Welcome to our first interview of 2024! Today we talk with Viviana Rosales Olen  and Matt Harkins, the creators of THNK1994 and the masterminds behind the "Olsens Hiding from Paparazzi" museum and the Mary-Kate and Ash Tray.Viviana and Matt tell us about how THNK1994 was first started with a museum in the hallway of their apartment and has blossomed into an experimental pop culture empire. Their second exhibit in 2016, "The Olsens Hiding From Paparazzi,"  featured paintings by Laura Collins of Mary-Kate and Ashley literally hiding from cameras, which gave museum goes an eerie invasive feeling as they walked through the gallery. THNK1994 is now an entire creative agency which bridges the world of experimental art and pop culture trash in the most delightful ways.Of course, we had to dig into the nitty gritty of their fascination with our gals MK&A. We talk about what inspired them to feature Mary-Kate and Ashley in their second exhibit, how creating the museum changed their perception of them, and what they hope for them now.We hope you enjoy a trip into the bizarre and inspiring world of THNK1994 as much as we did. TV DANCE JUDGE MARY MURPHY She answered a newspaper advertisement for studio instructor trainees. She became an instructor after only one week, and the studio owner invited her to attend the United States Ballroom Championships in New York City, which was the event that influenced her to commit to a career in ballroom dancing. Murphy moved to California and searched for a dance partner while working as an instructor. During the U.K. Open Championships in England, she met Manfred Stiglitz and a dancing partnership was formed. The two began to compete and eventually became the 1990 and 1991 Austrian National Champions. Despite their success, the constant travel and Murphy's domestic commitments took their toll. Murphy had opened the Champion Ballroom Academy in San Diego in 1990 and found it difficult splitting herself between these two obligations. For the next five years she went on to build a list of accomplishments with partners based in California, earning titles at the Southwest Regional Dance Tournament, the Saint Louis Star Ball, and the International Grand Ball. With partner Bill Milner, Murphy made the U.S. Open Standard final in an unprecedented six months. Finally, in 1996, she and partner Jim Desmond made the final of the U.S. Open American Smooth and won the U.S. Open American Nine Dance. She retired from competition and shifted her focus toward her dance academy.

The PurposeGirl Podcast: Empowering women to live their purpose with courage, joy, and fierce self-love.

Best friends are wonderful. But even more important than having a best friend is being your own best friend. And this is something that many women struggle with, because we tend to beat ourselves up, be self-critical, and say mean things about ourselves we would never say about a friend. In today's episode I am thrilled to bring you a conversation with Marjolein van der Kruk, who empowers women to shift from self-doubt to self-love, from feeling small to standing in their power, from being their worst enemy to embracing their whole true self. Marjolein and I talk about: How her journey to become her own BFF began Marjolein's definition of self-love Understanding and embracing our emotions Our inner critics Arrogance versus confidence First steps to self-love: awareness and self-compassion What holds most women back from being their own BFF How her experience with and expertise in self-love informs her parenting About Marjolein van der Kruk: Marjolein van der Kruk is the Queen of Hearts! She founded The Blue Flamingo 7 years ago after quitting her very successful 18-year corporate career in pharmaceuticals. She switched from the science of the body to the science of the heart! She is a senior leadership faculty at THNK, the school of Creative leadership, where she teaches leaders in corporations how to uncover their true authentic selves. She is a trained life coach and an Emotional Intelligence certified practitioner, and  she has a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology. She is a Self-Love teacher and guide. In her newest program, Be Your Own BFF, she empowers women to shift from self-doubt to self-love, from feeling small to standing in their power, from being their worst enemy to embracing their whole true self. She is a Dutch chocoholic, and was born and raised in Paris and lives in the Netherlands near the North Sea beach, with her daughter Charlotte. The Empowering Working Moms Podcast-Real Talk with Dr. Prianca Naik

Episode #2: How to Get Motivated and Unstuck Dr. Prianca speaks from her experience as a physician, coach, and mother.  In this episode you will learn: The importance of aligning goals and values What about goals gets you stuck The purpose of stepping into your identity To get started on getting out of survival mode and into your best life, book a 30-minute consultation call with Coach Prianca Naik, MD: www.priancanaikmdcoaching.as.me Check out Dr. Prianca's website: www.stresscleansemd.com Follow Dr. Prianca on social media: https://www.facebook.com/prianca.naik https://www.instagram.com/stresscleansemd https://www.linkedin.com/in/prianca-naik-md-0524a196/   Join her FREE Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/646992382603860     [FULL TRANSCRIPT BELOW:]   Hello and welcome, everyone.   I am so excited to have the privilege of chatting with you again!   Today I want to talk about an issue that many of my clients come to me with.   The feeling of being stuck.   This is a common issue amongst accomplished type A mothers.   Many of us go along a path we believe has already been paved for us.   I can speak to being a physician.  College, then medical school, then residency, some do fellowship then a job.  So much stuyding and training to get to the final destination of working, seeing patients, making an impact, and of course an income as well.    Right?   Perhaps in our personal lives we want ot have kids so we need to find a partner, a sperm donor.  Someone with whom we believe we can spend the rest of our lives.   