be traps that coaches fall into and what to do instead.- How he ended up living out of his jar of loose change and how being broke helped him change his story about money.- The roles serendipity and a tantric sex retreat played in him getting his most rewarding coaching gig ever.- His three pieces of advice for those new to coaching, and why he has faith that sincerity, dedication to the craft and putting the time in can make amazing things possible in anyone's life.Plus, we have a conversation about the role coaching has to play in the strange, complex and sometimes-unsettling modern world. For more information about Joel, visit his website: http://joel-monk.com/ or Coaches Rising: https://www.coachesrising.com/For information about Robbie's wider work and writing, visit www.robbieswalecoaching.com.Music by My Good Man William: listen on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/4KmeQUcTbeE31uFynHQLQgThings and people we mentioned (that you might be interested in):~8: Robbie's colleague Jo Hunter's TEDx Talk about Creativity: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eun2mJMs1DM and her everyday creativity company, 64 Million Artists: https://64millionartists.com/~12: Rivca Rubin: http://www.rivcarubin.com/~13: Fred Kofman (https://fredkofman.org/), Integral Naked and Ken Wilber (https://integrallife.com/who-is-ken-wilber/)~20: Robbie's Twelve-Minute Writing Practice. Catriona Horey is an executive coach based in London and a lead trainer, supervisor and assessor of coaching for the MOE Foundation. She spent the first ten years of her career transforming the performance of nonprofits, social enterprises and leaders in social innovation, but in 2013 a bereavement and a collapsed lung led to her reassessing her priorities, with the message ‘I'm too far away from the joy' appearing in her mind. That set her off on her journey into coaching, leading to a thriving business today working with leaders in social innovation, high potential professionals and women who want to redefine their priorities. In this episode, we talk about:- How becoming a mother has been fundamental in the way she has developed her business and how it is possible to have it all, but over a lifetime.- The question her coach asked her which made her look at her whole career plan completely differently.- Marketing: why you should choose the marketing strategy that works for YOU, and the marketing distinction that made the difference for Catriona.- What Catriona did to generate 11 clients when her first batch of practice clients wrapped up.- The way Catriona thinks and talks about her purpose in life.Over the course of this podcast, Catriona and I hit SO MANY of the common questions and challenges coaches face, including money, the question of niche, coaching on the phone, networking, connecting and more. And in case we had missed any, make sure to listen to the end for Catriona's five brilliant tips to shortcut to coaching success!www.thecoachsjourney.com For more information about Catriona, find her on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/catrionahorey or visit her (minimalist) website, which has been ‘coming soon' ever since I met her, at https://www.withcatriona.com/For information about Robbie's wider work and writing, visit www.robbieswalecoaching.com.Music by My Good Man William: listen on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/4KmeQUcTbeE31uFynHQLQgThings and people we mentioned (that you might be interested in):~2 mins – Future Leaders Trust, now rebranded as Ambition School Leadership: https://www.ambition.org.uk/~4 - Andrea Berkeley: https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrea-berkeley-4056673/~15 – Camilla Mendoza: https://camillamendoza.com/~22 –Simon Hampel: https://leadersquest.org/people/simon-hampel~23 – MOE Foundation: https://moefoundation.com/~25 – Culture at Work: http://www.coachingcultureatwork.com/ and Carol Wilson: https://uk.linkedin.com/in/coachingcultureatwork~27 – Natalie Scholey: https://www.linkedin.com/in/natalie-scholey/~28 – Tony Phillips: https://uk.linkedin.com/in/tonyjphillips~32 – Rich Litvin: https://richlitvin.com/~33 – Coaches Rising: https://www.coachesrising.com/~33 – CTI + their certification programme: https://coactive.com/~37 - Nicole Berg: https://www.linkedin.com/in/nicolejberg/ and Coaching at Work: https://www.coaching-at-work.com/~42 – International Coaching Federation (ICF): https://coachfederation.org/ and their credentials, ACC and PCC: https://coachfederation.org/icf-credential~44 – Anna Lundberg: https://annaselundberg.com/~45- The Prosperous Coach by Rich Litvin and Steve Chandler: https://richlitvin.com/the-prosperous-coach/~48 - My LinkedIn Articles: https://www.linkedin.com/in/robbieswale/detail/recent-activity/posts/ and the first post I wrote as part of the '12 minute'/train practice I designed with my coach: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/train-series-1-stories-robbie-swale/~64 – Catriona's LinkedIn page: https://www.linkedin.com/in/catrionahorey~66 – Climate Change Coaches and their Coaching Circle: https://www.climatechangecoaches.com/startyourjourney~69 – The Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, Slimbridge: https://www.wwt.org.uk/wetland-centres/slimbridge~70 – Ramsar Treaty: https://www.ramsar.org/ ~93 – Robert Holden: https://www.robertholden.com/~95 – Darren Robson: https://www.darrenrobson.com/~96 – Ben Dooley: http://bedo.org/~99 – Catriona's List of Training: Masterful Coaching Mentor Group - Ben Dooley MCC - Completed 2018; Narrative Coach Enhanced Practitioner - WBECS (Dr David Drake) - Qualified 2018; Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) - The Coaches Training Institute - Qualified 2015; Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Member - International Coach Federation - Qualified 2015; Licensed Firework Career Coach - The Firework Coaching Company - Qualified 2015; Organisation & Relationship Systems at Work - CRR Global - Completed 2015; Core Skills Coaching Programme (Education Sector) - Growth Coaching International - Completed 2015; Coaching and the Enneagram - Success Intelligence (Robert Holden) - Completed 2014; MOE Professional Certified Coach - The MOE Foundation - Qualified 2014~102 – Ann Farrell: https://www.linkedin.com/in/annfarrell1/~109 – WBECS: https://www.wbecs.com/, London Coaching Group: https://www.londoncoachinggroup.co.uk/~110 – Hub Dot: https://hubdot.com/
Experienced executive coach Curtis Watkins, known for working with the body, joins me from New York to both explain and show somatic (embodied) coaching. We discuss school sports trauma, acting, bring big and small, what's too much and too little, what exactly is coaching, linguistics and Fernando Flores, Ontological coaching, coaching vs sports scorching, taking new perspectives, habits, welcoming pain, curiosity, breath in coaching, and phone and Skype coaching. Newly we also do a live demo where Curtis coaches me… which felt a bit vulnerable but will hopefully be useful to listeners. Various coaching resources and schools such as the Coaches Rising podcast, Strozz Institute, Stuart Heller, Wendy Palmer, EFC (of course), CTI, and Newfield and New Ventures West are also recommend. http://www.curtiswatkins.com/how_works.html embodiedfacilitator.com https://strozziinstitute.com/ http://www.leadershipembodiment.com/ https://www.walkingyourtalk.com/ https://www.newventureswest.com/ https://newfieldnetwork.com/ https://www.coachesrising.com/
