Rise and Fall. Der Name der aktuellen Dokuserie über 1860 München wäre auch eine treffende Zusammenfassung der letzten fünf Jahre Vorgeplänkel. Patrick wäre unser Wildmoser. Große Visionen, aber immer mit einem Bein im Konkurs und dem anderen im Knast. Felix der Ismaik. Lässt sich kaum blicken, die Fans wollen ihn los haben, aber irgendwie läuft der Laden ohne ihn nicht. Und Manu ist Bierofka. Hohe Stirn, stark am Glas, jeder mag ihn, aber fachlich ein Fragezeichen. Einige Ausrufezeichen setzt dagegen Cristiano Ronaldo im Interview mit Piers Morgan. Ist Kompany der neue Guardiola? Wer trinkt seinen Lamborghino am liebsten mit Hafermilch? Und warum läuft im Stadion immer schlechte Musik?

Im Sommer 2020 reifte in den heiligen Hallen der LVZ diese Idee: Ein Podcast muss her! Einer über Fußball, der über die 2,44 mal 7,32 Meter, „Wir-ham-uns-viel-vorgenommen“ und Torhüter, die den Ball über die eigene Latte zu lenken vermögen, hinaus geht. Das Hörspiel sollte ungekämmt und leichtfüßig sein, Alt und Jung, Ost und West, Männlein und Weiblein packen. Der LVZ-Neuzugang sollte mäandern zwischen Mona Lieschens Lächeln und jenen weißen Klavier-Tasten, die dereinst von Richard Clayderman nach Liverpool gesandt worden sind. Der Podcast sollte auch die innere Zerrissenheit der 1954er Weltmeister beschreiben, die sich prämientechnisch entscheiden mussten zwischen einer Lotto-Annahmestelle auf dem flachen Land, einer Tankstelle mit einem Tankrüssel und einem zwölfteiligen Kaffee-Service. Dieser etwas andere Podcast sollte klären, ob in Kölner Kellern zu viel oder zu wenig getrunken wird. Ob sich die heutige Fußballer-Generation den Heimweg vom Stadion ins Penthouse aufs Bein tätowiert hat oder tiefere Sinnhaftigkeit vorliegt. Ob nicht auch eine Spielart von Diskriminierung vorliegt, wenn das Gros der Fieldinterviews in den Händen von Frauen liegen, die schöner als ZDF-Wunderwuzzi Rolf Töpperwien sind. Das revolutionäre neue LVZ-Format sollte auch das heiße Eisen „Regeländerungen und Evolution“ anpacken und die Frage beantworten, inwieweit die 2,44 mal 7,32 Meter dem explosionsartig gestiegenen Körperwuchs bei Torhütern Rechnung tragen müssen. Und dann bogen SIE im Sommer 2020 um die Ecke. Die beiden Männer, die all das und noch viel mehr mit Leben füllten und verkörpern sollten. Die Auserwählten Meigl und Guido hatten das Casting für sich entschieden, firmierten fortan unter „Die Rückfallzieher, der Podcast über Fußball, Gott und die Welt“ und machten aus Donnerstagen Festtage. Selbstzweifel hat man weder dem einen noch dem anderen in die Wiege gelegt. Wenn Meigl und Guido eine zerknüllte LVZ-Zeitungsseite in die Gesichtserkennung ihres Handys halten, blinkt grünes Licht. Meigl glaubt, dass er größere Welt-Bühnen hätte bespielen müssen, wenn nicht finstere Mächte hinderlich gewesen wären. Guido glaubt, dass zwischen ihm und einer Weltkarriere als Fußballer nur die Kneipen der Mainzer Altstadt standen. Meigl und Guido lernten sich Anfang 2000 kennen, tranken Hochgeistiges, quarzten stilechte Gitanes, sprachen über Ozon - und A.löcher, wussten alles über Windkraft, die angespitzten 18er Alustollen von Chemie-Grätsche Andy Schiemann, Dixi Dörners Hals auf Reinhard Bauernschmidt, die nahende Finanz-Katastrophe der Erfinder des griechischen Salats, des Ouzo auffe Hause und wiesen überdies absolute Bibelfestigkeit nach. So schaffte es auch das Wissen um das erste Deo der Menschheitsgeschichte (Er brach das Brot unter den Armen) in Meigls und Guidos wöchentlichen Unterhaltungs - und Bildungstrip. Fünfeinhalb Jahre sind seit ihrem Erstlingswerk vergangen, jetzt feierten Meigl und Guido die 250. Ausgabe ihres großartigen Kleinods.

Erst ein bewegliches Becken macht Deine Hilfen fürs Pferd verständlich!Wenn man von Gewichtshilfen spricht meint man vor allem den Einsatz des  Beckens, hält Trainerin Rosi Schreiber-Jetzingerdie Beweglichkeit dieses Körperteils für die feine Kommunikation mit dem Pferd für besonders wichtig. Erst wenn Dein Becken geschmeidig ist, könne Dein Pferd auch Deine Hilfen korrekt verstehen. Beweglichkeit kann man hier auch schon im Alltag trainieren, etwa indem man das Gewicht einmal auf das eine, dann wieder  auf das andere Bein beim Warten an der Supermarkt-Kasse verlagert. Oder indem man, wenn man schon die Beine beimSitzen überschlägt immer abwechselt, welches Bein oben liegt. Das Becken könne man auch wunderbar über die Atmung aktivieren, indem man sich einen Fächer im Becken vorstellt, der sich beim tiefen Einatmen auffächert,beim Ausatmen zusammenklappt.  Eine tiefe Atmung beruhigt, richtet auf und signalisiert dem Pferd Sicherheit. Bei den beiden Beckenhälften solle man sich zwei rückwärts kreisende Räder vorstellen. Das hilft dem Pferde den Rücken aufzuwölben und sich zu tragen. Ein Vorwärtskreisen der Beckenhälften brächte das Pferd auf die Vorhand.Rosi unterrichtet vielseitig, unter anderem Centered Riding von Sally Swift oder auch nach der Franklin-Methode. As a geographical agriculturist, I have focused on food production around the world, but also on being faced with predatory action. These stories relate such events in my life. Some are humorous and some are educational. my Peace Corps experience provided the spark that led to this series of adventures and observations. Farming strategies vary tremendously around the world, from my home farm in Colorado to those in Brazil, Sudan, Papua New Guinea, Mozambique. The picture depicts a Sudanese feast, where various food items are laid on an outstretched tablecloth on the ground to serve men dressed in formal attire. Only the men are eating and when they are sated the women come to eat what is left over. Notice the only the right hands are touching the food. The left hand is considered foul and would contaminate the food.