Then a few years in. after a prestigious job, seemingly good marriage, and beautiful children we feel like there's something missing.   We have goals.  These can be simple ones-like working out regularly, losing a few pounds. But we cant seem to make the time.  I say make bc we can always create the time for what we want to do.   It's not that we don't have the time bc time exists and we can decide how we want to use it.   Or maybe we have a bigger picture goal.  Feeling safe in our homes.  maybe we live w someone w narcissistic tendencoies or an addiction We are tired of feeling emotionally and perhaps even physicially unsafe and are tired of walking on egg shells. We want something more for ourselves and our kids but don't know how to go about getting there.   Leave?  Oh no that's daunting. It's scary.  I will dive into fearing forward, facing our fears in another episode.   Today I want to address how to get unstuck when you have goals but believe you lack motivation.   First, I want you to write down your top two goals right now.  They can be big or small.  Then decide what your top 5 values are   Examples of values are   Loyalty   Humility   Compassion   Honesty   Kindness   Integrity   Determination   Generosity Courage Tolerance Trustworthiness Altruism Empathy Diligence Independence   Those are just a few values, feel free to come up with your own.   Okay now that you've picked 5 of those or of five of your own.  Thnk about the flavor of your goals.  Do they fall in line with the 5 values you listed?   If not, it's time to rethink those goals and why you want them If they do then great   Next, ask yourself why you want to lose those 5 lb and do you like your reason?  If so, proceed.  If not, proceed with caution or rethink what you are trying to accomplish.   If you don't' like your reason-then that is your reason for being unmotivated or stuck.   Once you pick goals that align with your values and you like the reasons behind them, we can get started on unsticking you.   I'm going to discuss how to get unstuck because clients come to me feeling stuck all the time. So not everything in life is fun right?  Some goals require rote work. For example, studying in med school issn't really fun for most of us, but we power through. How do we get out of our own paralysis or self-sabotage ie spending hours scrolling on social media instead of being productive?   How do we get started? Key is finding goals that truly align w our values   We should start with an identification of an identity.  Who we are or who we would like to be.   If it's not who we are now, we might need to have an identity shift. For example, Who would that person be that loses those 5 lbs or gets that major job promotion? The person at a healthy weight  probably makes healthy choices Takes care of her body Works out regularly Working our way up the ladder at work- Deciding we are that high level ceo and coming from that place Working smart, not hard Strategizing Bringing a ton of value to the table   If it's an identity we have in the back of our minds to adhere to, then it's much easier to keep our actions in line with achieving our desired goal    Here are some additional ways you can get unstuck and get started on achieving all that you want to achieve   Find Accountability partner-friend, find one in an online social media group check in daily on how you're making your goals happen I have an accountability partner I met in a business coaching program over a year and a half ago and we check in daily with our to do;s, goals nad progress We list our goals for the day each morning and say how our day went that same evening. This created external accountability and pressure to get things done.   Another way to create external accountability is to-invest money into it.  If you want to lose weight, hire a personal trainer, or if there are changes you want to make in your life but can't seem to get momentum, you can hire a therapist or life coach.  If you're spending money on something, you're less likely to skip out on the appointments and action steps to achieve your goal.   Another useful tip is to  Use mel robbins 5 second rule-look it up or buy her book (no affiliation here) When you ponder acting or not acting on your goal, count down 5-4-3-2-1 and physically move or your brain will stop you.      Start by counting backward to yourself: 5-4-3-2-1. The counting will help you focus on the goal or commitment and distract you from the worries, thoughts, and fears in your mind. As soon as you reach "1," move. That's it.      This Rule will work every time you use it as long as you move with the number 1.       The Rule is a simple, research-backed metacognition tool that creates immediate and lasting behavior change. Metacognition awareness and understanding of one's own thought processes. Which can help us beat our brain's usual protective mechanism of sticking to routine and stagnation in order to accomplish our greater goals. Another way to get unstuck is to Create manageable goals-clients com eto me wanting to go from zero to  6 hours of exercise a week This is a lofty goal Doing something for 5 minutes is a good way to just start Making the goal easier to achieve.  For example, putting on workout clothes first thing in the morning and deciding to do 10 minutes 5 days a week This will help you get into a rhythm and realize you can do it Once you see you're capable, you will increase to working out more When we create daunting tasks and goals, we often get paralyzed. Keep things simple less is more!   Another tried and true way to get your goals going is the concept of pairing.   Pairing is when you tether your activity to something you do daily already. For example, Pair working out with brushing your teeth make it a nonnegotiable or You can't watch real housewives unless you're on the elliptical And  Finally PRETEND   Fake it til you make it bc we can trick our brains into believing we are motivated Pretend you're motivated Act as if you're motivated Ask yourself: If I were motivated what would I do and then do that. Voila, you'll get into action mode   Try one or all of these tips and let me know how you do.

