04:45 - Große Februar-Direct angekündigt 10:05 - E3 2023 wieder ohne Nintendo 35:05 - GoldenEye endlich für Switch erschienen 49:00 - Meisterdetektiv Pikachu 2 könnte doch kommen The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom bei Amazon vorbestellen: https://www.pcgames.de/Podcast-ZeldaTearsOfTheKingdom Der Nintendo-Podcast bei Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/DerNintendoPodcast
It took a little extra time to make this month's Nintendo Mega Bits, but the day is finally here! Will talks about Xenoblade Chronicles 3, new classic games for Nintendo Switch Online subscribers, and his predictions for Nintendo's rumored “Not exactly E3, but in practice E3” Direct! As always, the episode ends with Will's answers to your questions! Enjoy!
Ben slowly loses his ability to speak as he rambles through Nintendo news. This episode's news: strong rumours about an update to Nintendo Switch Online are circulating, the Switch's new sales figures have been announced, Nintendo announcing they won't have a presence at an important gaming event, a DS favourite is revived, a prominent designer at Nintendo announces his retirement, the Nintendo Switch eShop is now accessible by more countries, Ben discusses his opinions on E3 this year, Ben reviews a game his Mum likes and Ben writes intentionally vague news descriptions so you have to listen to the episode. We’re back with our first episode since this year’s E3, and we’ve dedicated a significant portion of it to dissecting Nintendo’s E3 Direct and all the juicy stuff we saw! I know it’s been a hot minute since then, but some of us are still riding high from that hour or so, so please suck it up!d===( ̄▽ ̄*)b div.aside { display: block; color: #fff; margin: 40px 40px; background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.7); padding: 40px; } @media only screen and (max-device-width: 640px) and (orientation: portrait), only screen and (max-device-width: 667px) and (orientation: portrait), only screen and (max-width: 480px) and (orientation: portrait) { div.aside { margin: 0px !important; padding: 16px !important; } } div.aside strong { font-size: 1.5em; font-weight: 200; text-transform: uppercase; font-style: italic; } div.aside a { color: #fff; } div.aside a:hover { color: #ccc; } ul.segments li { margin: 1.5em auto; } If you found us through Apple/Google Podcasts, Spotify, or some other podcatcher, then I encourage you to check out our website, zeldauniverse.net; we publish Legend of Zelda– and Nintendo-related news, exclusive editorial content and features, game guides, and more. As mentioned, this month, we’ve got a lot of stuff related to E3: Randy’s finally returned to us to break down and offer his personal opinions on everything we saw during the E3 Direct, Realm and Ann tell us their predictions for the Breath of the Wild sequel based on the E3 teaser trailer, and episode hosts Peyton and Andrew have their own E3 opinions, as well. (So many opinions…) Plus, Shona presents the fourth part of her ongoing franchise history segment, covering the years in which people got excited for a GameCube Zelda, became enraged at what they were actually getting, and then realized that they had overreacted. (Basically, the best time to be a Zelda fan!) And to top it all off, Connor details, rather convincingly, why he believes that no game has yet treated the Master Sword as well as A Link to the Past did. 00:18:20 WoW Mythisch-Plus-Meta 00:40:35 WoW BfA - was machen wir jetzt? 01:11:28 Guild Wars 2 01:22:00 Crucible 01:39:53 Und was machen wir sonst so? Welcome to Dissecting This Fiction! It's episode 31, so come join along as my Co-host (Jessica) and I (Steven) go over the latest in movies, tv shows, and games. What's On The Exam Table? In gaming, Respawn gives a Star Wars day update to Jedi Fallen Order. Playstation and Xbox have new games for May. The Last of Us Part 2 gets spoiled online, but who did it? Nintendo delays their E3 Direct broadcast. Xbox reveals third party games on the Series X this week and the new Assassin's Creed game will be on the list. Activision helps veterans during the pandemic. PUBG gets bots on consoles. Jessica played Hellblade and has a lot to say. In tv, HBO Max gets a special entry price, but it won't last long. Goosebumps and Hellraiser are being rebooted as tv series, but which one is scarier? Disney makes adjustments to their channels and programing around the world. We give our reviews on two comedies, Brews Brothers and