In this meditation, we're bringing awareness to different identities you hold and gently releasing attachment to any which feel outdated or limiting. In doing so you're creating space for your true nature and essence to shine through and reflect what is truly alive and real in you *now*. There's nothing wrong with having attachment to a certain identity. After all, our identities DO give context, colour, and focus to our reality - BUT they can also box, bind, limit and separate us from each other and from our true being. At your core, you are pure life force and a multi-dimensional being that no identity could ever truly match, describe, or contain. The more you give yourself permission to show up in the way that feels TRUE in each moment (even if it defies an old identity) the more free, happy, and alive you will be!

This week I'm actually going to be sharing recent live replay recording of a call that I did inside of my program, Pretty Productive Life.