After holding positions of responsibility at the company's Central Office in Amsterdam, coordinating 9 countries in the area of marketing, advertising and brand management, she moved to Spain as Marketing Manager at ING Nationale-Nederlanden, moving from the business of banking to insurance. A few years later, she became Spain's CMO and became part of the countries' Management Committee. She led the rebranding of the company within the process of separating the banking and insurance business of the ING Group and the transformation program that laid the foundations for making Nationale-Nederlanden or NN. The last 3+ years she is back in the Netherlands as the Head of the Strategic Transformation Office globally. NN Group is active in 18 countries, with an especially strong presence in Europe and Japan. To give you a grasp of the size of the NN group: it had in 2019 a whopping 20 billion total income with a net result of 1.9 billion. In the first half year of 2020 NN group has an operating result of almost a billion and therefore, for now, the insurer has done relatively well in the light of the corona virus crisis.  Back to Virginie, she holds a Master's degree in Management, with a specialisation in marketing from EDHEC Business School in Lille/France. In 2016 she also did an executive leadership program at THNK leadership called “creative leadership”: this is a six month part-time program comprising of four weeklong intensive modules. Finally, Virginie runs marathons and she ran the NYC marathon in 2008 and 2019. She is 43 lives with Amsterdam and is married and has a daughter of 8 years old.   *** Volg Leaders in Finance via Linkedin. *** Vraag voor een gast? Stel hem! She recently earned a certification in Social Impact Strategy at UPenn and completed an executive leadership program at THNK in Amsterdam. Indrani is a master life coach and yoga teacher. As though these aren’t great accomplishments in their own right, Indrani became a triathlete and marathoner at 50 and believes the body needs exercise. In her spare time she quilts and travels with her family. In this episode, Indrani shares her passion for advocating for women and children in the wake of abuse. She recalls her transformational journey from childhood trauma to being intentional about breaking the  cycle of abuse when she became a parent. Combating the notion "don't ask, don't tell" Indrani has been able to courageously speak to abuse on the global stage. By accessing spaces of validation, she herself was able to process her healing and is currently in the position to offer resources for those that are often forgotten in the process, victim/survivor activists. As the country and world readjust to what life will be like post-COVID 19, Indrani cautions educators and practitioners alike, to proactively create space for children and women who are facing abuse. Additionally, as the Founder and executive leader at RAFT, Indrani reflects on brand identity in the social impact space. She shares her lessons learned so we are not hindered executing on our missions. As she notes, "As activists, your brand has to be the work".We are reminded of ways to shine in the face of adversity and trauma as we share Forward 4O’s platform with this phenomenal WOC in the nonprofit and social enterprise sector.Stay connected with Indrani on LinkedIn, Twitter and through her website. Joel Monk is a coach whose work transforms leaders beyond the limits of conventional success, and the Co-Founder of Coaches Rising, a community of over 19,000 coaches dedicated to having the biggest impact they can. Working as a community artist - and after a difficult period in his life - he moved into a Bhuddist house. There he met a coach, his soul spoke to him and he set off on a journey which has led him to coaching bank CEOs, TV personalities and… well… me!Alongside that, Joel and his Co-Founder Laurens Van Aarle created Coaches Rising, a pioneering training organisation bringing together thought-leaders from across the world and empowering coaches to create ever-better