Mythic Quest. In trailers, we check out a documentary called Netflix v. the World and it isn't on Netflix. We also saw the trailer for a zombie film called Blood Quantum. For movies, Charlie COx ends rumors on his return to the MCU. Disney adds a big Star Wars film to Disney Plus, oh and some small news regarding Taika Waititi directing a film. No big deal. Hercules is getting a live-action remake. The Oscars change up the rules with the current circumstances of theater releases. AMC and Regal are upset with Universal and the studio can no longer go to their birthday parties. Transformers sets a release date for the next film, but will it be a part of a reboot or continue the trainwreck. John Wick and Spiral have theater delays. Space Jam finally gets a title and so does the Sony Spider-man universe. We end our episode with a review of Code 8, a superhero movie starring Stephen Amell and he's not even the Green Arrow. De heren bespreken dit keer het ontbreken van een E3 Direct, het nieuwe Mother project, de Super Mario Maker 2 update en de gehackte Nintendo accounts
Greetings listeners!Joel has been playing Final Fantasy VII Remake, but unlike Kyran he's spent his first few hours coming at it separated from the heavy nostalgia that Kyran holds for it. He weighs in on how he's finding the story, characters, and combat in these early stages all keeping things pretty spoiler free still (Soon we'll be able to fully spill the beans).Meanwhile we are able to bring back Dope or Nope because the industry is beginning to return to life. We've got EVO 2020's move from local tournament to online and the possibility implications of this decision (Here's a helpful article about delay based and rollback net code and another video from Maximilian Dood about why some Japanese developers don't use it), the strong possibility of Nintendo not having their traditional E3 Direct in June due to difficulties with working from home arrangements, Ubisoft officially announces Assassin's Creed Valhalla with a surprising 8-hour stream of Boss Logic doing the key art, Microsoft will showcase next generation gameplay on May 7th, and finally Geoff Keighley will bring video game news back for the Summer Games Fest during May - August with a host of different publishers involved. As always, if you want to hit us up drop us a line using the link below. Yep, this is the last episode of Nintendo Podcast System. It’s been a great four years, filled with fun moments, wonderful guests, and cracking discussions about our favourite video games and the company that makes them. We’re not gonna leave on too much of a sour note, however! With E3 2019 having wrapped up quite recently, we have a big ol’ chat/ramble/waffle about the show, with our main focus being Nintendo’s E3 Direct, of course! In true Nintendo Podcast System fashion, it goes on for quite a bit, but we hope you enjoy nonetheless! We also want to take the opportunity to thank everybody that has been involved with or supported the show over the years. To all of our wonderful guests that have popped on the show before, to our previous co-hosts Jason and Sam, and to everybody that has listened in or shared the show in some way: thank you all so SO much. Join Jordan, Kieron, Aza and Zac as they discuss all the announcements from Nintendo's E3 Direct.
Outside of getting one's hands on that much-anticipated game, it's hard to point to a more exciting time of the year for fans than when the day of Nintendo's E3 Direct finally arrives. We here at the NXpress Nintendo Podcast definitely get hyped — not only for seeing some of our hopes and dreams come to gaming life, but also so that we know what we'll be talking about for the next few months! With that said, this week Rick, Tim, and Patrick are joined by Goomba Stomp writer Zack Rezac to pore over 2019's presentation, judging it on both entertainment value and quality of content, then riffing a bit on what our favorite (or least favorite) moments were. Was this year's presentation pleasantly efficient, or did we miss some of the old, corny charm? Did Nintendo knock it out of the park as far as games, with something for everyone? Or did they fizzle out a bit by showing too many ports? Sure, there weren't exactly a ton of surprises, but was that one enough? (You know what we mean.) Finally, what trailers for already announced games got us more excited than we had previously been? The guys definitely have some differing opinions this time out, so have a listen!
