Vi var jo egentlig gået på juleferie, men i forbindelse med at den britiske musiker Chris Rea døde i går, har vi lige valgt at pause gaveindpakningen og klejnespisningen og lave et lille hyldestafsnit til ham og ikke mindst en af verdens bedste julesange, ”Driving home for Christmas”. Vi fortæller historien om denne fremragende juleklassiker, som oprindeligt er skrevet tilbage i 1978 under en over 4 timer lang køretur fra London til Middlesbrough. Vi spiller den originale version af nummeret, som udkom som b-side tilbage i 1986, og så bliver det også lige til Tony Bispeskov i en gul vest, Andy i en flyverdragt og vi giver vores bud på Englands svar på selveste julemanden.