results. Coaches Rising brings together tens of thousands of coaches, has an amazing podcast (hosted by Joel), and runs some of the best (and best value) coach trainings available. All this means that Joel has spent time with many (if not most) of the most forward-thinking people in the world of coaching, which gives him perspectives on everything from enrolling clients to myriad coaching techniques to the newest and most advanced ideas at the cutting edge of what makes great coaching. In this episode, we talk about:- How problem solving and goal-setting can be traps that coaches fall into and what to do instead.- How he ended up living out of his jar of loose change and how being broke helped him change his story about money.- The roles serendipity and a tantric sex retreat played in him getting his most rewarding coaching gig ever.- His three pieces of advice for those new to coaching, and why he has faith that sincerity, dedication to the craft and putting the time in can make amazing things possible in anyone's life.Plus, we have a conversation about the role coaching has to play in the strange, complex and sometimes-unsettling modern world. For more information about Joel, visit his website: http://joel-monk.com/ or Coaches Rising: https://www.coachesrising.com/For information about Robbie's wider work and writing, visit www.robbieswalecoaching.com.Music by My Good Man William: listen on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/4KmeQUcTbeE31uFynHQLQgThings and people we mentioned (that you might be interested in):~8: Robbie's colleague Jo Hunter's TEDx Talk about Creativity: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eun2mJMs1DM and her everyday creativity company, 64 Million Artists: https://64millionartists.com/~12: Rivca Rubin: http://www.rivcarubin.com/~13: Fred Kofman (https://fredkofman.org/), Integral Naked and Ken Wilber (https://integrallife.com/who-is-ken-wilber/)~20: Robbie's Twelve-Minute Writing Practice. Hello Couragemakers and welcome to another episode of The Couragemakers Podcast! This week I had the absolute delight of talking with Indrani Goradia! Indrani is a philanthropist and advocate for women's health and empowerment. She is the founder of Indrani's Light Foundation, a nonprofit foundation dedicated to improving the level of care for domestic violence survivors by training and supporting front-line domestic violence caregivers in reducing compassion fatigue and burnout. An author, speaker and certified life coach, Indrani has delivered keynote addresses at conferences and leads workshops around the world, including World Women's Health and Development Forum at the United Nations, the Nexus Conference in Jamaica, the UBS's “It's a Girl” conference in Switzerland, Global India Fund's Girl Rising Screening and panel in D.C, Women Moving Millions, at the 2016 Women Deliver Conference in Copenhagen. She did a Tedx Talk titled “Love Expressed as Violence is a Lie” at TEDx Port of Spain 2015 . Indrani completed her formal education in New York City, attending Queens College and Kent State University. She is currently preparing to begin a certification in Social Impact Strategy at UPenn and an executive leadership program at THNK in Amsterdam for 2019.  She is also tri-athlete and marathoner in her spare time. During our conversation, Indrani shares how she realised her life mission, what inspired her mission and how she sustains herself along the way. We dive into SO many great things during this episode including a very practical way of saying no, dealing with toxic people, why recovery time is so important and how Indrani reparents herself. This episode is a great reminder of how what people say says more about them, that we need to put ourselves on the top of our list and why selfish is such a fantastic word! Indiani's spirit is absolutely contagious. If you need some courage to deal with toxic people in your life, a permission slip to look after yourself as well as the people around you, and some extra sass in your life, this is the episode for you! Enjoy the show!

