Today, Amanda explores the fascinating world of solar flares and their impacts on consciousness. Solar flares which can be seen as "stem cells for the soul," are revitalizing energy forces that enhance both our biological and spiritual evolution. The sun serves as a powerful source of energy, continuously revitalizing the Earth's energy field as well as our own. Amanda encourages you to engage with solar energy through intention and gratitude to strengthen your aura and clear your energy (stay tuned for Amanda's solar meditation this Friday!). As we navigate Solar Cycle 25, which began in 2019 and is expected to peak in 2025, we are witnessing an increase in solar flare activity. Recent C-class and M-class flares have minor effects on Earth, while X-class flares can disrupt spacecraft and power grids (read more in Amanda's blog). Solar flares are believed to catalyze a shift in human consciousness, pushing us toward rapid evolution and cosmic awakening. This influx of solar energy is awakening dormant strands of DNA, leading to physical and emotional shifts. Many people experience symptoms like fatigue, dehydration, and emotional fluctuations during intense solar activity. It's crucial to practice self-care, hydrate, and listen to your body's needs during this transformative time. If you're struggling, try saying, “Hey body, I recognize that you are shifting, growing, evolving, and upgrading. Thank you, but can you do it at a pace that I can humanly sustain?” To mitigate the effects of solar flares, prioritize grounding practices such as meditation and spending time in nature. Activities like hiking, yoga, acupuncture, chiropractor, and energy healing can help balance your body and enhance your connection to the Earth's energies. The sun is turning up the volume in the energy field, it's imperative we find our stillness within. As we undergo these shifts, it's essential to be patient with ourselves. Acknowledge your emotions and trust in the process of evolution that the sun is guiding us through! NUGGET CONTEXT In my experience of having worked with leaders, I have realized that outcomes often depend on the mindset of the coachee than the skill-set of the coach. GUEST Manjari Jauhar is Bihar's first IPS officer and one of the first five IPS officer in India (Kiran Bedi being the first). After an unexpected turn of events upended the homemaker role her parents had planned for her, Manjari Jaruhar overcame extraordinary odds to become the first woman from Bihar to join the country's elite police cadre. Her journey is a masterclass in courage, resilience and leadership by a woman who broke new ground and thrived despite being viewed with disbelief and derision by her colleagues. She has recently authored the book - Madam Sir, which captures her journey against several odds. It is a stirring account of a sheltered girl's rise to the top echelons of the Indian Police Service. Set against the backdrop of significant events such as the Bhagalpur blindings, the 1984 anti-Sikh riots and Lalu Prasad's reign in Bihar, “Madam Sir” is an inside look into the IPS through a woman's eyes. In our conversation we spoke about her childhood, her challenges in her first marriage and how she picked herself up and “took charge” of her personal and professional life. We also speak about the many glass ceilings that she had to break as one of the first few Police Officers in the country. Published in Nov 2022. This was a recording of a live presentation Ronnie gave to a dynamic audience in Austin, TX in 2021 at his house while he was living there. This was a wildly powerful lecture on the principles, wisdom teachings, and deep experiential knowledge of how to achieve vibrant health, set yourself up for success in life, develop yourself spiritually, and what it really means to transform ourselves as human beings from a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual perspective.

Recovery can be a long road. Finding your way back to yourself after the years of disconnect that results from addiction can seem lonely and scary. This is why looking at recovery as a positive and joyous experience is so important. There can be dark stretches yet it's not always doom and gloom. Constance Scharff has made a career of researching the most impactful ways to break free from addiction for good and reclaim your authentic spirit. Through music, laughter, movement, and healing it is possible to return to ourselves and find greater fulfillment in life than we ever knew. Constance and I have a powerful conversation around all things addiction and recovery including our personal stories and what we've found that makes the journey more enjoyable. Constance shares some valuable insights into the nature of addiction and how true healing can occur when we speak our truth and utilize multiple modalities to address trauma held within. Future Food-Tech Alternative Proteins Series Part VI in partnership with Future Food-Tech Alternative Proteins Summit, NYC June 21 - 22, 2022 Episode Description: We all want to transition to something more sustainable. But if you take sustainability without the hedonic component, you take pleasure away from sustainability.” -Mario Ubiali It's no secret that humans are emotional eaters. We can't help it—we're built this way! It is the way we deal with stress, the way we bond with our friends, and the way we console ourselves after a bad day. Therefore, in order for sustainability to work in the food space, it has to be more than just a good idea—it has to be exciting, fun, and worth the effort. Sustainable eating is not about telling people what to do. It's about addressing the emotional, psychological, and cultural needs behind eating so as not to take the pleasure away from sustainability. Mario Ubiali founded Thimus with the vision of humanizing the food experience. Their team consists of biomedical engineers and cognitive neuroscientists who have developed a high-level portable electroencephalogram/EEG device with dry sensors embedded in the hardware to provide neurophysiological data used in analyzing and interpreting human behavior, specifically towards food. Listen as Justine and Mario discuss how technology helps us understand our food choices, why pleasure and sustainability must go together, how to encourage inclusivity and diversity in the food system, how food transforms humans, and what each of us can do to accelerate the rise of sustainability in the food space. Meet Mario: Mario Ubiali is the Founder and CEO of Thimus. He has 20 years of experience in the creation and scale-up of international service companies with highly innovative content. He has a strong focus on the growth of multidisciplinary teams, on the planning and execution of strategies aimed at implementing IP portfolios and positioning the company as a powerful generator of added value. Beginning with Homo erectus at least a million years ago, hominins have used fire to engineer the world around them. The earliest uses of fire surely included cooking, changing the energy yields of foods. Such innovations altered the course of our evolution, facilitating the evolution of species that could adapt quickly using tools and social ingenuity. After 200,000 years ago, hominins also used fire to change the material properties of stone, pigments, sap, and wood. Although these changes represent a fundamental shift in the role of humans as dominant shapers of their environments, ecosystems adjusted as early humans remained embedded within them. Although we built our ability to bend environments to our needs on millions of years of evolution and innovation, humans are not now simply shifting to another sustainable balance. Rather, we continue to push environmental thresholds across one tipping point after the next. I'm frankly fascinated by some of the projects we feature on the pod. Today, I speak with Leon Young, CEO and Founder of Cogniss. His team is building a NoCode Platform to in their words ‘democratise the development of Human Transformation apps'. These are Apps that help people quit smoking, get fit, lose weight, learn to meditate, manage medications or even help to address mental health issues like anxiety. We get into so many topics around the neuroscience behind this stuff, how social media affects congnitive ability, creating micro-learning apps with NoCode and so much more! Let's get into it. Kindred's editor, Lisa Reagan, talks with Isa Gucciardi, PhD, about the seven life initiations needed to move into our full state of wholeness and our full potential for thriving – and what happens when these initiations are broken, interrupted, or culturally unacknowledged. Isa shares her considerable insight into how we are thwarted from completing our seven initiations, and how we can reclaim, and even heal, our innate paths to flourishing. LINK TO POST: www.kindredmedia.org/2022/02/seven-…-reclaim-them/ Editor's Note: Below are the seven initiations excerpted from Chapter 4: The Seven Initiatory Stages, from Isa's book, The New Return to the Great Mother. This excerpt is edited for brevity. The complete chapter includes stories from women Isa has worked with over many years as they travel through each stage. We hope you will purchase and enjoy these rich, intimate stories.
