Multe persoane comandau produse, dar fara sa le doreasca. Asadar, am fost entuziasmat la inceput sa vad ca am 30-40 de comenzi, doar sa realizez ca in final au ramas doar vreo 2.  Problema s-a rezolvat cu implementarea unui GoBot, din Gomag, responsabil cu trimiterea de SMS-uri cu link-uri pentru confirmare a comenzilor. De asemenea, contactam si telefonic clientii, pentru a obtine confirmarea comenzii. Cum a inceput afacerea? Prima data afacerea a fost lansata si dezvoltata ca si service pentru trotinete electrice.  Dupa ce am capatat experienta, am vazut ca zona de online pe nisa noastra de activitate era subdezvoltata. Nu existau magazine online care sa vanda piese pentru trotinete electrice. In 2019 am trecut si in online, dar am inceput cu alta platforma, cu care nu am avut deloc rezultate intr-un an. Am fost complet nemultumit si de suportul oferit. De Gomag am aflat dintr-o recomandare si, chiar daca am fost reticent la inceput, am acceptat recomandarea de trece pe Gomag. Iar rezultatele au fost exceptionale pentru Doctor Trotineta. Am migrat pe Gomag in septembrie-octombrie 2021 si am obtinut 141 de comenzi in ultimele 3 luni ale anului. Iar in 2022, am atins 1600 de comenzi in cele 5 luni ale anului. 3 motive pentru care merita sa alegi Gomag 1. Functionalitatea - toate procesele legate de preluarea si pregatirea unei comenzi se pot face rapid (factura, awb, SMS, email etc.). 2. Suportul - indiferent de problema sau nelamurire, legata de platforma, nu au trecut niciodata 48 de ore fara sa primesc un raspuns. Am primit si follow-up la situatie. 3. Raport valoare-pret - pretul unui abonament pe Gomag este foarte accesibil in comparatie cu functionalitatile pe care le primim. Platforma de usureaza mult munca de zi cu zi, iar asta nu ne costa mult. Foarte usoara si eficienta e implementarea procesatorilor de plati. Doar alegi cu cine vrei sa lucrezi, faci cateva setari si se poate folosi in magazin.

Poti afla categoria de produse pentru care este recunoscuta afacerea ta din contul tau de Google Ads.  Campania de brand din Google Ads te ajuta sa identifici oportunitatile de business. Aici poti vedea ce cauta utilizatorii legat de numele brand-ului si magazinului tau online (care sunt cuvintele cheie folosite). 2. Sistemul de livrare Control total poti sa ai doar pe partea ta de parteneriat, de aceea este bine sa alegi curier de incredere. Asigura-te ca ai cei mai buni curieri, nu cei mai ieftini. 3. Atitudinea in servicii Chiar daca esti la inceput, nu este o idee buna sa mergi cu cel mai mic pret. Poti folosi servicii pentru a te diferentia de competitie si sa atragi clientii de partea ta. Am discutat in nenumarate studii de caz (cu clienti Gomag) despre cum poti face diferenta. Functioneaza foarte bine partea de continut, de educare a pietei. 4. Relatia continua Relatia continua = comunicarea continua si constanta cu clientul care a cumparat produsele tale. Dupa alegerea produsului, trimite un email clientului prin care te asiguri ca stie sa foloseasca produsul sau ii oferi noi beneficii/modalitati de utilizare a produsului. Aici te ajuta mult blogul. Cere clientului un review/testimonial. In Gomag, poti folosi o aplicatie pentru a face acest lucru sau poti folosi un Gobot.

Vrei sa vinzi mai eficient si mai comod in magazinul tau online? Vinde online cu https://www.gomag.ro/​​​​​ In episod-ul de astazi discutam alaturi de colega noastra Ioana Balaj, Client Manager Gomag, despre cum te pot ajuta GoBotii din platforma Gomag sa automatizezi fluxul de comanda in magazinul tau pentru a economisi timp si resurse pretioase. La ce te ajuta Merchandiser Bot   Odata ce ai produsele pe care doresti sa le vinzi, poti alege sa setezi anumite actiuni care sa se produca in mod automat in magazinul tau.   Spre exemplu, poti alege ca acest Bot sa mute produse dintr-o categorie in alta, sa schimbe stocurile sau chiar sa dezactiveze produse in magazin.   Pont!   Poti seta sa ai o categorie in care GoBot-ul sa introduca produse speciale / la reducere. Evidentiaza categoria prin marcaje promotionale si icon-uri personalizate, in functie de sezon.   Aceste actiuni te ajuta sa fii diferit si sa te diferentiezi de competitorii tai.   De asemenea, poti folosi Merchandiser Bot pentru a schimba sau seta informatii despre intervalul de livrare, stocuri, status produs etc.    Super Pont!   Seteaza o campanie de remarketing (lichidari de stoc, super reduceri etc.) pentru cei care ti-au vizitat magazinul, dar nu au cumparat in ultimele 10 zile, de exemplu, pentru a-i transforma in contacte. La ce te ajuta Order Bot   Order Bot iti permite sa gestionezi comenzile din magazinul tau tot in baza unor reguli.   De exemplu, acesta poate modifica in mod automat statusul comenzilor sau sa genereze factura si AWB.   Atentie!   Pentru a genera factura si AWB este necesar ca firmele de curierat cu care lucrezi sa nu solicite completarea manuala a anumitor campuri din formular (de exemplu, cod postal). De ce sa folosesti SMS Bot   Dupa pregatirea si livrarea comenzilor, poti folosi SMS Bot pentru a-ti notifica clientii despre statusul comenzii.    Este o metoda foarte simpla de a aduce plus valoare in relatia cu clientul magazinului.   Retine!   Pentru a utiliza acest bot trebuie sa activezi in paralel si o aplicatie de trimitere a SMS-urilor. Dezvolta relatia cu clientul tau cu Email Bot   Foloseste Email Bot pentru a comunica oferte si recomandari clientilor existenti.   De exemplu, poti trimite un mail de reminder conditionat de statusul comenzii (comanda platita, livrata etc.).   Sfaturi!   - Nu trimite mailuri de upsell, cross-sell, oferte in primele zile de la receptionarea/ livrarea comenzii. Asigura-te ca trec in jur de 4-5 zile de la livrare pentru a trimite un prim mail de solicitare review. Abia dupa alte 5-7 zile poti trimite un mail cu recomandari produse.   - Comunica post-vanzare. Trimite-i clientului comunicari prin care ii arati cum sa foloseasca produsul (articol, video). Tine comenzile sub control cu CRM Bot   CRM Bot iti permite sa aloci contacte in grupuri de clienti, in functie de activitatea clientilor tai in magazin.   Ii poti grupa in functie de valoarea totala a comenzilor, numar de comenzi plasate sau multe alte reguli. Avantajul? Iti vei gestiona mai bine ofertele si beneficiile pe care vrei sa le oferi acestor clienti pentru a-i fideliza.   Tot prin CRM Bot poti aloca agenti de vanzari care sa gestioneze diferite grupuri de clienti (clienti speciali cu comenzi foarte mari, de exemplu).