In this week’s episode, Tom Vander Ark is speaking with Esther Wojcicki, an internationally-known educator, consultant, and speaker with a demonstrated history of working in the e-learning industry. She is the Chief Learning Officer at Planet3, the Founder of the Journalistic Learning Initiative in collaboration with the University of Oregon, an Advisory Board member at THNK, The Amsterdam School of Creative Leadership, a Plenary Speaker at UNESCO, and a teacher at Palo Alto High School since 1984 who shaped their journalism program from the ground up! On top of all this (and many more organizations and initiatives she is a part of), she is also the author of two successful books, Moonshots in Education: Launching Blended Learning in the Classroom and How to Raise Successful People: Simple Lessons for Radical Results.   Esther’s most recent book, How to Raise Successful People: Simple Lessons for Radical Results, published just this May, outlines the key values of successful homes (or schools, programs, or companies) through the principles of her acronym: T.R.I.C.K: Trust, Respect, Independence, Collaboration, and Kindness. And while honing her craft as an educator, Wojcicki was raising three daughters using these same principles.   In this podcast, Esther discusses how she helped shape writing and journalism at Palo Alto High School as a teacher; what she believes to have been the key ingredients to the current success of Palo Alto and its journalism program; the conditions at Palo Alto that allow a world-class journalism program to exist; and how to create a culture of tradition and excellence in both the home, in the classroom, and in your business. She also shares important key takeaways from her new book and the important life lessons she has shared with her children that have helped shape them into the successful individuals they are today!   Key Takeaways: [:12] About today’s episode and Getting Smart’s new team member, Mason Pashia! Doug Menuez is a photographer from the US, who has covered everything from the Ethiopian Famine, the emergence of the AIDS crisis, and most notably the rise of Silicon Valley between 1985 and 2000. You and I are communicating right now, both broadcasting and listening, thanks to people that he chronicled during his time documenting the incredible emergence of that part of the world and the technology to come out of it. Doug and I first came to know each other when I was studying at THNK in Amsterdam, and I’m so very grateful that he and I were able to talk today. I’ve always been a firm believer in documenting your work - my vast collection of on-set and behind the scenes pictures from the early years of Idol and my time in the USA are a testimony to that, and Doug is a fantastic example of why it’s important. Possibly his most important work was documenting the incredible rise of Silicon Valley from 1985-2000, capturing the creation of technology that you and I use every single day. You might not ever think you’ll be a photojournalist, you might only ever take photos on your phone, however what Doug has to talk about today is not only a masterclass in documenting the world around you - but also what it takes to truly change the world, from a man that was in the room as the world was being changed. This one’s pretty nerdy - it’s not often get to talk to one of my photography heroes, but hey you never know - what works for Doug in his photography process might just translate into your own process…Doug joined me over Skype from his loft in NYC, enjoy this conversation with the great Doug Menuez. Thanks to a poorly worded tweet from Kristi Yamaguchi (that happens to be this week’s Dirtiest Dirt), we’re taking a journey back to 1994, Co-founders of the THNK 1994 Museum, Matt Harkins and Viviana Olen, join us in the studio to talk about the saga of Nancy Kerrigan and Tonya Harding, whose side they're on, and whether Margot Robbie was the right choice to play the ice skater who famously had “No Comment.” Learn more about your ad choices. Lee Feldman is founder and partner of the THNK School of Creative Leadership in Vancouver. Prior to this, he founded CycleSpace; co-founded and served as Chief Experience Officer of the digital agency Blast Radius (which went multinational 10 years after its beginnings in his apartment); mentored with Rockstart; was CMO of FITMO; and was a design sales consultant for IKEA Business. The ideas that give Lee the biggest charge are atypical—not solely about communication, but about the power of corporations to drive and benefit from positive social change: “I really do believe that brands, society, individuals, and the environment can all win. It’s possible. But to see and act on that possibility, you’ve got to do some unlearning, orchestrate a blank slate, and start from the beginning again. That’s the purpose of THNK.” Lee has been recognized with gold and silver Clios and mentions in Communication Arts Design Annuals and Marketing Magazine’s Top 100, and has contributed to numerous global design and awards panels. His mission: Think and do things different and better

Better Than Yesterday, with Osher Günsberg

Zahlen Titcomb is one of the founders of Five Ultimate and Bamboxers, both specialized apparel companies. You may not realize this - but the game of ultimate frisbee is played by more people worldwide than Rubgy Union and Lacrosse combined. That's a lot of people. It's a very special sport, there's no referees - the elite teams are all co-ed, there's a lot about it that's pretty magical. I met Zahlen in Amsterdam at THNK where we were classmates together. Oh and he also once snuck into North Korea. To play frisbee. It's a great story! See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

Time to THNK   Introducing Sarah Dickinson and The THNK School of Creative Leadership We live in an era of new challenges where antiquated leadership and business models will not produce the solutions we all seek. The leaders of the next generation still need to be smart and thoughtful, but they also need to pull back on their ego and be creative solution finders. Sarah Dickinson is one of these new creative leaders. Sarah spent most of her working career in the digital communication and marketing world. The job left her wanting more as often the fruits of her labour were often months after she completed her work and she often felt removed from their human impacts. Her life was forever changed when she was offered the opportunity to travel to Amsterdam and partake in a new program called The THNK school of Creative Leadership. The experience changed her life and prompted her to bring THNK across the ocean to Vancouver where she is now the co-founder and executive director of THNK's Vancouver location. To hear more about THNK and how it can help the idea you are incubating or the business you are trying to scale, check out this week's episode of the Boiling Point.   In this episode Future podcaster Jessie audits a BP session to learn from Dave and Greg. We hear what prompted Sarah to go to Amsterdam and why she thought it was a program that Canada needed. She tells us why she believes for a period of time Canada was “resting on its laurels” and how programs like THNK's can change the trend. We hear how she was taken out of her comfort-zone during the first day of THNK in Amsterdam and how it set the tone for battling humanity's challenges. Sarah tells us why the “I” was dropped from THNK's name and how it relates to the future of leadership. Sarah tells us that the ideal THNK candidate is a committed and active entrepreneur or intrepreneur that is incubating or scaling a venture that will have a positive social impact. Jessie is interested in the notion that in the past decade Canada wasn't living up to its identity and is impressed with how the podcast conversation would feel just as appropriate in a coffee shop. Greg notes the importance of programs like THNK because people are not learning this stuff in school and often not in their business lives either. Dave likes the idea of THNK building resiliency in their patrons so that they can make an even bigger impact on the world.   Links - THNK Vancouver - THNK on Twitter - THNK on Facebook - THNK on Youtube - Sarah Dickinson on Linkedin     Learn more about your ad choices. I first met today's guest on the Art of Adventure after a talk he gave at a PechaKucha night in Ubud, Bali. We ran into each other at the coworking space here, Hubud, and I decided I really had to get him on the podcast! Ben Keene is the founder of TribeWanted, initially a project where he and 2000 of his closest friends rented an island in Fiji for five years, which became a book and the subject of a BBC series, and now is a global project with tribes of entrepreneurs in many different countries, including here in Bali. We will hear about Ben's rush to "crowdfund" the project to get it off the ground, back in 2006 before there were crowdfunding sites, and how TribeWanted has progressed into what it is today, and his vision of the future of "lean startup ecotourism". I really dig how cheerful and engaged Ben is, which is impressive, because he has a lot going on - besides Tribewanted, he has projects to find the best swimming holes and tree houses around the world, is an advisor for Virgin Startup, part of THNK - a creative leadership school in Amsterdam, he profiles "schools for life", and works with Right to Dream. Ben is a big thinker and really good at bringing ideas down to your and my level. "Adventure is not knowing whats going to happen, but if your mindset is positive, it will work out" - Ben Keene "What do you want to do with your time?" - Ben Keene "An island represents perfection" - Ben Keene "People are craving community and nature" - Ben Keene "I would teach empathy in every school on earth" - Ben Keene "Work out as early as possible what you are really good at" - Ben Keene "Don't hesitate when it comes time to go for it" - Ben Keene   What you will learn in this episode: -How to rent a private island -The future of sustainable tourism and social enterprise -How to create jobs and income through cultural experiments -How to hack publicity for your project -The difference in crowdfunding n America Vs. Europe -How to figure out what you are really good at -Why you should have an accountability group   Mentioned in this episode: Tribe Wanted BenKeene.com Ben's Book: Tribe Wanted: My Adventure on Paradise or Bust Roost Pool Hunter Thanks Ben Keene! Have you, like me, dreamed of quitting everything and going to live indefinitely at Findhorn in Scotland? I'd say I give it serious consideration every five years or so, and a passing thought every other day. It's definitely going to happen one day. Until then, I have Kate. Kate Sutherland is Faculty with THNK, The School of Creative Leadership, and a social entrepreneur, author, speaker and coach. As Kate sees it, each of us has an inner guidance system, available 24/7 and stunningly accurate. (I agree!) But most of us barely begin to tap the potential benefits, in part because we don't know how, and in part because society emphasizes outer authority rather than the subtle signals of our inner knowing. Kate's two books, Make Light Work and Make Light Work In Groups, are a wonderful resource for accessing that inner knowing and drawing it out in others. Kate will be leading her workshop, Barefoot Facilitation, at Findhorn in August 2014. Learn more about The Transformation Game here.
